    @DoT_India @JioCare Jio only making fool and you #Dot_India people only forward concern to jio, not ask about solution they provide solution to customer. Jio only making fool to customer while giving reply. This is not peak hour issue, this is whole day issue. So do not make fool to us.

    @DoT_India @JioCare No action is taken by @JioCare for my network and data problem. Not a single call to discuss abt problem. How careless is Jio. Please fix your bad network as your executive give us false commitment from last one and half years for tower upgradation but no any change

    @JioCare I am very disappointed that you are giving same reply to all your complainers. I did lot of complains. I am really facing lot of network issue all day not only peak. Very less network with low data speed. Please don't make fool to customers. Provide solution

    Amazing how @JioCare can send appointment confirmations and “we’re looking into it” messages, but somehow an actual engineer never arrives. 5 days of bad internet and zero accountability. Customer support feels like an endless loop with no exit. Resolve SR0000357VZH.

    @JioCare This doesn’t solve the issue. Every time I tweet, you ask for DM and details, but even after sharing everything, nothing gets fixed. This feels like a scam just to calm customers instead of actually improving the network.

    @JioCare I have recharged my jio fiber plan through the link provided in text messages saying i will get 1 month of validity free. But after recharge it is mentioned nowhere. How do i confirm this claim ? Kindly help.
