Hi @reliancejio @JioCare am reminding you again that when you charge every penny for your service, the service should also be of the same level. Increase the quality of this low-level shoddy network. This SHAMELESSNESS of yours doesn't go away even after complaining continuously.

@JioCare Nobody is paying heed to the actual problem but just passing the baton to another team member, its been two weeks and my Set Top box is still not installed and has a faulty remote. Team asks for money or refuses to come puts requests on hold @reliancejio @reliancegroup

He responds "if you want go to other service provider I am not bothered and I am not responsible for whatever happend last time" Each time the service engineer changesand I need to just re-set the router? @JioCare please train your service engineers on basic communication

@reliancejio After acquiring customers do not start treating customers as dirt. The arrogance in your service engineers shows that you stopped caring for customers. Principally I would like to continue with the JioFiber. However not with the cost of service.
