    @JioCare Other networks work fine here in the same environment factos. I have paid for 5G but not getting it. No excuses fix the issue or give a clear timeline.

    Poor customer service @JioCare Made payment and booked a new SIM. Got message it will be delivered to pincode. Not delivered, yet marketing sending messages. Customer service has no clue and call keeps getting dropped. All 3 teams working in silos.
