@reliancejio Sir we have canceled jioFiber installation on12/10/2022,Till now no refund has come for it.Have got 10-15times compliant feed on customer care,but does not give any solution,One month is going to be complete,but our problem not solved service SR00001F4QMF

@JioCare it's my biggest mistake that I have done recharged my no. for 365days. Now wish to port as I am unable to use my internet from last 2 months but due to still left more than 180days validity tied my hand. You and your service are pathetic and this is in Kolkata scenario.

@JioCare very bad service and very badly missbehave by customer care. I am suffering from poor internet connectivity and poor signal from last 2 to 3 months.when someone is calling me my phone number is switch off ,busy and out of service but my phone is on.

@reliancejio Don’t ever buy jio fiber or jio sim becoz they had blocked many websites ip addresses and due to which their DNS servers had stopped responding. It’s not a broadband or true 5G/4G but only a VPN access of Jio and you watch or see what Jio wants you to see. BAD. @flameoftruth
