@JioCare I have Jio fibre 999 plan in which I get Amazon prime subscription but on login with registered number it is showing 'you don't have active subscription plan'.Amazon Customer support saying they can't see active plan at Their end.Resolve this issue ASAP @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare What really do you understand ? Please stop replying by just copying and pasting. I have already applied thrice in last 1 year, but box was never installed. I don't want to clutter my street with the wire lying around. Please read private message again for more knowledge.

@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I called Jio customer service about 5 times and the representative told me to go to the nearest Jio fibre office and submit the devices myself. I got there and handed in devices.

@reliancejio @JioCare fake promises of 24 hour installation from jio. Once payment is done they stop receiving calls. It's been more than 3 days, still no update.. such poor service.
