    @JioCare You customer service is very poor. You are not able to put the modem in 20 days at my home, after wirings and all things are done. Than how will u provide good service after installation to the customers. I DM u so many times but not received proper reply. Poor service.

    @JioCare Last 2 days i have been facing a lot of network issues in my house. I have 2Jio numbers - One has a good connectivity and other has a bad Which is surprising. I have tried rebooting my phone multiple times and also tried removing the sim card and inserting it again.

    @JioCare JioFiber internet is not working for last 4 days, raised ticket and it has been closed without resolving the issue. Customer Support is also pathetic. Plz ensure our internet connection, unable to attend office.
