    @hari8769989915 @reliancejio Their service keeps getting worse every day. That is the main reason I stopped using their broadband service. Even after discontinuing it, they never collected their devices or refunded my security deposit. I submitted a request, but they marked it as resolved without any action.

    @reliancejio Prompt enough to stop the services of Jio Fibre even if bill is delayed by one day. Not prompt enough to resume the services even after a down time of 3 days. It's the state of affairs in Mumbai. Pitfalls of a monopoly business. Third world customer interface.
