    @TRAI should take action on @reliancejio. There service is very poor and charging like premium quality. A wall decide there network. In one of room network working as 5G and another room it works as 4G. This will not acceptable. #banonjio #bycottjio #switchtoairtel

    @JioCare Experiencing very slow internet speeds for the past two weeks in Shaikpet, Hyderabad area. The network has been extremely unstable, with frequent connectivity issues. Please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Its been 6 days!! Have never seen such a pathetic, ridiculous, shameless approach towards customer service by any company! If you can’t serve at least don’t take money in advance. Customers will have Atleast have option to look for substitutes @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @_MukeshAmbani upset with @JioCare your Field team removed fiber box without notice leaving me offline for nearly 2 days. I work US hours and depend on stable internet. Please provide a permanent backup solution, like AirFiber, while retaining my fiber, or I may have to switch.

    @reliancejio It has been 9 days now since the complaint has been raised but no technician has come for resolving this issue. It is extremely unprofessional to not even try to address the query and solve the problem in this time

    @JioCare I am receiving bot replies in msgs since yesterday. @TRAI plz inform process to initiate complaint for malpractice and fraudulent activity by this particular service operator.

    @reliancejio worst service at Karma MonteRio @Baga Goa. No 5G, worst call quality and I am sure as usual you will do nothing except collect money from us. But we will keep complaining.

    I request @JioCare and @reliancejio to immediately prioritize this complaint, restore my service, and explain why customers are facing repeated disruptions without timely resolution. I also expect appropriate compensation for the prolonged downtime.
