@JioCare No internet connectivity the whole day and it's been patchy since last couple of days! Apparently, there is an outage in my area. Service was supposed to be restored by 4:30 pm. But no update, no communication whatsoever. When will you get this resolved?

From few days my internet was running very slow, I tried to talk to customer care also but to no avail. @JioCare @reliancejio Net is not working for last 8 days so 1.5 gb net is going to waste per day and 8 days are less who will give me the money

@JioCare hey, i have been facing internet issues since morning the delay in loading has gotten worse. I'm not convinced how come the so called 5g is worse than Vodafone network. Kindly assist.
