    @reliancejio Airfiber internet is down but your pathetic app won't let me lodge a complaint because "diagnostics say everything is fine". Call center won't help either for the same stupid reason. Fix your broken support system, stop wasting my time!

    Everything starts working immediately when connected through a VPN, which makes me suspect a routing or DNS issue on Jio's side. Anyone else experiencing this? @JioCare #JioDown

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m a JioFiber user in Bengaluru facing internet outage for hours even though the router is on and LED is green. All troubleshooting via MyJio done, issue persists. Phone support says “technical outage in your area” but there was no SMS/email notification.
