    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare @reliancejio Gaining Very pathetic experience from you guys. Since 2 months I am complaining about my jio fibre router for 4G issues. Having multiple complaint number -SR000018ASNB, SR000018DWQR, SR000018E7EJ. And customer care keep rescheduled the tickets in loop.

    Pathetic support and services from JIO, i am on call with support team (198) for last 3 hours, they kept on hold for 2 hours and finally disconnected my call. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioNews

    @reliancejio @JioCare My fibre connection is down since last 3 days, and when registered complaint, your service engineer told that the finer line is damaged and will never be repaired. What kind of service are you offering here, help me out? No info on connection
