@JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

Would probably be easier to walk on a tight rope or even water these days than get something done through a customer service team. Sadly, thats probably true for any customer service team, not just @JioCare.
