    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare Name- Praveen chopra City- Balotra, Barmer Rajasthan Address- heera panna street khed road. Pin code- 344022 The problem is in low internet connection because of low internet apps are not running

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare do you really want to solve my issues or just u are replying randomly. With this experience what I can say is I will never recommend anyone Jio, better to use local internet or Airtel.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio I am fully aware that Order NO0001E9LGYC is cancelled. My only demand right now is to know the REASON for it. Please check your system and state the exact reason for cancellation so I can rectify the issue before placing a new order.

    Really disappointed with @JioCare. My Jio AirFiber hasn't worked since morning because of a red blinking light. Paying for a service that doesn't even stay online is frustrating. Fix this ASAP.
