    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare Zero speed at Behind Doodh Dairy ward No 42 Balotra. Kindly improve it, otherwise many customer left Jio System.

    @JioCare Even worse, no engineer was assigned. Your WhatsApp support is nothing more than an automated bot, and your helpline disconnects automatically because an SR is already open. Customers are left with no way to speak to a real person.

    @JioCare It is just a lie, I hace sent clear screenshot not links, plus I had reached our customer care, just cancel my connection give my refund. This is so painful inspite fraud transaction from your sales guy, no action, you got my both number still no call yet. @narendramodi

    @reliancejio Why is your team not helping customers when we are facing a genuine issue? I have already contacted your customer support/executive, but my problem is still not resolved. If customers are facing network issues, your team should take responsibility @JioCare
