    We are facing network problem. And we complaint about it but no proper action took. So if this problem can't solve. We will be change our network provider. @JioCare , @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare Zero speed at Behind Doodh Dairy ward No 42 Balotra. Kindly improve it, otherwise many customer left Jio System.

    @reliancejio has worst service in sector 90, Gurgaon. I’ve applied for a wifi connection 10days back. Till now there is no update on that. I’ve paid them, done with the kyc. And now I’m just waiting till now. @reliancegroup . This is unacceptable for you. WORST service ever.

    @JioCare This is the worst way to annoy a customer. First, you take all the details and then do nothing. When asked for an update, you say “we are working on i” and then simply ask for the details again. This shows that the cancellation process was never started it’s just a waste of time.

    @JioCare AirFiber down since April 15. No Wi-Fi broadcast. Multiple complaints raised. Missed technician visit + no proper support on calls. Completely blocked for work. Fix this immediately or provide resolution timeline today. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Tracking is not the issue. A service request was raised yesterday and closed today without any resolution. I had to reopen it again manually. Stop redirecting to tracking and resolve this. The technician already confirmed router replacement, collected OTP, and never returned.
