    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare paid the amount fully for 6 month plan of jio fiber. No one has come yet to connect the device. Scheduled time is 6pm today. Bad customer service. How to get the refund. Please tell me.

    @JioCare @TRAI @jagograhakjago My Jio Fiber connection has been down for two days now. Even after raising a service request, there hasn't been any follow-up regarding the request. Irony is, for a new connection the team is ready to come in 30 minutes for installation. Pathetic.

    @reliancejio 5g is not even activated after buying higher plans from jio. Jio customer care is pathetic. No one knows what n how to do

    @reliancejio @JioCare you act very eager like a HERO at time of selling us the jio fiber however customer service is absolutely ZERO. SR00001FFGKR ( MR FAIZ ANSARI - 9389811325 ) ignoring repeated request to repair connection.

    Bother to reply if we are praising @Airtel_Presence they will reply but if we have issue then they become Mr.India. Good or bad atleast they should reply just the way @JioCare does. If you have opened a buisness then learn to take and reply both good and bad messages.2/2
