    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioFiberChennai #jioTrue5G #Jiocare JioFiber down for 6 days SR00001FVFRX No proper communication. My worst customer service experience. At least you can share what exactly the problem is & a tentative date to be resolved clearly. Shouldn't mislead with SMS to resolv in 24 hrs
