    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare Actually the network problem is not in my phone it is happening in entire Ashok nagar and jawahar nagar area since tomorrow. Today I visited Jio store which is near by my home. They said to me that network is not working in their store as well and they have got many complaints.

    @JioCare My jio fibre connection was activated in the evening around 5 pm and after 10pm it's not working. Restarted several times but it's red light is blinking till now!!

    @JioCare I know this but nothing is impossible for company just cancel that plan & return me with penalty That wrong number I have recharged is coming off, whatsapp also offline I request you to talk to highest authority because I earn less & I have arranged money now I can't recharge
