    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare From 24th of September my jio fibre was not working. Inspite of repeated call given jio fibre, no one came to resolve the issue for 3 days. Although my jio fibre is now working but I was immensely mentally harassed by jio fibre for 3 days.

    Hey @JioCare do you really care about your customer?, from few week I continuously facing a lot of connectivity issue. A simple search is not browsing with your connection, this irritating me a lot. Is this will solve or remain same?

    @JioCare I redeemed an Add on voucher and it is not working for me, I reached out to the customer care and they say that this is because I changed my phone. I do not find this justification valid and if this is the case why MyJio is not showing this.
