    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare I have been facing call drop and network related issues. I have tried to connect to you from various sources but all in vain I have initiated a port request and I think I have to switch to other network operator soon.

    @JioCare : team I got called customer care for trasfer of jio fiber from one city to another city. They say it is not possible. But during installation time they say it is possible. Do not cheat the customer like this. Jiofiber Id: 08472 356876

    @JioCare Yes by closing tickets without giving any resolution...sheer cheating.. i paid upfront for 6months and stuck with your pathetic speed issues..check my account..did any follow up even after giving multiple calls...
