@JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

@JioCare @JioFiber 2. numerous emails and phone calls. to cut a long story short what happens is as follows - jio 2 to 3 technicians turn up without appointment - am ok- spend around an hour - express inability to solve problem - offer to send private person on payable basis to sort out issue -

@JioCare Nobody visited till now. False promises you are doing everytime from the last 2 days. It's more than 60 hours and no resolution till now. Seriously say no to jio fiber. Totally unprofessional.
