    @JioCare Sir we r facing network & slow net speed problem. We r facing this from 2 month. Pls do some thing solve this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare one of my friend's simcard was terminated. There was a mail to pay unpaid amount. We did that but got no network, then chat support said recharge. We did that too, still not getting network and chat support is saying 1 thing only that i need to activate it which we cant

    @JioCare @reliancejio all fiber wires have came on road and are getting damaged no one is there to see and we want jio fiber asap even airtel came 2months ago and given starting connection in home but jio 1year completed no further work in progress plzz see this issue and contact

    @reliancejio I am using the jio from last couple of years it was good but currently I am in manimajra Chandigarh the internet is totally not working it worst it looks like you are using 2G internet worst service I can say no response from call center my office work is stuck.
