    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare very Poor services of JIO FIBER , I have paid advance amount for the new connection on 1st july and representative promised by today eod our engineer will install your setup box & broadband box. Today is 3rd july and i am still waiting for the engineer. Pls refnd amount

    @JioCare @ViCustomerCare This vi network is a joke. I am porting to jio thats it. No range for half of the time and people have to whatsapp call me to reach me. And when i ask vodafone about range they tell me we could not reach. This has to be a joke. And dont call my alternate number. Call me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Team this has been a nightmare and very unpleasant experience, I never and ever expected this kind of needful service, especially from the JIO side, reached out to the JIO team twice, and still, the refund wasn’t done as promised by JIO.
