    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @reliancejio Hi Team There no jio network in my area for all jio users how many we need to call to customer care for the same issue this is my fourth complaint no one is responding some customer care agent are saying that tower issue from Saturday we are facing network issue no .

    @JioCare again facing poor indoor network coverage…. Earlier the network engineer visit to my house and resolved the issue but still now same again poor network connectivity… and poor internet speed …Now your company launches true 5G but still 4G not providing sufficiently.👎🏻

    @JioCare This is NOT a one off occasion, I have been going through call drop, call not connecting issues and general network issues since more than a month now at both my residence as well as work location.
