@JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

Just talked to @JioCare customer care executive about poor network and she replied that we are working on it and it will take upto 120 to 180 day fix it. How nonsense is this we r paying and wasting our money for poor service and moreover wait for 6 month to get proper network.

@JioCare Sir We use service of Pri acc no 9335667856 Due to sudden lockdown we have mailed to Jio for temporary disconnection as business is shutdown but Jio didn’t replied and we are getting bills.We had not used service and bills has been raised.

@JioCare I registered my complaint on 22nd May, 10 days have passed now and issue is still unresolved. I have requested for uninstallment and that too has not been done yet. This is the worst customer service I have ever faced. Please expedite and uninstall you jio fibre.

@JioCare It usually happens.. there is no time as such ... if try to open your app 10 times out of which it would not open 7 to 8 times .. make it smooth and ask the app development team to recrify the issue asap
