    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    Very disgusting service from @reliancejio One month back I recharge jio fiber and my money got deducted from my Indian Bank account I paid from @PhonePe I recharged twice to jio fibre and for one month my money got deducted 470 + 470. I did not get the money back yet.

    @reliancejio My mother has visited reliance jio store in Antophill today at 12:50 pm the store boy was very rude as the store kept close due to system issue.the way the boy Raju has speak with my mother was rude,back answering please kindly take the necessary action against him

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn There is No proper Internet and Network connection in my street when inside home. Poor Network. No proper voice call connection too.. Place more network tower in our area and provide proper connection.. I m going to change a sim..😡

    Hi! Jio what happen today,no outgoing call, no incoming call and no mobile network I struggle to use my mobile and I have important calls ,today I'm struck with jio network still not work jio mobile network...jio network team team support our location @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i know your mobile network service is not good but your wifi(airtel fiber) is worse, half of the time it doesn't even work. I'm just done with your service I'm surely gonna switch my sim and broadband to @JioCare . Disappointed 👎🏻

    @JioCare after waiting for so long, finally got @reliancejio 5G on my @SamsungMobile yesterday. However 5G network is available only outside home and not inside.

    Most useless customer service is of jio fibre. Complaint numbers don't work. Chat are all AI( No problem solving). Field Engineers are always busy. How will they retain customer in competitive market. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat
