    @JioCare Name- Praveen chopra City- Balotra, Barmer Rajasthan Address- heera panna street khed road. Pin code- 344022 The problem is in low internet connection because of low internet apps are not running

    We are facing network problem. And we complaint about it but no proper action took. So if this problem can't solve. We will be change our network provider. @JioCare , @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare Zero speed at Behind Doodh Dairy ward No 42 Balotra. Kindly improve it, otherwise many customer left Jio System.

    How long are customers supposed to tolerate this? Jio network in Jalamb Village has become completely unreliable. Complaints, calls, screenshots — everything already provided, yet no permanent resolution. If service cannot be maintained, customers deserve compensation. @JioCare

    @JioCare Worst service. Worst customer care support. If you are unable to privide the service than why you are installing jio fibre connection.If you are not capable just stop making public fool.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid for Jio AirFiber connection, and the setup box was clearly mentioned as “free” during installation. Now after disconnecting the service, why is Jio demanding the setup box back or charging for it? Nowhere was it clearly informed.

    peaceful saturday. good food, good company, and a newly built temple visit. Worked on my yt video (expect it tomorrow evening) just @airtelindia ruined my mood today. Its still not resolved my issue. So tomorrow morning first thing I will do is port to @reliancejio. Life is *****ng good.

    Two days ago @JioCare said the issue was escalated. Since then: silence. No call, no visit, no fix. At this point it feels like customers are just being stalled instead of helped. Resolve SR0000357VZH or at least be honest about the delay.
