    We are facing network problem. And we complaint about it but no proper action took. So if this problem can't solve. We will be change our network provider. @JioCare , @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare hello i had applied for jio fiber relocation, and submitted the desired fee of ₹1200 on 29.03.26, but relocation was not possible due to no optical network in that area, my order was canceled and my device was also submitted to you , still the deposit of 1200 not done

    @JioCare I have recharged with ₹899 plan, but JioHotstar is still not working on both mobile and TV. I have already logged in with the same Jio number used for recharge, yet the subscription is not getting activated. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. @hotstar_helps

    @JioCare It’s been 4 days since I completed self‑KYC and opted for SIM delivery. Now the delivery agent says he can’t deliver just because I did self‑KYC. This is unacceptable. Chat support isn’t helping either.

    @reliancejio I am having bitter experience with Jio bb service. Outage of my Jio BB from last day. Raised complaintSR000033TXq3 on 3-May so far no one attended it. Escalated it too.. still no use. Living without internet and my work is effected. It is not fair for Jio, shame u

    @JioCare There is no severe weather condition that your technician cant visit since 6 days, also i see currently my request is On-Hold, why so? Pls arrange a callback to talk as im unable to call your customer care number
