    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare I’ve been continuously calling you guys to fix my jiofiber connection which has been disconnected due to some wire cut near my block from the last 5 days . During these challenging times you should care how necessary Internet connection is for studies and work.

    @JioCare What is the SLA for response to complaints. First service request that was raised on 8th was closed without even attending to it. Please don’t take customers granted.
