    @JioCare Zero speed at Behind Doodh Dairy ward No 42 Balotra. Kindly improve it, otherwise many customer left Jio System.

    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare Experiencing very slow internet speeds for the past two weeks in the Shaikpet area of Hyderabad, Telangana. The network has been extremely unstable, with frequent connectivity issues. Please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, @JioCare Thank you for upgrading the Jio tower to 5G in my area after my request. Now the 5G signal is available, but the 5G internet is still not working. Kindly activate the 5G service completely as soon as possible. Thank you. 🙏

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/3 for same residence as they plan to connect from a new port. One vendor says relocation will be charged. Jio customer care says there is no charge. 2 months and no one has fixed my line. I paid one bill for zero internet service and my next bill is due. @JioCare

    @JioCare Thanks for the update. Please ensure my installation is completed tomorrow morning. Also, provide brand-new sealed devices (not refurbished) and a stable high-speed connection. If these cannot be assured, please cancel my order and process my refund immediately. @JioCare

    @JioCare The engineer wass supposed to reach here at 7PM and now you in your whims and fancies rescheduled to next day at 10am... Absurd... You have a dead customer service.
