    @JioCare @reliancejio From past 2 months there is a network problem and we are unable to make calls. We have complaint about it but no proper action took. I also tweet about it but no action took. If this problem cannot be solve then we will be change our network provider. Thanku

    @JioCare How much days it will take because I am complaining to customer care from last 3-4 days and due to low network and internet I am not able to attend my. Meetings and Lecture do as soon as possible

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio Have been using jio network since the beginning of pandemic, unfortunately since two days I am not able to connect to internal servers in office when questioned it seems there is an issue from jio, can this be fixed ASAP?!

    @JioCare I have been using jiocall app in SamsungA50 . When I tried to cnnnect with jiofi device today the option is grayed out. When I contacted support they said to use it in different mobile This is my personal mobile and I need to receive data consumption message now I Can't

    @Abhinaychoudh15 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
