@JioCare In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer in this area also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quickly

@JioCare @reliancejio JIO is so greedy that it is not disconnecting my JIO number which i have been requesting since Jan 22. Each time it is only giving false assurances even on such a petty issue. ITS A MATTER SHAME.

@JioCare the plan. They notified me later, how am I supposed to know? My 555rs have been wasted. Other than that, I made a top up recharge of rs 100 which didn't even reflect on my number. It was still saying I needed to recharge when I tried calling. Help me resolve the issue

Very bad experience in relocating my Jio Fiber. Waited for a week long and they keep rejecting documents even after uploading as they said, and the CS doesn't even bother to understand the issue. They just give the default replies. Pathetic experience.1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio
