    @JioCare @reliancejio In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quickly

    Hey @reliancejio, the network signal in Bansol, Paschim Medinipur (721102) is extremely poor! Can't make calls, use data, or send SMS. Please look into the issue and fix it ASAP. #poornetwork #reliancejio @TRAI

    Really upset that i have to reach out here. Out of 365 days i pay for fibre it’s down 65 days. The service executive who comes to fix it is not trained at all (even ask for extra cash). Your jio helpline executive just hangs up, when asked for a manager. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Augusto92593784 @JioCare Because the engineers have to turn on the 5G network live wat for 2 days for it to go live before 26 you will get network and invite to unlimited 5G

    @JioCare Immediately take action it's not acceptable at all. Why jio is hiring road side sales guy like abhijeet who do not pick customer call after taking money during booking. This unprofessional highly careless shrewd behaviour is not acceptable. Customer is paying 4240 &

    @JioCare @reliancejio If you are asking for my Jio number it just shows you have not understood the issue & you are not willing to help. Since Jio was launched in 2016, it's the first time that we all are talking negative about Jio and asking people to go for Airtel or VI. We will soon😒
