@JioCare @reliancejio In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quickly

Hey @reliancejio, the network signal in Bansol, Paschim Medinipur (721102) is extremely poor! Can't make calls, use data, or send SMS. Please look into the issue and fix it ASAP. #poornetwork #reliancejio @TRAI

Experiencing bad network coverage from almost 6 months. Was porting out but executive requested to not do so n will resolve the problem. But no action taken. Badly disappointed with @reliancejio Sorry but have to say goodbye to @JioCare as they don't . #portoutofjio

@JioCare My father was not getting any call on his jio number. Regarding this when he tried to reach ur customer care, the agent misbehaved and force him to cut the call. As call ends several otps flooded on jio number from website like meeso, Apolo, baju etc that he never requested

@JioCare Actually..problem is that whenever the plan of jio is expiring. Before 4 to 5 days, I started receiving messages and calls that your plan is expiring soon... So? I KNOW but that calls and mesaages is very irritating...

I'm repeatedly complaining that I am not receiving any SMS for OTPs & from banks or any other institutions ?Not activated DND service. But no one from your side is solving my issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. If this the quality of your service I will shift to @reliancejio
