    @JioCare @reliancejio In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quickly

    Hey @reliancejio, the network signal in Bansol, Paschim Medinipur (721102) is extremely poor! Can't make calls, use data, or send SMS. Please look into the issue and fix it ASAP. #poornetwork #reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare Till 13th May, net was working fine. Since 14th may, net speed has went down to 120kbps. I m unable to work because of this pathetic speed. Plz look into this matter on priority. I m doing wfh Number sent in DM.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now a days, I'm afraid of logging a complaint for network issues. As usual, they Just ask to DM, will stick few steps - put ur Jio sim in slot1, restart mobile, blah blah & done. भाई, सालों हो गए use करते-करते.. पागल मत समझो यार, network check karo please!

    On 12th may , I bought a Jio mobile from Jio store.But the mobile has some software problem. When I reached out to Jio store they are saying they can’t fix the issue and can’t take back the mobile.Please tell me what should I do?. @reliancejio @JioCare
