@JioCare In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer in this area also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quickly

@JioCare Hi, I don’t have signals on my phone! Phone is absolutely fine, it’s a problem with the Vi number that I have. Is it feasible to port my number to Jio without getting the port SMS or code ? Also this number is currently in US. How can I take up the new SIM card physically in US

@JioCare Highly pathetic service from your end. I regret switching from Airtel to JIO if this is the case won't mind shifting back. Your company changes technician visit time without consent again and again. It's been 3 days and you can't send a technician to solve the complaint

@reliancejio @JioCare what the nonsense it is going on... Its day three after recharge and I'm getting 3g speed 20 hours of the day... When contacted Jio customer care executives they just denying and saying we can't do anything! It will take few days to be fix... Why this fraud?
