    @reliancejio @JioCare from last one month network issue is there always mine and my few more friends jio number not reachable for some hours everyday and I'm not able to call also then I put on aeroplane mode then remove then it will connecting to someone please do the needful.

    @JioCare I decide port my number to another operator cause there no signal last 2 days. very bad service no other option , thank for bad experience

    @JioCare I have frequent hanging of router along with network fluctuation...Many times I had created ticket but each time I was asked to pay 999 to get faulty router replace or surrender this connection and apply for new one... Is this the solution expected from Jio?

    Don't use @JioFiberVoice they don't have time to attend to our complaints once we have paid them the monthly fees. My service appointments are being rescheduled from past 2 days and Contacting @JioCare also didn't work, they also don't have the info as to why this is happening.

    @JioCare : I am facing problem of very low strength mobile signal in my residence. I opted to Port out to other service provider but was assured by JIO team that the matter will be looked up but it yielded no result. It is causing lots of inconvenience. Please advice

    @reliancejio @JioChat My jio fibre connection is not working since last evening. I had registered a complaint for it.This is happening on a recurring basis and I can't wait for 24 hrs every time. Now it is taking more than 24 hrs.And ideally this duration should not be chargeable
