@reliancejio In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer this area also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quick

@JioCare @TRAI Your service request number is SR0000164WGM. You will receive an update by 09/08/2021 16:44. Can you get this fixed ASAP and today only. I don't understand why this connection gets keeps on stopping after every 1-2 months, why can you not fox the issue in one go

@reliancejio It will lot motivational to new generation if ‘Reliance Jio’ give commercials to Olympians instead of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. I don't want to say anything about Thumbs-up as it's a foreign brand, but at least Indian companies should support them.

@JioCare Hi , I’m facing huge problem of call drop and on calling your customer care saying this have to face for another 120-180 days . #if it is So then why giving JIO connection and charging us . Kindly look into the same and give a immediate solution.

@JioCare Most disgusting customer care team. The technical person thinks modem has a problem but would want me to either surrender existing connection & take new plan or suffer since he won't change defective modem.
