@JioCare I did portability to Jio network from my Airtel number 3 days ago. I realised I am receiving all incoming call except Airtel network. I tried to call my own number from different network number, incoming call working from rest of the network. Kindly help.

@reliancejio @JioCare since last 15 days, my callers are informing me that my mobile no is not getting connected due to "Wrong Number" announced by IVR (not always just for 3 to 4 sec) but your customer care team are unable to give any explanation on the same!

@Airtel_Presence No response so far, also the problem is with routing which needs to be changed at higher level, local operator of my city will restart modem and say "Chal to raha hai Internet" I think it is time to give @JioCare Fiber a try.

@JioCare Why need my number ? I think no need mobile number for this problem. First of all you fix the fault of your system, then everything will be correct automatically, I have seen that the problem is whatever but you ask for mobile number from all the users.
