    @JioCare I did portability to Jio network from my Airtel number 3 days ago. I realised I am receiving all incoming call except Airtel network. I tried to call my own number from different network number, incoming call working from rest of the network. Kindly help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare since last 15 days, my callers are informing me that my mobile no is not getting connected due to "Wrong Number" announced by IVR (not always just for 3 to 4 sec) but your customer care team are unable to give any explanation on the same!

    When 5g network started in odisha and this location ( Bhimpura, BALASORE,756003, odisha) very poor network last 2year again again I'm done with my complaint but no response!!!! Till now @JioCare @reliancejio

    Both airtel and jio very good network at my place...airtel network 2g with one stick and jio one stick with 4g. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare What is this internet speed. I need internet for many thing in the evening but only at evening to almost 1 am , internet becomes so slow that it doesn't even work. Please fix this issue, Jio. Location is added. Or else I am switching to @airtelindia cc @reliancejio

    @_JioIndia @JioCare @reliancejio Jio taking money for 4G network service but actual internet speed is less than 2G. Complaining for two months but no solution.. #BSNL is better than #Jio .. BSNL sinternet speed is faster than Jio without getting 4G spectrum..

    @JioCare I am delighted to inform you. Your service is also not available in my location. Its is available to nearby but not here. Otherwise I wouldn't be switching anywhere else. Please check if you guys can arrange a feasibility chk.

    IT folks here just a piece of advise, don’t ever think of getting @JioCare / @reliancejio fiber network. They have built a great firewall which blocks vpn connection to office network, and cherry on top is you can’t get to contact the customer care.
