Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

Pathetic service from @reliancejio @JioCare related to broadband connectivity. Logged request SR0000198QRH for broadband disconnection on 10th March. No resolution till date and no information about issue. Customer care has absolutely no idea. Engineering staff are liers.
