    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    India no.1 Bad networks @reliancejio. @JioCare network connected full but Internet speed is very bad, so shameful. Customer support is the worst and useless. @JioGigaFibre

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear jio operator some ( including me ) of users are facing issue related to mob number disconnection. Jio center persons are not able to tell what is the issue. Custom care disconnect the calls. #NOSIGNALJIO. Number 82858840927

    @reliancejio @JioCare the network is too slow. Am working at a hospital. For emergency purpose msgs are delivered too late just because of slow network. How could one reach at the time of emergency. Please don’t ask the same details in DM. Try to get the same details and solve.

    All the more I speak to a customer service rep whose name is Sayed and he talks bullshit and is rude and wouldn’t get the call connected to a manager.. @reliancegroup @reliancejio @anmol_ambani This is how you guys train people and after taking so much money from customers..
