Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

@JioCare i don't understand how jio works. I got a reply from executive that service request is opened and will receive SMS. I don't know how dumb executives are hired by jio. My service request is already opened on 11july and no one acted till now. SR00001BYO5O is already opened

@JioCare @reliancejio Really astonished with the customer support, took a jio fiber connection paid for 6 months in advance. Now the installation isn't possible due to some technical reasons. Why take advance & confirm the connection is available when its not possible? #JioFiber
