    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare Please don't send me a generic reply saying the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. I want this network and internet problem fixed as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation of what is causing the issue and when it will actually be resolved.

    @JioCare Shradha, all these 2+ months so many SR's no outcome same reply while asking for the update, NO REFUND SAME CIRCLE OF FOOLING. ENOUGH TRANSFER THE REFUND TODAY OR WHO HAS CONFIDENCE OF RESOLUTION LOAN ME REFUND AMT BY GPAY, ELSE SAY IT TODAY THAY REFUND WILL NOT COME

    @JioCare I sent my number 2 days ago,no call frm you yet.Also placed complaint 3 days ago on jio app for engineer visit,still no one visited yet,infact the visit was scheduled for today but no one came. U guys are really pathetic and hv no respect for customers. Money minded buggers

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service I requested a JioAirFiber relocation over a week ago,but there has been no installation and no resolution despite repeated followups. I never expected such poor service from Jio.Kindly resolve this on priority Order ID:LR00001EDR4P

    @JioCare Since 18 May 2026, my internet has been unusably slow. Multiple complaints were closed without fixing the issue. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube barely work. Please stop closing complaints and arrange a field engineer visit. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY
