Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

It's common to c that Jio network doesn't work for hours frm last few weeks while Airtel works fully in parts of Kupwara distt. of J&K. Plz look into it immediately else we'll switch 2 airtel, Keeping this in view Many jio users have switched to AIRTEL now. @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear @ril_foundation @reliancejio @JioCare We have Very slow network in our area unable to work from home even like 2G. Voice calls had issue of audio disconnection. Kindly upgrade the network. Children are not able to join their online classes.

@JioCare at my location your network in after afternoon go to 2g speed and in night u can't browse a page please do something only eating people money and not provide a good service and speed of data and 1 time i can't connect any call this your network useless

@JioCare Issue got solved. I received SMS of local network disturbance, and that service will resume in 4 hours. The service got restored within 1.5 hours. Thank you.
