    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare ya fine but when? there is issue with wifi router ,it kicked device out of connection frequently even in close proximity so it needs to be corrected at site

    @JioCare what a pathetic service you have. My SIM suddenly stopped, reason no one knows even jio guy. They asked me to get new sim or eSIM. Both needs @Aadhaar_Care Aadhaar biometrics which is blocked too because of OTP. Why did you stop my sim? Resolve now! It’s urgent. @TRAI

    JioFiber has been down since 11 AM yesterday. Almost 24 hours now, and still no resolution. Local team isn’t responding either, saying they don’t work outside office hours. Absolutely pathetic service. @reliancejio

    Horrible experience with @JioCare. Over 2-months of runaround for a simple duplicate payment issue. Installed Jio-fiber - June 5. Paid twice by mistake. Reached out via email multiple times starting June 6. Issue unresolved yet. No complain no generated. @reliancejio. Details👇

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare "Sun Raha Hai Naa Tu... Ro Raha Hu Main." This line perfectly describes my experience with Jio.So-called Jio 5G network, is unfortunately not even performing like a 3G network. Frequent signal loss, call failures, and extremely slow internet become a daily experience @JioCare

    It’s been nearly 4 months since my cancelled Jio recharge on 20 Apr 2026, but my refund is still pending. I was asked to provide the refund transaction ID, which I never received. Raised multiple tickets, yet no one has resolved it. Please resolve this urgently. @reliancejio

    @JioCare You did not solve the network problem but you people started begging for recharge now till the time a new Jio tower is not available in our village no Jio consumer will recharge his Jio number and if the work is not done soon then all 500+ Jio consumers will get their SIM ported.
