    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, why are you asking me to submit a new request or switch to AirFiber when my original relocation (SR000033UJZ1) was never completed? Order was cancelled without resolution. This is misleading and unfair. Please fix my original issue or provide proper refund.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare Jio service has been very bad and it seems like their monopoly, I am paying the charges but connection is not available for more than 2 daysand it becomes frequent. Lot of complaints in the past 3 months. No reachability to customer care service.

    @JioCare Any update on the installation? I have been trying to contact the engineer since yesterday, but he is not answering calls. This is highly unprofessional. I also tried reaching customer care, but it is impossible to connect with an actual person for support.

    @JioCare Please Stop your Lip service and connect out Paid Internet which isn't working since Sunday? It's a premium paid service for which you have SLAs to fix? Your team can't tell lies? This has already been escalated to the state Nodal officer as well as the central office
