    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    Hey @reliancejio I just took your 1Gbps plan however I’m getting capped at about 400Mbps. Upon trying to file a service request, I was told that, by policy, you can’t raise one if it’s > 10-100Mbps. Are you wilfully misrepresenting service expectations to your customers?

    @reliancejio @JioCare what's wrong with your connectivity? Is it difficult to keep network connection up at all times? Isn't the concerned team paid to do their job? Is the owner bankrupt, unable to pay the dues? Absolutely hideous service! @TRAI scared to the bone to take action

    To all those whom I might have recommended to go for Jio Fiber, I apologise. When it comes to customer service, I can see them making new lows. My Complaint is not resolved after 12 days and they have no clue what to do. @JioCare @fiber_jio @fiberJIO

    @JioCare It's too late for that. I have already submitted a request for porting my number. I have been constantly complaining for 2 months now without any solution. Someone from your team called me today and said my bill must be high because of usage! This is absolutely ridiculous.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Surprised that post deactivation of my JioFiber Services, there's no communication for device pick-up nor for any security refund. Poor service so far.
