    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @reliancejio i would like share my worst experience with Jio store. I'm using e-sim of Jio in my phone. As I want to do factory reset of my phone I visited two branches of jio stores to get back my e-sim as it will be deleted after resetting the phone. The staff were reckless

    @CricCrazyJohns JIO USED TO BE BEST NETWORK ACROSS country but from last 6 months jio network is totally useless.... Im regretting after recharging my jio sim and consumer services is not also good!!! @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio there is no network in my Jio sim since last 3 hours, contacted your support team and they confirmed that there is no issue with the device or APN settings. Please fix the network outage at the earliest in my locality.

    Disappointed with @reliancejio's lack of action towards resolving network issues and service unavailability in my area for over a year now. But what's more ironical is their daily reminders to recharge my account, showing their interest only in getting paid rather than solving it

    @Ravi01978 @JioCare @Vyankat87603891 I am using jio number from last 7 years but from last 2 months service is very pathetic and irritating, about 500-600 jio connection is in my society if you can't improve your service than we will port all connections to another network operator.

    @reliancejio The jio fiber service is extremely "PATHETIC", internet is not working since mrng, have raised complaints several times but not resolved yet. The officials and engineers are not ready to listen to anything.

    Worst internet connectivity at night always while using @reliancejio , complained so many times but there is no solution provided yet. Customer care executives assured that the issue will be fixed but not any update. @JioCare
