Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

Now I called again and was informed that my complaint is closed and they are unable to reschedule and asking me to call again after sometime. @JioCare can someone please help me here
