    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare have scheduled a relocation appointment for my JIO FIBRE 5 days back still there's not any update on the relocation I have already paid ₹1200 for relocation +₹707 for monthly recharge still there's not any adequate response please solve this problem immediately..

    @JioCare @PMOIndia @BBCHindi worst service provider, looting people, jio has taken my money in advance and now not installing Airfiber. Their people are so arogant and mannerless. So don't go for Jio. Please refund my money for postpaid why they have taken money in advance

    service is third-class trash! Request ID: SR000035V583 — technician was supposed to come, didn’t show up. CC says “we are helpless.” 📍Damras district -jalaun up (285130) the tower is just 800m away, yet AirFiber/5G is down 7–8 days every month. Shameful! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare USELESS Its been 3 days since Ive ported from @airtelindia to @reliancejio after 16 years. Till now the sim was not delivered to me. I came to know ur service quality in first instance. Please process my refund and I would like to continue with the airtel. NO0001DEUZFW

    @JioCare Worst service provider in india My stb is not working and Technician Asking money for adaptor Still shameless these people don't do anything I also raised the complaint in NCH And if the issue is not resolved be ready for legal notice

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I am aware of the issue and will take very minimal time solve but the adamant nature of the technicians is being the problem. I am facing a lot of issue because of this and my work is getting affected. Can you please prioritise this.

    @JioCare Issue is with all the Devices and I had informed customer care executive 2 days , where @JioCare would have to arrange technician home visit, but there is NO further action, we keep on facing the issue.

    @JioCare currently have an eSIM, but I need a physical SIM card instead. I have visited your stores in Mumbai, but none of them have been able to help because my number belongs to the Maharashtra circle. Could you please assist me with getting a physical SIM card issued?
