    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare and One more thing don,t cheat people by saying next month when in reality it's not gonna to happen. So many months passed like that and bills came and you have been giving this excuse every month and it was never adjusted. Atleast have some self respect.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Please install new tower connection in our area, I don't have enough network coverage. How long will you fool us? Our patience has broken long ago.I can't say the words on the phone properly,I can't use the internet.Such a bad network! Stop scamming peoples.

    @JioCare Having trouble with my Jio Fiber Connection since the start of the month. Raised several service requests only to face harassment at the hands of the Customer Care representative. They were more than happy in taking a disconnection request rather than addressing my issue

    @JioCare It’s high time u focus on customer service resolution time as well. just expanding your user base should not be only yard stick to be measured. I’m shocked to see the poor mgmt and updates on customer complaints against exiting connections. Atleast Airtel was better here
