    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @rsprasad I am unable to use my 4g net on jio since past 6 months. Other members around me use their net without any problem. Customer care always told me its temproary problem. But I am unable to even send or receive WhatsApp msgs.

    @JioCare hello , I have just installed jio fibre at my home .But I am getting high ping while playing game (Valorant) . I have also contacted jio fiber support via email many times but my problem isn't yet solved . It was the worst broadband experience for me . Help me out plz

    @JioCare Arsqd and Prabal it is very important to understand and respect the patience of customer.. delaying shows how irresponsible we are...count the no of days from the date of disconnect.

    @JioCare I do t think jio is serious about their customers complaint. I have already shared feedback regarding speed. But no resolution till date. Very poor. I have switched from airtel to jio but now I am regretting.
