Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

@reliancejio how many times I have to do complaint or tweet regarding my network issue... care centre always says.. there is high traffic in your network area.. that's not my problem... I pay... I want service... sometimes it look like I'm on 3G service too slow...
