    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare My Jio SIM is facing a severe network mapping issue. When I make outgoing calls, a completely different wrong number and name show up on the receiver's phone. Also, incoming calls are showing 'Call Not Sent' / unreachable.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed. Full payment was made on 31-Jul-2026with a promised installation date of 01-Aug-2026. Several days have passed with no installation, no resolution. I will be forced to pursue the matter through consumer grievance channels. Order ID: LR0000163JV0

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Home is not working. Tried to speak to customer care through MyJIO app, but it only has aitomated answers. No live agent to speak to. No service engineer being assigned. What's the point of charging a hefty amount when you can't provide reliable service

    Hi @JioCare, this issue has been pending for 1–2 years despite multiple complaints. Please escalate this to your Network/RF team. The nearest tower (eNB: 4854) still has no 5G, forcing my phone to connect to eNB: 264251 with poor speeds. I have shared further details in DM.

    @reliancejio @jio Full signal bars. Zero internet. No indoor connectivity. But according to @jio, everything is fine because the signal icon looks healthy. Apparently, only customers are expected to ignore the part where the internet actually doesn't work.
