    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    Since 23-Sep I have been repeatedly told that the issue is being looked into. Today is 28-Sep and nothing has happened. In total, I have lost 24 days for relocation of my JioFiber and have lost 8 days on DM with you. Great going @JioCare
