    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    Jio fiber is worst. I can’t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio
