    @reliancejio @JioCare : Internet speed at location 832101 (Baharagora) is very slow. From 5 PM to 11 PM, nothing opens up. Could you please resolve ASAP?

    @JioCare trying to report wifi issue since 4 days. The engineer visit keep rescheduling. Jio customer agents keep lying about a new date when engineer will visit. Stranded since days, but jio as usual does not care about its customers

    Worst service by @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio my wifi is been off for more than 14 hours and it is second time in month they don't give response and when they pick up the call they just say that we are coming in 30 minutes but they don't come plz help in this issue @reliancejio

    @3sachin88 Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

    @JioCare what speed do you offer or claim on your 4G mobile service. Lot of issues on data connectivity. Your helpline at 199 abruptly disconnects the call. Worst experience...pl ask to me and resolve the issue by today evening

    @ca_sandip I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @JioCare @reliancejioYour service request number is SR00001CCXH2. You will receive an update by 2022-07-22T09:32:22. The commitment had been given to be of 09:32 AM , still no updates . Pathetic Service. Hindering my WORK FROM HOME. Will switch to @Airtel_Presence
