    @JioCare Details given on Jan 25th..no response yet on how to switch back to regular 399 plan? @TRAI, please note @reliancejio is not offering customer to switch back to non-STB plan.

    @JioCare Also tell your customer care people that the internet is working without learning how to make a complaint. Neither have they gone with the setup box. Now you will come and plant it in another place, then I will have to do something.@reliancejio 2
