    @reliancejio hello Jio. I paid 2500rs for the connection along with setup box. As I didn't want the connection with setup box, I just requested to cancel this order some 1month back. I am still waiting someone should visit and take the router and setup box and refund my money.

    @nagbiplab @JioCare @reliancejio Better switch to any other provider. I have raised for fix complaint, no one came for week time to fix, raised disconnection request, person came to pickup their devices after 15 days of repeated follows. Still I don't know when I can get the refund of my deposited money

    @MukeshK40951914 @reliancejio @JioBrowser Jio is focusing on the 5G and Jio fibre to attract more customers. More customer more profit. Do you think, reliance is serving for mass!! They are serving to gather more profit. Shame shame.

    @JioCare @Kaala_Daku It's so disappointing to see service quality degradation of Jio especially the data pack net speed, very poor. You need to work on it seriously else ready to lose your customers..

    @JioCare re location services rating ZERO star. Have been applying n talking to customer care it seems customer care guys r helpless n Jio app too helpless ( AI) Can you connect back n resolve issue ?
