    @JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

    @JioCare The internet is still slow "EVERYDAY"......not sure when it will be fixed.......you will end up losing a customer I am guessing.

    I want to get Jio fiber in my house, but when I tried to contact your employee of Jio fiber, then they are saying that there is no line drawn on your side, due to which there is a problem in putting Jio fiber in my house. It should be managed as soon as possible. @reliancejio

    Despite Having A Network Tower In Our Area Jio Is Giving Worst Service To Its Customers. I Have Recharged My No. With 599.Everyday The tower is being Shut for 8-10 Hours When We Call The Concerned TSM He Is Abusing The Customers Plzz Solve This Issue🙏🙏🙏 @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I will not intrested to stay with jio mobile net work , while i have not use my data continus the msg receive from jio( u have use 50% data) this is harasing to customer .

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI experiencing wrost network quality by jio , in day time its good but after 7 pm its like am using a 2g sim card , and seriously when i complaint at 198 help , they say that this is temporary issues and be fixed within some days . Please fix it .
