I am paying too much just to keep my number active when you fail to provide basic network to call. I will ask my neighbours to do the same. And we will be forced to go to consumer forum for such practices.

I raised this request for STB issue, the service guy called and said it has to be replaced so provide closure code so that he can raise request for replacement. Now he is not picking up the call.
