    @JioCare My first AirFiber order was booked without proper P2B verification. I waited days with repeated assurances but no installation. Another Jio technician later checked P2B, found good signal, and raised a new order immediately. Please investigate this lapse. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Replied? It's a template message with no resolution is what I received. I want a clear timeline for the permanent resolution of my problems, as well as an email confirmation for my bill waiver. If I can't get both by tomorrow, I'll definitely go to the consumer forum on Monday
