@JioCare Jio no is not working as you took the money but never charged.Alternate no has been provided many times but u fail to call. Seems employees are fond of sleeping Or buying excuses. Have courage to call and solve the issue.Don't take money for people like us n run a empire.

@reliancejio pathetic customer care. My jio connection is not working since 15 June and no solution/update so far. Have escalated to appellate, but no response from there.
