@JioCare Since issued has not been resolved from past 6 days , so finally cancelled the jio fibre booking. Such a Pathetic & ridiculous experience.Never recommend anyone. Further responsible person name Gagandeep (mob : 9914055065 , 7888498085) FIR lodged in local police station.

@JioCare Team get your acts right !! my jio fiber was supposed to be active until 13 and suddenly i get a message today that my recharge is over how it could be only for 28 days!!! can some one answer!!! when i recharge early it does not mean that you give only 28 day service

@JioCare More shocking is that they are saying it will take 41 days for a refund, seriously. How stupid it is to pay in advance and then follow and beg for installation. And there is no proper redressal mechanism.
