    @JioCare not getting receipt for annual recharge done for jio fiber. No provision on myjio app. Call center says it cannot be provided, it will reflect in bill only. Not done as it does not solve my purpose. Need receipt only. Pls help

    Dear @JioCare,@reliancejio , For the past 3 days, we are facing issues in making and receiving calls. I got a generic reply that there is limited connectivity but before the past 3 days everything was fine. No issue at all then how in 3 days it's limited connectivity.

    Every day I tell myself that it's okay, the issue will be resolved today. But NO. The Inefficient service of @JioCare @reliancejio proved that it was my biggest mistake to opt for their connection. People at customer care give you 10 diff statements to confuse you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I can't send msg for Portability. Completed 90 days timer period for Portability. Trying to send msg but can't process. Call 2 time customer care for this issue. They're not helping me. And put my call on hold for 30 min Is this your service?
