  @JioCare My contact no. is 8554058294, I have never seen the full network of jio in my phone and the internet connectivity is worst and also when there is power cut off in my region the internet usually stops working, I had complained many times but no permanent solution was provided yet

  @JioCare @reliancejio I am disappointed by the registration to installation process of jio fiber connection once registration is done and after few days it is said that it can't be installed.this is my order id- NO0000HGDVDI.kindly check it why it is not possible,very bad service

  @JioCare and when I requested that with the customer support, the usually say problem will solved in three hours and we cannot register a complaint. I am very unhappy with your services, Rather you provide any permanent solution or refund my money so Ican port my sim to different network

  My jio internet network is always slow. Jio why every day I have to struggle for getting a good connectivity irrespective of the fact that I reside in urban area. Please fix this issue else thinking to switch to different network. @reliancejio
