@dev_6638 @JioCare Worse Customer care for Jiofiber. They disconnect the call without resolution and that too after asking you to wait for long time. I haven't seen worse any other service centre like Jiofiber. Unfortunately noone is listening us

@reliancejio 964 days of looking at @reliancejio fiber pole lying alone without a connection box waiting since eternity cause apparently the team for jio fiber and one responsible for those boxes are different and both of them can't resolve their issue for last 964 days. @DoT_India

@JioCare How much time do you take to address a porting request? It's been over 2 weeks and still no resolution. If onboarding is so bad then I can only imagine how bad the service will be.
