    @JioCare Second Recharge , was not required . Your system has picked up this no. POST PAID no. 9810985479 , of its own . We have not requested for this. This is the main issue , for which we requesting Jio , for a Refund of Rs.2399/- for a wrongful transaction . Plz doTheNeedful

    @JioCare I did the first complaint in january 2021 and you promised to solevd problem. But problem is same hear. Good service. No coverage.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 2 JIO FIBER connections at my home not working & ur call center person says cannot send technician widout customer doing trblshooting & b present in front of router. What a regressive way 2 handle poor quality of service.

    @JioCare Fedup highlighting same issues from so many years. If this is the service jio is having in a city like Gurgaon then what will happen to tier 2/3/ 4 cities and rural areas.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare This is how they torture a customer who just simply wants to relocate his/her jio fiber broadband..Will share my refund experience also soon..with proofs. This is the second time the same thing is happening with me..SEE THE COMMENTS SECTION

    @JioCare - Your service request number is SR000014XEEJ. You will receive an update by 14/05/2021 08:27. Even after registration of complaint ur people close the complaint as REJECTED without any resolution as information was not captured.

    My Experience with @JioCare is forcing me to move to New Service provider. My latest service request is SR00001463B4 & net is not working . This is my Fifth complaint in last 7 days . Welcome to the world @reliancejio .

    @reliancejio . My issue is I had requested For Recharge to my friend’s Jio mobile no.9953765943 for Rs.2399/- ( 1- year validity ) , yesterday on 15/3/2021 For this Recharge , this amount of Rs.2399 has been deducted Twice ,{ Rs4798 has been deducted } PlzHelpforRefundOf2399

    @JioCare Can you please educate yourself staff so as they don't ask SR number when there is an outage. Jio fiber support don't give SR numbers and complaint resolution executive don't work without one. What a irony!!

    @JioCare Have registered a complaint and scheduled engineer visit on 29/08. Without my knowledge you have rescheduled it to 30/08 @ 9.00 AM. And now to 31/08. Is this a customer service or harrasment.

    From last 10 days,there is no proper network of @airtelindia in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand near Baridih. Neither able to make outgoing calls,nor incoming. It is ridiculous. Worst network now. Charges are high,service is worst. Wi-Fi is slow. Good to shift to @reliancejio or any other.

    @JioCare Since you all have decided not resolve my issue and keep dilly dallying, only thing to do- I want to surrender my Jio Fiber connection. Please arrange to discontinue my connection and refund my deposit and also this month's recharge 999 since I couldn't watch otts or anything.

    Never seen a worst service like @reliancejio Fiber. Since last Friday I have connectivity issues and still no ones sent to resolve it🙏🙏🙏 even government service providers are better than these private. Other than that now 5G rights👏👏👏👏 wow
