@DoT_India @reliancejio Still my issue hasn't resolved. Same network and Data speed problem in my location. No enhancement in network Only giving false assurance. Already 2 month passed. It will be my last request. Then all users of this location will portout from #Jio.

@JioCare This is inform you to condition of jio network is worst in my area since 15 day I had called jio care but there is no development in network please resolve the issue or I have to move Airtel which is good in my area.

@reliancejio I've already paid for a replacement sim card. The store refused to assist me and directed me to Customer Service. After 20 attempts to contact customer service, they said they had no idea what was wrong.If you can't solve such a minor issue,I'll move to @airtelindia

@reliancejio @JioCare too many issues in your enterprise team, firstly they activated wrong SIM cards, the guy handling this is pathetic, then they deactivated correct SIM card, we are struggling since more than 2d to get it activated but in vain. Anybody responsible? #jio #port

@JioCare your service in my location is very poor for last 4 months I don't know the exact reason for This. I can able get good speed if I was using 2 km far from my location. It's not worth to use your Sim!!!

@reliancejio I have recharged 239 plan few days ago but I think it's totally worthless. Internet speed doesn't cross 1kbps. I'd complaint in 199 many many times regarding network issue in our locality,but I couldn't find any reformation ....

Dear @ViCustomerCare, am your loyal customer more than 8 yrs. Coz u were the only option avlble at our area. Bt m not at all happy wth ur worst network and never get 4G internet till this date. its time to say good bye. @reliancejio @airtelindia please help me 🗼

@reliancejio Only when WiFi calling is enabled does the call get through. nonetheless, not able to send SMS. The receiver cannot hear me while WiFi calling is disabled. On my phone, I tried a different sim card. It functions properly. The issue is with the SIM.

@reliancejio I can't accept calls because my SIM card isn't working. I even attempted to replace the SIM card. But the problem remains the same. I tried both old and new SIM cards on other phones, but the problem persisted. Customer service has no idea why this is happening.
