    @DoT_India @reliancejio Still my issue hasn't resolved. Same network and Data speed problem in my location. No enhancement in network Only giving false assurance. Already 2 month passed. It will be my last request. Then all users of this location will portout from #Jio.

    Everyday @reliancejio Data is Automatically getting exhausted by doing light browsing. There is no automated Updates Turned On nor any background app refresh. And their customer care service is pathetic. @JioCare is fooling its customer.

    @reliancejio i have sent 100 mails and 20 calls to jio care, but since last 6 month they are saying that they will resolve this issue soon, does it take 6 month to solve this type of issue, care person saying "hamne refund bhej diya tha , agar nahi aaya to hum kch nahi kar sakte"

    @ViCustomerCare problem remain unsolved.Executives giving excuses to escape from the discussion and problem remains unsolved. Finally paid the incorrect bill and now planning to port out to @reliancejio or @airtelindia Hope this time also vi does not care to retain the customers

    @JioCare @reliancejio my complain number -SR00001EEBIO. My internet not working since one week. I have complained and maild 200 times still my problem not solved. Worst ever service seen from such a corporate company Reliance. They keep on RESEDULING appointment without knowledge

    @JioCare @reliancejio Booked jio fiber on 25th Sep. Exec told it will be installed within 24 hours after your booking. but after paying amount, it is not installed even after 2 weeks. Worst, Slowest & Pathetic customer service. please refund my money or install it.
