    @DoT_India @reliancejio Still my issue hasn't resolved. Same network and Data speed problem in my location. No enhancement in network Only giving false assurance. Already 2 month passed. It will be my last request. Then all users of this location will portout from #Jio.

    @JioCare This is inform you to condition of jio network is worst in my area since 15 day I had called jio care but there is no development in network please resolve the issue or I have to move Airtel which is good in my area.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have taken jio fiber connection before 24 days and on 11 Feb my jiofiber wire was damaged due to any external cause. Regarding this i already complaint in jio customer care my complaint no. is SR000013YZ14.

    Dear @JioCare, it's not about the mobile fault for slow internet speed but it's your location. Right now I am in a town about 40km away from my place and here internet is good. Kindly improve your speed at 440009 location.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid since the past month, but every store that I have been visiting says that the process cannot be done currently. What is this issue? Need to get it done asap.🙄
