    @DoT_India @reliancejio Still my issue hasn't resolved. Same network and Data speed problem in my location. No enhancement in network Only giving false assurance. Already 2 month passed. It will be my last request. Then all users of this location will portout from #Jio.

    @JioCare Dumb customer care team. Even after so many tweets, you don't even care to reply or resolve the issue. This is the level of such a telecom company who claims to be the best.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am experiencing very poor internet connection since last 2 days. When i tried your customer care, they didn't even responded, the call get cancelled, and it happened approx 50 times.

    @JioCare When I raised the request regarding my internet issue, the so called engineer visited and closed the request. He literally blocked my number. Feel so ridiculed and disappointed. I wasnt sure JIO used to handle their customers in such manner.

    @reliancejio Really facing bad service from jio helpline number (198) the employee and supervisor both are disconnecting the calls, called several times but not received proper response, got shocked after looking that even supervisor are disconnecting the calls from there end.
