@JioCare This is inform you to condition of jio network is worst in my area since 15 day I had called jio care but there is no development in network please resolve the issue or I have to move Airtel which is good in my area.

@DoT_India @reliancejio Still my issue hasn't resolved. Same network and Data speed problem in my location. No enhancement in network Only giving false assurance. Already 2 month passed. It will be my last request. Then all users of this location will portout from #Jio.

@JioCare @JioCinema Kindly push an update for jio cinema app on Samsung Tv’s Tizen OS for 4k support as IPL are going to start and Jio tv app for android TV’s have 4k quality support but Jio cinema app on Samsung Tv doesn’t have that till now, we also want to watch IPL 2023 in 4k

@JioCare I didn’t want to express my frustration on a social platform however it seems there is no other way forward. Very unprofessional behaviour on handling service request 2079641533. I should have never moved away from @airtelindia for broadband services.
