No enhancement in network Only giving false assurance. Already 2 month passed. It will be my last request. Then all users of this location will portout from #Jio.

The whole day past by waiting for the engineer and talking to your incompetent customer care service providers. There is no chain of escalation.

I’ve already complained multiple times but nothing has been fixed yet. At this rate, my recharge will expire before the problem is even solved, and then I’ll be told there’s no active plan.
