    @DoT_India @reliancejio Still my issue hasn't resolved. Same network and Data speed problem in my location. No enhancement in network Only giving false assurance. Already 2 month passed. It will be my last request. Then all users of this location will portout from #Jio.

    @JioCare This is inform you to condition of jio network is worst in my area since 15 day I had called jio care but there is no development in network please resolve the issue or I have to move Airtel which is good in my area.

    @JioCare I am an emergency medical service provider and just for stating the obvious if any patient dies due to you negligence then @reliancejio is responsible for that death and the subsequent losses. We provide services to cardiac patients and elderly patients but @JioCare is absent.

    Should have chosen @airtelindia over @JioCare I regret choosing Jio as my internet service provider. It is ridiculous how I am struggling to connect with a human since a month.

    @JioCare Navin it’s again a rescheduling. This game is running since last 3/4 days. I am surprised that engineer has such guts that he picks the calls and never reply. In some cases never picks the call even where the call is reputed through Jio call Center.

    @JioCare service request no. SR00003CNPWH generated on 31/07/2026. Since last 3-4 days engineer is appointed and he never visits. Even don’t pick calls. If pick the call never answer. This is how pre paid customers dealt at Jio fibre?

    @JioCare Please don't give SOP answers. The service engineer is not willing to come and the schedule keeps changing everyday. It now 6th day since issue occurred. He is saying they are being told to only focus on air fibre request and don't have bandwidth.

    @JioCare After so much follow up I was assured of getting the resolution today. After four hrs when I checked my acccount to see if anyone is assgned or not. To the surprise it is shwoing appointmnet missed. I have not been contacted by anyone from JIO for the same. This is just a coverup
