    @JioCare What does "if" here means? I was told by the service provider and the guy who came to install that once cancelled I'll get the refund. What do you keep prolonging this issue daily? In the last reply I was asked if I want a refund back to source or voucher.

    @JioCare Your latest assurance was that it will be resolved by 6.30pm IST today. Nobody has visited till now. It’s more than 72 hours since reporting issue. Stopping giving false assurances and wasting time.

    @JioCare @JioCare you are showing this as a service repair visit, but no JioFiber/AirFiber device has been installed at my location yet. I need installation, not repair. Please correct the request and send an engineer for installation.

    @JioCare No, but the engineer who visited mentioned that it will be resolved in the next 1 hour and definitely by 12noon. If this is how to service requests are being managed, I better switch to other internet service providers.I always thought that because of its service Jio has an edge

    Worst service by @reliancejio @JioCare inspite of complaining for jio fibre since 2 days, no response, the service guy says speak to jio do not call me.
