    I am suffering with @JioCare @reliancejio My wifi is not working and every 1hr i am getting a message that the visit has been rescheduled as per my request when i have not even requested for this. I am hell irritated as my work is getting hampered.

    @JioCare I got this answer from your side. Right now jio engineer is at my home. He checked and confirmed that every connection is good. The issue is from the server side. I think something is wrong with your system. I recharged yesterday and it accumulated in advance payment.

    @JioCare The intended service could never be completed, now your commitment of cancellation and refund of money is not being done. How pathetic can a customer support be? Even today I'm receiving messages of installation Appointment. I have clearly advised for cancellation of services.
