@JioCare receiving notification like ' insert sim card' I switched my mobile off for a couple of seconds and turned it on the problem got solved but then again I am receiving this no sim card notification. Can you please fix this issue.?

@JioCare I didn't get any response yet. Problem is still persist. That is why customer are shifted to Jio service provider from Airtel.

Hi @JioCare , Our jio fiber js not working since yester day evening raised a complaint yesterday itself. Have received no help, solution whatsoever. Toll free number is useless as well. Mirzapur, Uttarpradesh.

@JioCare @reliancejio At my location from last two years only one signal bar showing and facing more difficulty to make a call and using internet. I complaint regularly via call and tweet but didn't resolve problems and your team came with a lamest reason that a lot of people

@reliancejio the worst broadband service …top 3 reasons why shouldn’t you have one -the connection is down average 3 days a month ,chatbot and self service are piece of old wonder ,call centre is non responsive and if you lucky to get call centre they won’t have your billing
