    @JioCare Please provide me process to refund my deposit. It's been more than 50 hrs I'm not getting Fiber service. I want to switch @airtelindia in Ranchi. If u can't fix the problem in 50 hrs in Ranchi then u need to pack ur bag . worst customer support @reliancejio

    My experience with Jio Fibre is extremely bad. Their service team did not respond /rectify the problem even after several complaints . First complain was lodged on 12th august. My jio fibre no. 1203541870 @jiocare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Beg to disagree. The visit was planned at 2 today, that dis happened. Now it being rescheduled at 7 and I am sure that is not going to happen as well. This is really poor. @reliancejio

    @JioCare That's what is promised for last 9 times with lot of confidence by your service representatives. If you can tell me why the last 9 appointments were re scheduled it would have restored a little faith in jio
