    @JioCare My jio air fiber account no is 520168270347. Jio air fiber has the worst service. So pathetic when you call customer care number it gives automated reply saying Experiencing temporary network congestion in your area and disconnects the call without connecting to support.

    70days recharge liya,but properly use sirf 10days bhi nahi kar paya.Constant speed issues,buffering,network drops on both 5G&4G.Don’t know issue @JioCare network ka hai ya @Vivo_India v23ka,but overall experience extremely disappointing.Customers pay for service, not frustration.

    Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare. Internet has been down for 3 DAYS. Ticket SR000035G0TX was raised immediately, yet the resolution deadline passed 12 hours ago with ZERO contact. Broken promises and no support. Fix this NOW! #JioFiber #JioDown #BadService @reliancejio

    It’s been over 1 week and my Jioairfibre is not even working worst experience.its just been 20 days of the connection and not working from past one week. No resolution constantly saying one thing "backend issue". If it's not getting resolved just close it. @JioCare @reliancejio
