    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , Please help as your representative took away my devices . This is a serious matter. I submitted request to close my Jio connection and gave back my wifi and setup devices but my devices not submitted yet to jio office

    @JioCare Thank you for the response, but this delay is unacceptable. My Jio AirFiber service has been disrupted for days, causing major inconvenience. I request immediate resolution and a clear ETA, otherwise I will be forced to escalate this matter further.

    Wtf is this service @JioCare since yesterday no internet, appointment scheduled for 7 pm yesterday, engineer didn't come, when asked saying no idea. Tracking option on jio care app not working, multiple escalation one ring after that request on hold Request no: SR000039ZDY5

    @JioCare Whether this is an area-wide outage or specific to my connection “Need more time” without any timeline is not helpful. Kindly escalate this to the concerned backend/network team and provide a firm resolution update today. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare What an irresponsible reply In customer care service You shud be RESPONSIBLE nd not sorry Its been more than 46 hours of no service from you side, and no one visits When contacted ur engineer say he will not come Nd then you keep rescheduling with a time gap of over 24 hrs

    I ka using jio Air fiber from last 2 years, from last 2-3 months, facing speed related issues, contacting jio support but no response from their side. Kindly check this issue and fix it. @reliancejio

    @kasaudhanji99 @JioCare @reliancejio This is the reason I stopped recharging via GPay. Sometimes this issue will happen, you will get refund from GPay. Anyways, always use mobile operator app for recharging. And huge money transfer always use respective bank app.
