@JioCare First it was said that issue will be resolved by 1st june and today I got mail that it will be resolved on 4th June. My bill is paid till 20th of Aug. I want to know is jio going to adjust these days or refund me the amount I have not used it services bcs of their fault.

Took 3 calls and 30 mins to connext to an executive to request a disconnection, and the person is dragging the call. @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic internet speed and even worst customer care experience

Extremely frustrated & harassed by @JioCare @reliancejio. Paid ₹2221 for #JioAirFiber on 16 May. Your corrupt staff openly demanded a ₹1000 bribe for installation. Since I refused, they halted the service. 16 days of zero response! Your customer care is absolutely useless.

@JioCare Today is june 1st. Still waiting for the service person to come and check the problem. How much patiance you are expecting? For just 5 minutes of repair work you are making us to suffer from 4 days. Tell us when service person will come. If its late atlst we change provider.
