@JioCare @reliancejio I have raised a complaint about my jio fiber internet connection. Y'll kept rescheduling it everyday saying that the phone was switched off and today the slot given to me is 5:30pm - 6:30pm and now I get a message saying that "the door was locked".#JioFiber

@JioCare I have the monthly recharge of existing jio fiber due late evening tomm and your customer care told me recharge done for my existing jio fiber connection balance will not migrate to these Make sure the new hub is made operational tomm else will have to cancel these 2 orders
