  @JioCare I recharged my jio fiber account on 27 Nov. Account has been recharged twice due to payment gateway issue and both the plans have been activated in parallel. Request you to either refund the amount for one recharge or activate the plan after the current plan is over

  @fiber_jio @reliancejio @Ril Hi I was took a connection from reliance jio fiber , but after working 1 month they closed my connection said security deposit pending, i have already paid all amount but no helping from last 21 days. Excutive and sales are too bad supportive.

  @JioCare There is no update. Last month also 15 days no interest but I was charged for full month. This time also month is ending and internet too is not working. Again false commitment given by @JioGigaFibre

  @JioCare @reliancejio just recharged mobile with validity and top-up still I am not able to call anyone. And if someone calls me they get notified as phone is switched off. Although 4G working fine. Kindly solve this issue ASAP.

  @reliancejio it is prehaps the worst tv system,, the after sale service is worst.. nobody listen to the problem of customers..
