What was promised as a 48-hour SIM delivery has turned into weeks of follow-ups, multiple service requests, unanswered calls and still no clear delivery date. All this trouble just to get a SIM. @JioCare

I live in Palghar. They keep calling me repeatedly to recharge. One of the representatives even spoke to me in a very rude manner, demanding that I recharge. Do I have to face this much pressure? Are people going to pressure me into recharging, otherwise my SIM will be disconnected?
