  @JioCare Strongly suggest everyone to avoid JioFiber. Never seen such poor customer service. Even after continuously following up for the last 2-3 days and sharing all details multiple times, there is still no resolution. Completely disappointing and unprofessional support experience.

  @reliancejio i have the jio fiber connection from last more than 5 years.. even with such ling standing relation when i am raising compain customer care irritating by teaching process by passing call fron 1 to other n not even ready to tk complains. Request to kindly look into.

  @JioCare Paying such a high tariff and waiting for the service is not acceptable in any case. We always face the similar issues. Engineer's is doing formality and escaping his responsibility.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Bahut chances diye but ab bas. Constant network issues, slow internet aur poor support ki wajah se finally Jio number ko dusre operator me port kar raha hu. Recharge mehenga aur service disappointing. Hopefully future me users ki complaints seriously loge.

  @JioCare @JioCare It has been more than week now but no response has been given to me on the above raise service request. The issue is persisting for more than a month and multiple service request has been raised but no resolution given yet.
