Full toss (@Fullltosss) reported@JioCare I recharged my Jio number with the ₹899 plan on 1 August, which clearly included a JioHotstar subscription. However, I still haven't received the subscription. I contacted Jio Care, and they confirmed that everything is fine from their side. After that, I raised this issue with JioHotstar three times, but I haven't received any response. My money isn't free. I specifically chose this recharge because it included JioHotstar. This is very disappointing. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. Kindly DM me so I can share my phone number and other required details privately. Your customer support has been very poor, and I expect a prompt resolution.

The MPS (@mpshaller) reported@pbhushan1 Even @JioCare behaves the same way. I had run in with them thrice in last week. Ultimately the only solution their technician offers is reset your wifi. Else they don't know how it works. Duopoly has taken the country and its citizens for a ride.
