  @JioCare Please don't fool the customer again. from Sunday onwards at around 4 pm engineer assigned with name after 30min sheduled withdrawn untill today. Without visit again how you take time for problem solving. I am also an engineer. Whatever kindly tell truth to customer.

  @JioCare service is scheduled for Sunday 8 PM,yesterday an engineer was assigned late evening via MyJio, but when I called, he said he was assigned only for installation, not service. Installation gets same-day support, but service gets delayed.

  @JioCare The router has a continuous red LOS/Internet light with zero connection since yesterday. This means there is no fiber signal reaching the modem. Please escalate this and book a technician visit immediately to check the physical line
