  My JioAirFiber connection (ID 778570979341) has been a bad experience with lots of buffering. I want JioFiber instead because it gives unlimited data and smooth speed but the FAT Box is 400 feet away from my house. Don’t buy Jio AirFiber it has no unlimited data. @JioCare @TRAI

  @JioCare @reliancejio This is getting ridiculous! After YOU rescheduled engineer visit to 11AM today, I now receive another message saying its been pushed to 3 PM, again WITHOUT my request or consent. Nearly 24 hours without service. Is this how Jio treats customers? ESCALATE NOW

  @reliancejio @JioCare My wifi is down for the last eight days. The technician has visited twice but that idiot still doesn't understand what the exact problem is. He just comes and scratches his head and says he will bring a helper with him tomorrow and leaves.

  @JioCare After 5+ months, this cannot be called a “temporary” issue. Asara, Baghpat (250623) has virtually ZERO Jio network across the village, affecting nearly 40,000 users. Please stop repeating the same response and provide the actual status and a definite restoration date. @JioCare
