Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

@nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

@reliancejio @JioCare from past 4 days struggling to get the relocation of fiber connection to my new address.thre times got thr revised time line for same but till now no resolution. New connection in 24 hours but relocation in not even in 96 hours, what a service level?!!!!

@JioCare My RMN is 7057645502. My Jio Fiber Account Service ID is 100431440125. My wifi is down since 48 hours. I have filed complaint through Jio Fiber Customer Care number multiple times.All I am getting is silly excuses and there's no action being taken.

I paid Rs2824.92 on dt 08/01/2022 for jio fibre connectionOrder No:NO0000JZOONW.Till date daily time and date is being rescheduled from their end .Ask the Managers not to trick the customer for the services if jio fibre set up is not possible. @JioCare
