Customer care, engineer all are expert in making excuses and now when I am asking to uninstall the service they say I'll lose my money.

The ticket continues to get rescheduled while the connection remains down. This repeated pattern in Udayagiri is seriously impacting work and reflects very poor service accountability.

They tell me to wait for a few days and if I express any dissatisfaction, they disconnect the call. I want my refund.

Extremely disappointed with the service handling. Escalating this further to Appellate Authority and @TRAI if not resolved immediately.
