But from today afternoon the connection is again broken !! In the last one month I hardly used the Jio fibre due to technical issues of your end ! How will I be compensated for the loss of service ( prepaid connection) and when my service will be restored? Very pooor customer service and technical support

They are transferring the call again and again for the last 5 days, and nothing is happening. My billing date is 11th June, and again I will get charged more.(5)
