  Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

  @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

  I started using jio fibre internet services 4 months back and have to complain for the same every month,the service is pathetic they don’t have proper jio customer support .They should not be writing 5g speed service if they can’t provide the same . @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare A field technician openly threatened service sabotage because of the OTP, and all I get is an automated reply? I don't need sympathy, I need disciplinary action against the technician and a written assurance that my line won't be tampered with. CPGRAMS Ref: DOTEL/E/2026/0051075.

  @JioCare @TRAI @airtelindia Price hike cut and I request TRAI to look into the tariff revision process followed by Jio and direct the operator to resolve the network/internet issue in my area at the earliest.
