  @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

  @JioCare No JIO technician visited so far. Very poor JIO Service. I will suggest to all my colleagues or known ones not to take any JIO wifi/fibre/airfiber connection as the post-connection service of Jio is very poor & also not customer friendly. My JIO number is 1135896882.

  @JioCare @JioCare I shared all requested details via DM but received no response. Please escalate my complaint and share the SR/escalation reference. Cancel my #JioAirFiber, reverse the incorrect bill, stop billing, or I'll approach the Appellate Authority and Consumer Court.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioAirFiber has been down for the last 12 days due to rain. Despite repeated complaints, no timely support was provided. Now that an engineer finally visited, I was charged ₹349 for an adapter, even though your device was damaged because of rain.
