    Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

    @JioCare @reliancejio Even after multiple calls and mail chains, the issues are still not resolving. The STB didn't work on installation so, I refused to keep it. But you are still charging me for ott subscription. I request you to change my base plan and refund the amount.

    Hi I am unable to get 5g network on my jio sim on my pixel 6 after I converted my physical sim Card to a esim. I was getting 5g before on my physical sim on the same device. Can you help @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare u r welcome.... but in trouble with @JioCare . can't operate bank accounts due to network issues. no signals, calling and sms services disconnected.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio if you can't fix your network problem then close your business. Struggling from your network problem from last 2 years. Weak networks at all area and fluctuations. If not fixed within one week i will port my sim and will switch to some other 🙏

    @reliancejio @JioCare An engineer visited my house and reset my wifi about 3-4 times and did not care to reset my extender even after requesting him about 4 times. After making calls and promising to come to my house he never came. Please look into it!
