    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    @JioCare I have #jiofi of yours service with number +916360864725 but it working fine past from two days you cut short the bandwidth frequency of that number now net working I am loosing my money which I paid you @JioCare

    Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

    @JioCare I have already cancelled airtel connection installed at my home due to new jio connection and wifi, now am unable to carry out my business activity since two days as wifi not yet started working....if you cannot resolve the issue, I will have to cancell it seek for refund..

    @JioCare I did shared the address in DM 1.5 years ago. Since then, Till now the network issue persists. Still I have DM you again. Let’s see, waiting for your response to the issue this time. If the issue not addressed, will have to shift to Airtel, left with no alternative. Thank You

    @JioCare, What a pathetic service you guys provide to your customers. I have been trying to get my issue resolved for the last 10 days but you guys have not provided any solution. I would not recommend using jio fiber services at your home.

    @JioCare Very pathetic service by jio.. My internet is not working since 2 days, i have registered complain but still no one has visited to resolve issue Call centre person was also veru rude in answering. Planning to switch to @airtelindia internet

    @JioCare No, that ticket was closed from the backend. I have called Jio and got it reopened. Previous tickets were also closed without any resolution. Customer care is so poor that they are not able to provide an escalation matrix and ask to switch the network.
