    @reliancejio @mipaltan Pura ipl khatm ho gaya but tera network thik nhi hua. Ab kabhi @JioCare pe bharosa nhi hoga. Bas bolta hai thik ho jayega but hota kuch nhi hai. Worse network experience. Finally I am going to switch my network.

    Jio Network Experience huge traffic, in my area and they have not left any door which can be knocked, chat assistance can't help all the time moreover they can't send service engineers any ways.@JioCare

    @JioCare Yes, issue is resolved. But I want to know the price of Jio STB remote. Technician took Rs 599 for the replacement of remote and did not give receipt. So just want to confirm the price.

    @JioCare Why is there a network disruption in my area almost every 15 days? And why can't I speak to a real support agent? Every time I call customer care, your automated voice just says "there is a disruption in your area" and that's it. No updates, no ETA, no human support.

    @JioCare @HathwayBrdband Is there some kind of breakdown in the new connection process? For over a month, I've been chasing agents for a JioFiber connection. Multiple contacts provided by Jio and friends have not responded. I then approached Hathway and received the same treatment. Customers are ready to pay, but nobody seems interested in providing a connection. This is raising serious concerns about how new customer requests are being handled. Please explain and help.

    @JioCare Patience since two months now? @reliancejio fiber service should be complained to consumer forum for looting our money. Providing almost no internet by taking so much money from the consumers. Fed up now. It's Harrasment I feel being the owner of Jio Fiber. Just got scammed.

    @JioCare if this kind of service from jio like brand where they charge for the Amazon prime service which is part of existing Jiofibre plan 999/-. Reliance jio is doing fraud by charging for what OTT App which is already part of current plan 999/- Kindly provide support 🙏
