@JioCare (1/2) Several engineers have visited, after a certain point they are also not able to help. When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

@JioCare soon is a bit vague, it can imply the next second to next century. Please be specific. Atleast get me in touch with local in-charge of engineers in Ranchi. Your customer support is helpless, they can't transfer call to seniors or give me the assigned engineer's number.

@JioCare , whenever i connect jio as my primary sim, the data getting finished so fast, is there some type of trick @reliancejio is doing to fool his customer? I was using Twitter on chrome and doing some normal browsing since 1/2 hours, and my 1.5 gb data is gone.
