When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

I urge you to set the validity of a one-month recharge at a full 30 days as soon as possible. Otherwise, we are prepared to protest against this.
