As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

Since 20 July, I’ve only received excuses and delays. Restore my service immediately and provide a refund/validity extension for the entire downtime.
