    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I request for jiofiber on 18 dec, verified and setup on the same day so quickly. Now after 26 days I cancelled fiber connection and more than 6 days no one came to took the fiber till now. Too slow process 🤨🤨

    Now let me give examples of incompetency. Twitter support told me the other day that you are not having valid plan. Chat support people told me only engineer can tell whats the issue as they don't have technical knowledge. Er told "Bhaiya aaisa issue pahli baar dekha". @JioCare

    @JioCare Last two month, I had continuously post and tweet the issue and so many times share my device detail, phone number to JIO care. This is not my JIO number problem, in my family there is 3 JIO number, and all are facing the same problem.
