    @JioCare I'm having a major problem with the Router at times it just want get charge. Have to literally shake the router and then I see it charging And yes the network too goes week many time leaving me lagging for a while and a break on work mode

    @Airtel_Presence is not even competing with @reliancejio. I am loyal customer entirely on Airtel Network. I am trying to get a vfibre connection for over a year now but somehow they can't provide me the connection. Now eventually I'll shift to #JioFiber as I don't have an option.

Me and other @idea customers are facing issues in terms of network for many days and @idea has not bothered to fix this yet. You will be trapped. Dont buy.

    @JioCare fed up of pathetic jio fiber services. You pay money in advance as prepaid recharge and then they give pathetic service without any adjustment. My fiber connection is not working since 3 days and no resolution provided and no adjustment amount in bill.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Planning my network port to Vodafone/Airtel. Fed up of Jio's week internet speeds, that too in the centre of my city (671121)! Oh, please don't say it is due to excess user traffic. Enough of this reason. It is your duty to improve the speed accordingly. 😒
