    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    @JioCare tv channels on Jiofiber giving trouble,at times some channels disappear,my plan is 150 Mbps,stb needs to be checked

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    What is it with @reliancejio @PlayApex ping problems. Every alternate game the ping is at above 200ms. So annoying nd irritating.

    @JioCare Its totally fake promise. I received 7 reschedule messages from 20th April but till date I have not received any response and the installation has not been done. I will file a case against PG portal and also in consumer court, this is absolutely bad service, total harassment.

    I'll recommend everyone to avoid installing Jio WiFi, Their service is extremely poor, and they never connect you directly to a service executive or agent—they always redirect you to their IVR bot. My WiFi has not been working for more than 3 days. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Yes, esim is activated in my mobile but it was activated 15 days before to till today before that i used an physical sim and the problem still remains the same. Even my wife is using jio sim in another brand mobile and having same problem.

    After payment, Jio AirFiber service is completely unresponsive — no proper support, delays, and no clarity on refund. This is happening in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and I am personally facing it. @JioCare this is not acceptable. Fix this immediately.
