    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @reliancejio @RelianceEnt @reliancegroup kindly take notice that jio fibre team had assured us free connection to society.but after 2 month of service started.there is no response from team .feeling cheated from jio fibre .from Satish tiwari veermahal chs lalbaug 9820464853

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's frustrating time, taking twice the recharge but not given one single improvement in the jio... Everyday we are facing issue! I am not expecting such delay in service from Jio.. the more we raise whistle blow the more you are ignoring us big shame...

    @JioCare @reliancejio I own a jio fiber conctn, last date to pay bill was 10 April, today mor I see the servics are suspendd. There can b sme issue, may b sme family emergncy tht someone was not able 2 pay the bill, wht is the logic in suspendng service in 2 days post due date

    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    @JioCare Keep on working you have time till 31st Dec 2023 to call a customer who wanted to port in JIO and this is what @reliancejio calls 5G service

    @JioCare I've been waiting for JioFiber installation since yesterday morning. The appointment keeps getting rescheduled, no engineer has contacted me, and despite 10+ calls to customer care, I haven't received any update. I have a job and can't keep chasing support every hour.

    26+ hours without internet after JioFiber technician opened the main fiber box outside our house and left the issue unresolved. Multiple complaints raised, promised visits missed, and still no response from the team. Absolutely pathetic service and poor handling by @JioCare.😡😡

    @JioCare When I asked to Vimal that we dint know, it's your problem. I pay Rs. 1200/- for new cable of Tata sky. Take appropriate action against Mohit and Vimal. So that we can established our faith on Jio brand
