    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare The service is good but facing issues with the internet it gets down for 4- 5 hrs from last 15 to 20 days no support has been provided The app also doesn't resolve the issue. Worst customer support and issue resolve

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @JioCare Inspite if registering a new complaint this afternoon at 12:30 I was been told that an engineer would visit by 3pm and it’s already 5pm but nobody here and also no communication, is this truly a 5G experience which you’ll claim??? Poor customer service

    @reliancejio think twise before going to subscribe jio fiber, in breakdown of services consumer can request for service through app and you might get appointments after 24 hrs or more till that no internet

    How should I disconnect and get refund amount of my jio fiber ?? The app provides a helpline number that doesn't help at all , employees at jio store gives the same number and the person who sold us the plan is now removed !! please provide suitable help @JioCare @reliancejio

    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    @JioCare Without follow-up the jio installation is not happening. The time for installation is too much. How the team jio will react on break down issues. The jio representative Mr. Pavan Kalyan offered formalities for installation. What action will take the team jio.

    @SahilLohchab11 @JioCare Jio customer care used to call me daily from different numbers, reminding me to recharge. I warned them that if they called again, I would take the matter to consumer court for consumer harassment. After that, the calls stopped completely.

    It has been more than 48 hours and @JioCare can't even find out what's wrong with the #Jio #Fiber connection. That too in the national capital! Wow! And @TRAI probably doesn't even pull up the telcos for deficiency in service.

    @JioCare What's the point of raising complaints if your customer care only follows a script? I've contacted support 5–6 times regarding poor network speeds in Ranchi. Every call ends with the same questions, a network reset, and a promise that the issue is fixed.

    @JioCare @JioCare Team, still no resolution. I reported this issue on 22 May and have been facing continuous internet disconnections ever since. Despite multiple tweets, emails, and assurances, no proper action has been taken and engineers are not visiting as promised. (1/2)
