    @JioCare Your engineer visited and advised me to go in for cancellation process.the guy mobile number is 9841353507..he said due to long distance wiring he cannot rectify the issue..now I request you to take action against the guy who cheated me and made me to take the connection..

    @JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

    @reliancejio i recently shifted to new house in same city and requested for relocation but customer care, technician all are saying there service unavailability.but my landlord has jio fibre,his other tenant has jio fibre. But if i request for new connection Dey r ready to give.

    When spoke to amazon prime customer care, they clearly stated the plan was effective from 1st Dec 2021 to 1st Dec 2022 which completes 12 month/ one year subscription. Why @JioCare @JioFiberChennai is cheating customers continusoly in the name of benefits? #JioFiber #Jio

    Worst service ever seen, even nodal officers dont reply to mail @TataPlayin . Does this happen in @airtelindia @reliancejio . Facing problem from past 4-5months . They charges you for box when dish camera is faulty. Heights of bad services .

    @JioCare What's going on with Jio Fiber's service. It's down since yesterday, works for 10 or 15 mins then goes down for another 6 or 7 hours. This is not how you provide a service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor JioFiber service. Speed ~1 Mbps for 2 months on 30 Mbps plan. No visits, complaints closed without OTP, repeated reschedules. Tested via LAN – not WiFi issue. NCH Complaint No: 9103018 #JioFiber #PoorService #ConsumerRights

    Hey jio i am using jio airfiber and there was some technical issue in the wifi so i called the technical assistance who installed mu connection whose no is 310605532228. He taken the output device with him now isn't picking up call not giving any reply. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare If the service cannot be activated, please process a refund at the earliest. Also, if reactivation wasn’t possible, why was the option to “pay now and activate” shown in the first place? This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience.
