I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

I send an email for help, i get reply after 24 hours asking stupid things, i reply within 15 mins, nd next reply is again aftr 24hrs. Small issue, been weeks :)
