    @reliancejio @JioCare I took 30MBS postpaid plan for 6 months in Hyderabad and your Sales person named Rohit Mishra clearly told me that I can upgrade to 100MBPS plan by just making call to customer case and pay upgraded amount but now customer care saying this is not possible.

    @jio_gigafiber @reliancejio Worst service ever. I am unable to use my jio fiber from 10th Aug. Raised this issue multiple times, each time the ticket get resolved without any solution. The engineer does not even visit and falsely closes the ticket. SR000016BXAP SR000016D93M

    @JioCare Most pathetic fiber network. Network outage close to 24 hrs. Customer care tell you to wait for 2 hours every time you call. BSNL works better then Jio fiber. Regretting to switch to Jiofiber from BSNL.
