@reliancejio @ChennaiIPL @DelhiCapitals Jio fiber is the worst, it's good to have local internet provider, as if they log a complaint they can resolve the issue in maximum of 4 hours, where jio is having shortage of engineering staff.

@JioCare Call drop , unable to make or receive call not about specific number all number. very poor network that means Buffering , Hardly you can watch @OfficialJioTV live ... Last time your reply was we are working on it .

Extremely disappointed with the services of @reliancejio for my postpaid number. 1. Worst ever network 2. Getting 2G data speed 3. Getting payment due screen after making full payment and confirmation sms. 4. Unnecessary charges for OTT services while claimed to be free.

@JioCare My service request number is SR000014KMO9. You will receive an update by 10/04/2021 15:51. My complain was lodged more than 24 hours ago. I've been told that the engineers in the locality shall come and fix it . At first 5 to 6 PM then I was told they will come be 7-8.
