    @JioCare I already had some concerns with the support but everyone is giving different resolutions, I am not getting any signals and customer care keeps giving me IR packs offers which I don’t want . I just want to get signals in the uk

    @JioCare My internet is not working for 10 days now because of congestion in the area and Jio is not able to resolve it. If I do not get refund of my money in 3 days the I'll be constrained to file consumer complaint

    If you @JioCare cannot empathize with customer and running through the script with no emotional engagement, the customer might feel negleted n cheated and this may aggravate them enough to hang up or file a complaint here i am doing same.
