    @JioCare Dear Sir/Madam, Please guide the process for ownership change for Jio fiber. As your customer care executives guide to surrender existing subscription and take new one. Which is not acceptable. In case its under TRAI guidelines that we cannot transfer, then pls guide.

    @JioCare @JioCare Too bad to hear this from you. Will your Jio accepts to pay after 60 days post connection. I was informed the inital 1500 would be returned back within 2 hours.. It's more tan a month. Need to escalate this higher management have multiple concerns.. Do arrange a call bck

    @JioCare @DoT_India Why Jio has not solved the internet Speed problem at Mandvi (370465) Dhaval Nagar-Kutch-Gujarat,which is even slower than 2G, already many complaints are there since a long but unsolved till now

    @jiocare @reliancejio I have Fiber connection which is having 150 Mbps plan. I spoke to customer care but not registered my complaint for the issue of speed is not getting of committed I am receiving speed only 1 to 30 Mbps even one device used. Please help to solve. 1/2

    @JioCare Internet connection is poor for Jiofi in the area PIN 441122. Please do the needful to improve the speed and reliability.
