    @JioCare, Instead of answering my complaint, I keep receiving automated emails asking me to "Run Diagnostics." My JioFiber (0522-3552593) was already down for 5 days, and your technical team had confirmed it was a network issue.

    Terrible jio internet connection, even after registering 2-3 complains , the personnel gives same answer give me 24-48 hours, if you dont know how to provide service , just pack your bags and get out , fed up @JioCare

    @JioCare JioFiber has been down since 9 July. Your engineer finally came today after 4 days, only after continuous chasing since morning. He arrived around 3 PM and was watching Instagram Reels instead of fixing the issue. Fix this on priority. SR00002M10F0

    @JioCare No internet since last 24 hours. Keep testing customer's patience. In the last 30 days, we had no internet access for around 10 days. But, your shameless company takes no responsibility and pays no heed to our complaints. You just have a template of replies, that you just paste.
