    @JioCare #jiofiber. Have issues with jio fiber but not able to connect to costumer care. Quick chat help doesn’t do any justice too. Kindly assist. 1800 number not connecting too.

    @Airtel_Presence almost 100 broadband connections in Iscon Platinum, Bopal, Ahmedabad are facing 50% downtime since last 1 month. Technicians come and go back with no solution. Can anyone look into this? Else will need to ask @reliancejio to get us a bulk deal.

    @JioCare Guys, any update on my issue, when I had to get a new connection, it was done within 2 hours of raising the request, for a relocation within same premises, not even get an update, sorry state of affairs with no recourse. @AshwiniVaishnaw @TRAI please take cognizance.

    @JioCare @JioCare u thought you don't let customers down and yet your service sucks. The connectivity is as bad as your post sales support. Despite calling the urgency, neither your on ground team sent someone not any response on social media #jiosucks
