  @reliancejio I requested a new Jio Fiber connection in South Delhi a week ago, but I have not received any follow-up or visit from a service representative. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Please arrange for an agent to contact me immediately to complete the installation.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I want to put complaint against those people who are not bother for customer service and ignoring to customer service being a seating on that roll . If action will not taken I will peak this point in all social media .

  @JioCare @jio_fiber My Jio broadband is not working, registered the #SR00003DGOHT on Friday. No clue of engineer visit. Helpline number doesn't work. Very pathetic service.

  It's been 5 days since a request for changing power adaptor for Air Fiber was raised. No resolution, no updates, just false assurance that it will be resolved soon. Horrible experience. @JioCare
