@reliancejio @JioCare your sales team takes booking of Jio Fiber by giving false date . And after booking when they don't do the installation, customer has to wait 21 days for taking their money back ?? Order Number NO0000KBIIQP

@JioCare Thank you for your response. I believe the support should be customer centric. I should have received a call from the installation team if i have any installation appointment. The installation date was on 5th Feb which is already crossed. Do you have any email for escalations?

Worst possible customer service by @AJIOLife , returned a product on 21 of Jan, it was picked up on 29, expected refund date was 29, and still no response, when i tried to when them by call, waited for 45 mins, they don't even pick up the call, @JioCare
