@JioCare There is no network in our area. The internet is not working at all. There is no jio network here. Airtel has a good network. Everyone is being ported in Airtel I want to be ported.

@reliancejio Worst service till date. After payment if Rs.2500/-, NO ONE FROM JIO ARE BOTHERED TO DO INSTALLATION. One team says connection can be provided, installation team says they can NOT. Tired of following up, what are you guys up to?

Complained on 2nd feb for Connection error... Till now no resolution have been provided😌 After several complain no response frm techincal department is available. Technician asking for charges for complete service. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I HVE EVER FACED. @JioCare

@JioCare you have barred my outgoing since 6 am in the morning. The reason told that I negative credit balance. I have Rs 2300 surplus balance in my account and still you say credit balance is negative. WTF is this? @airtelindia can you please tell me how I can port into airtel?

@JioCare jio services are at its worst..very poor !!Whenever tries to get support, in response - this may be because maximum users using service at same time, update ur phone software, in our system you are in good service. Never hope for any solution..
