Hi @reliancejio @JioCare am using your services from ab initio but from 5-6 days am facing network issues that effect me badly my Sessions got cancelled and guess what when am calling to customer care they giving more horrible reason (because of so many users in the area) .

@JioCare @reliancejio totally fails in giving 4g internet speed during this lockdown period. Airtel shows a much better speed. So I think they have created huge database of customers but with poor quality. Time to switch .

@JioCare your internet sucks... already have complained several times in last one month but no positive response. everytime customer care ppl says we are looking into issue and no sla is given for resolution. I am hardly getting 40-50kbps in jiofi dongle. Pls look into it asap.

@JioCare Poor Jio Fiber service. For over 3 months facing 3 to 4 outages daily. Also last 2 days internet is down Tagged 2 tickets. No one is bothered to send engineer to fix issue. Poor quality to service impacting work from home and children classes. SR0000156 VFQ / SLE.
