    @JioCare Last time when I talked with the Customer Support they also said the same thing and no one visited to check the problem and the service request was closed automatically. Make sure the issue is resolve.

    @JioCare Call me immediately and fix the internet connection. Your WiFi is completely offline, the router is blinking red, and I am being forced to use limited mobile data just to stay connected while paying for a 100 Mbps broadband plan that barely works.

    @JioCare Now the status is changed to 'on hold'. Literally you are just making me to switch to other companies!! Literally the worst ever service and support team !! The calls go to ai, support request also handled by ai, no real solutions just deadlines #jiouniversalrouter #jio #jiofibe
