    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare am using your services from ab initio but from 5-6 days am facing network issues that effect me badly my Sessions got cancelled and guess what when am calling to customer care they giving more horrible reason (because of so many users in the area) .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Request SR000013KS21 was resolved without being any solution. How pathetic is your service. Still facing slow internet and no solution yet since last 7-8 months @DoT_India please check. They are making life hell in wfh with slow internet.

    @JioCare your internet sucks... already have complained several times in last one month but no positive response. everytime customer care ppl says we are looking into issue and no sla is given for resolution. I am hardly getting 40-50kbps in jiofi dongle. Pls look into it asap.

    @JioCare @reliancejio totally fails in giving 4g internet speed during this lockdown period. Airtel shows a much better speed. So I think they have created huge database of customers but with poor quality. Time to switch .

    @Airtel_Presence Close to two weeks now and my issue for poor 4G speed has not been addressed. I was promised a callback on thr 6th Feb that did not happen. At this point I wonder what i am paying you money for. I'd rather port this number to @reliancejio #useless

    Hey @reliancejio, your network quality has degraded to the extent in the last one year that it has become impossible to play a video without buffering. I can't do WFH due to slow speed of internet. You are giving 2G speed in the name of 4G.

Specially I have noticed that before almost two weeks ending the recharge, they automatically reduce the Internet speed. Is this the way to remind the recharge again ?

    @JioCare I didn't ask you for a troubleshooting video by DM. When your network is what the troubleshooting gonna do? I need speed data service at my place, that's it. If you can't provide then say it loud and clear that you can't do anything for your customers.
