Nearby EnodeB site optimization needed or plan for ODSC in surrounding area,otherwise will loose lots of customer as Airtel is giving superb network coverage here.

Have been facing this issue since 1 year at Chailengta, Tripura 799273 and nothing has been resolved. So from this month I am using BSNL 3g instead of JIO @JioCare

I've complained many times, but there's been no improvement. Many users are porting to Airtel due to poor service. Please improve coverage and provide reliable 5G.
