    @JioCare @reliancejio 1. Very nice. So is it really temporary or permanent problem! This is 2nd time with in 1 week and no solution. This is news paper agency and 24hrs I need connectivity. Your technical person told me they will come tomorrow.

    @JioCare @reliancejio network strength is very poor here. I want to draw the attention of the concerned team and want to ask if the network strength is so poor in the capital of the state, how would you say Jio is a leading cellular operator?? Pay attention on remedy.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3. And also your technical person are not understand what was the issue with speed. They are asking me to format my pc for speed related issue. Are they well trained ?Are they equiped ?Are they technical person ? Seriously this jio called service

    @JioCare I am facing this problem since last 2 years. Called IANL of JC Agartala lots of time, but no resolution given. Nearby EnodeB site optimization needed or plan for ODSC in surrounding area,otherwise will loose lots of customer as Airtel is giving superb network coverage here.

    @JioCare Worst service team of jio fiber in Agartala. Lodged a complaint on 14th January, but till today nobody contacted for modem pickup.

    .@reliancejio I m a consumer frm Agartala and ur service is pathetic. Here the internet service is taken down randomly anytime without any maintenance messages or reasons. It happens once or twice daily randomly. And I am rest assured its NOT a fibercut issue. Take Serious Action

    The worst network I have ever experienced, they claimed to be fastest network in Tripura. If Jio can find a satisfied customer in Agartala this would be jio's victory even a youtube video buffers. It shoukd be called 2G instead of 4G @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2. So should I stop my news service for today. I had a bsnl fiber connection and I stopped for higher latency only. I never face like this with bsnl. It's horrible.What you think people are fool. Even your speed also not up to the mark.

    @JioCare @JioCare from last 1 week Jio fibre connectivity is pathetic in whole Agartala!! Early morning or at night, sometimes during day time speed goes down to almost 0!! Really frustrating for WFH situation!!

    I feel like, Earlier when i used to surf internet on 2G mode , the speed was much better than current jio4G Pathetic internet service of jio. Everyday i think of switching to other operators . Agartala, Tripura. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia please launch your XTREAM broadband service at Agartala. I want to shift from JIO Fiber to Airtel Xtream. @reliancejio they are simply cheaters, it's impossible to contact customer care for problems.They are simply fruad.

    Again new problem jio to jio calling don't have valid pack, when I call jio to non jio no they receive my call. After recharge ₹251 & 101, and I have ₹661.84 Talktime, this thing happened. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @najju77 @Airtel_Presence Didn't get your point. @airtelindia was never handed over to @tatadocomo . Instead, docomo was merged with Airtel. Maybe @Airtel_Presence can help you in this regard. If still persists, you're free to port to any other operator such as @reliancejio

    How long has it been @JioCare , barely a month.The conection issue returned again and I am given a time slot for repair two days ahead. That means loss of one week of connectivity. Why should I pay for that. Last month same thing happened 15 days of non connection! Please reply.

    @JioCare @JioFiber Extremely disappointing experience. Since 15 June, I completed KYC twice, made two payments and received multiple installation dates but the connection was never installed. Repeated delays, poor communication and no accountability forced me to choose another provider

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Since 7 June, I have faced repeated outages, missed engineer visits, and auto-closed tickets. Now the full bill has been generated while my reimbursement request is still pending. Is this your idea of customer service?

    @JioCare Please cancel this request as it seems like you have no track of it. I ordered one sim on 20th June. The customer never delivered and I got it cancelled via cust care. That money have not come to my account yet. Today a delivery guy have come to deliver 2 sim
