    @JioCare @reliancejio 1. This is to inform you that I have a new jio fiber connection which was activated on 02/07/21. From yesterday midnight these was no connection and still now. Already I raised an issue and complaint but no one cares. Is it a service?

    Again new problem jio to jio calling don't have valid pack, when I call jio to non jio no they receive my call. After recharge ₹251 & 101 this thing happened. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Why your customer care team is not aware about the local issue ?? @JioCare !! Both the times I called, calls got disconnected! I have shared local Jio office contact through DM. Who shared the actual root cause.

    We pay for the services that you provide us..kindly make sure that 4G on your network works like 4G and not like 2G. Have been facing this issue since 1 year at Chailengta, Tripura 799273 and nothing has been resolved. So from this month I am using BSNL 3g instead of JIO @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio want to draw attention to low network coverage on centre of the town. Network signal strength is very poor here. Such a billionaire industry provides such poor network is a issue of shame. It's Agartala, Kunjaban. Pay your attention here.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2. So should I stop my news service for today. I had a bsnl fiber connection and I stopped for higher latency only. I never face like this with bsnl. It's horrible.What you think people are fool. Even your speed also not up to the mark.

    @airtelindia please launch your XTREAM broadband service at Agartala. I want to shift from JIO Fiber to Airtel Xtream. @reliancejio they are simply cheaters, it's impossible to contact customer care for problems.They are simply fruad.

    I feel like, Earlier when i used to surf internet on 2G mode , the speed was much better than current jio4G Pathetic internet service of jio. Everyday i think of switching to other operators . Agartala, Tripura. @JioCare @reliancejio

    The worst network I have ever experienced, they claimed to be fastest network in Tripura. If Jio can find a satisfied customer in Agartala this would be jio's victory even a youtube video buffers. It shoukd be called 2G instead of 4G @JioCare @reliancejio

    @najju77 @Airtel_Presence Didn't get your point. @airtelindia was never handed over to @tatadocomo . Instead, docomo was merged with Airtel. Maybe @Airtel_Presence can help you in this regard. If still persists, you're free to port to any other operator such as @reliancejio

    @JioCare Is it possible for me to switch to Jio Air Fiber from Jio Fiber ? Will you transfer my remaining validity of Jio fiber to Jio Air Fiber ? As there is frequent issue in wired one. Within 10 days this is my 3rd complaint. And 3rd one is taking more than 4 days of time.

    @JioCare Hi jio team. Any update on my request. I am wondering that even after so much of escalation there is no resolution on this. Now it’s almost a year that I am chasing for this. Now I have to move to consumer court for the same so that I can get resolution for this in legal terms.

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber support. My internet is working, but my Set Top Box is blinking green LED and TV service is unavailable. I have already emailed your support team and attached the diagnostics screenshot, but no technician has been assigned yet.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence was facing network issues, went to your store, got the e-sim replaced.... it worked for 1-1.5 hours and now no signal..... This is how you deal with your postpaid customers. Need to switch to @reliancejio I guess....
