    @reliancejio Now it's time to leave jio network because the service which you are providing is just horrible. So poor network. Other networks are giving tremendous service

    What is wrong with @JioCare @reliancejio at Agartala, Tripura? Why the mobile internet is so down, it feels like 2G back to the old ages, paying for 4G services & going for 5G, is it the way we go forward?

    @JioCare @reliancejio network strength is very poor here. I want to draw the attention of the concerned team and want to ask if the network strength is so poor in the capital of the state, how would you say Jio is a leading cellular operator?? Pay attention on remedy.

    @JioCare @JioCare called customer care just now, they are not aware about any outrage about local connection!! And local Agartala Jio technician told they can not do anything, as there is a Fiber cut for the whole city!!

    After calling several times also no engineer visited or connectivity issue hasnt been resolved Since 18th August night and it's just getting rescheduled again and again.poor service.Thats how you people work in weekdays?? @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request Number SR00001D18H5

    Again new problem jio to jio calling don't have valid pack, when I call jio to non jio no they receive my call. After recharge ₹251 & 101 this thing happened. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio 1. Very nice. So is it really temporary or permanent problem! This is 2nd time with in 1 week and no solution. This is news paper agency and 24hrs I need connectivity. Your technical person told me they will come tomorrow.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3. And also your technical person are not understand what was the issue with speed. They are asking me to format my pc for speed related issue. Are they well trained ?Are they equiped ?Are they technical person ? Seriously this jio called service

    .@reliancejio I m a consumer frm Agartala and ur service is pathetic. Here the internet service is taken down randomly anytime without any maintenance messages or reasons. It happens once or twice daily randomly. And I am rest assured its NOT a fibercut issue. Take Serious Action

    @JioCare Why your customer care team is not aware about the local issue ?? @JioCare !! Both the times I called, calls got disconnected! I have shared local Jio office contact through DM. Who shared the actual root cause.

    @JioCare @JioCare from last 1 week Jio fibre connectivity is pathetic in whole Agartala!! Early morning or at night, sometimes during day time speed goes down to almost 0!! Really frustrating for WFH situation!!

    @JioCare I am facing this problem since last 2 years. Called IANL of JC Agartala lots of time, but no resolution given. Nearby EnodeB site optimization needed or plan for ODSC in surrounding area,otherwise will loose lots of customer as Airtel is giving superb network coverage here.

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service. I received a confirmation message stating that my JioHome installation (Order No. NO0001DT69G0) was scheduled for 13-Jun-2026 between 7:15 PM and 9:15 PM. However, no engineer visited, and no installation was carried out. (1/2)

    @JioCare This is exactly why I switched to @Airtel_Presence. In the era of 5G, I’m struggling to get even a stable 3G signal at my current location. The network experience has been extremely disappointing.
