Nearby EnodeB site optimization needed or plan for ODSC in surrounding area,otherwise will loose lots of customer as Airtel is giving superb network coverage here.

Here the internet service is taken down randomly anytime without any maintenance messages or reasons. It happens once or twice daily randomly. And I am rest assured its NOT a fibercut issue. Have been facing this issue since 1 year at Chailengta, Tripura 799273 and nothing has been resolved. So from this month I am using BSNL 3g instead of JIO @JioCare
