Nearby EnodeB site optimization needed or plan for ODSC in surrounding area,otherwise will loose lots of customer as Airtel is giving superb network coverage here.

Here the internet service is taken down randomly anytime without any maintenance messages or reasons. It happens once or twice daily randomly. And I am rest assured its NOT a fibercut issue. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.
