    @JioCare Jio net is too slow. Complaining since 4 month. I am frustrated by jio net. 4 day before I recharged for 3 months. But still slow internet. Due to this,I am using hotspot of other person. #slowjionet in congested area. #jiosim refund my money. Or else make my net fast.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio is the worst network when it comes to speed..... Leave aside online gaming, features like what'sapp and Instagram also don't work efficiently on this network...... #jio

    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare Hi, I had suspended my Jio number a few months back using the Jio web portal as I was not using that sim. But now I want to resume its services so that I can use it in my JioFi. As login using Jio ID is discontinued in the Jio portal, I need help in resuming services.

    @JioCare Whenever I call any Airtel number, I can hear only beep sounds in the place of normal ring sounds. This is not acceptable at all. Please fix it ASAP.

    @JioCare @JioCare it's almost since March staring I am following up with my refund and have never seen such a worst stupid service of not providing refunds even after competing 80+ days & always sending we are looking & no idiots in jio has time to see this issue & provide refund

    @reliancejio doing a brilliant job that they want everyone recharge data pack but if we ask that why internet speed is very slow, they replied everyone surfing the internet. Ofcourse everyone wants internet, that's what they recharging data pack. @JioCare

    @JioCare Today, after all this delay, he says he has no authority to issue a new SIM and that I should pay ₹349 if I need one. Why was a delivery executive assigned if he cannot complete the delivery? Why was I repeatedly asked to wait when no action was being taken?

    @JioCare I have been hearing the same assurance from the past 2 months now and yet no body even bother to contact me back on this issue. This is very frustrating for a customer who have been trusting Jio ! Can you please escalate this to the higher authority so that atleast I get a call ?

    @JioCare What a terrible experience I am going through. I requested for JioFiber installation at home . Your executive came, did KYC, collected 6 months subscription in advance , I received an order ID on my registered no stating that installation team will contact you.

    @JioCare registered for a cancellation and refund of air fiber connection.. No Money refunded and customer care says they have issued a voucher I can't see any on the app.. So many followups still no results... Such harassment wasn't expected Please help

    @JioCare Do you even know where I’m from? Your service here has been really disappointing. Many of my friends have already ported to Airtel, and I stayed hoping things would improve soon.. but sadly, nothing has changed.
