    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Jio fiber not working and Request(SR000017P9S3) was created on 26th May. Service Engineer visit is scheduled at 2 pm initially on 27th of May. Later I got a message that the issue is resolved(Engineer not called me or visited but just changing the status) and created SR00001B7P4U

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia, on Friday i booked a connection request but it's over 3 days but no update, Mean while JIO and ACT fiber are installing within 12 hours,fed up calling customer care again and again but no response @reliancejio @ACTFibernet

    @JioCare Yesterday technician called but i was not at home, by the time i reached he told me that he will come on Monday. He requested me to give OTP for completion of work & I provided on his promise to come for repairs once i will reach and call him. It is still not working
