I use two simcards, Jio (@reliancejio )and the other is Idea (@ViCustomerCare). I always use jio a lot, but this time I tried to recharge the Idea, but my experience is very bad at the moment. The speed of internet is so slow that even a simple movie cannot be watched.

Harassment by @reliancejio, they are not allowing to port out to other network. We don't have #Jio network at home so we want to port. @TRAI please help in this regard.

@JioCare For the last 3 days your Broadband connectivity is down in Lokhandwala complex, Andheri West Mumbai. There is no response from your customer care. And most surprising is without resolving the issue, the Service request was closed. My SR no is SR000013NLMA.
