@jiocare paid for recharge and stb but no one came to install, 2 days passed in 30days plan, how will one get 30days benifit when it's not installed, his happens when u pay in advance and now it's customer who will run after the company, and Hik is sleeping because they got money

@JioCare .worst customer service of #jiofibre. I was promised last month from @JioCare that on 999 plan my router will be changed from 2.4 ghz to 5ghz but today i called @JioCare once again and they refused to change the router on this plan and refused to generate complaint.
