@reliancejio @JioCare really rude staff. Issued had to be resolved today by 7:18 PM, I was told to wait at home. Now they are saying too dark will come tomorrow. The customer care I called to complain also unprofessional and rude ( name Veera )

@JioCare Jio internet is too bad . I think that It will Improve after some day but goes Bad and Bad. When call to customer care they say their trained Lines " It will Improve very Soon sir. Please give some time" as Always. And please dont ask for Details I know your Process.

@reliancejio Repeatedly, I have complained regarding the same issue whether it may be your band-width, server issue or many users bla bla.@reliancejio. is totally accountable. It's your duty to takecare.Again same issue every evening 7-10pm. I think I need to switch to other telecom.@JioCare
