Well i had just a call with your customer service. 1. I can’t cancel the Tv only i have to cancel the fibre as well. 2. Again i have to raise a request for new fibre connection For your fraudulent sales person i have to take all this headache. @JioCare @reliancejio

in Choolai,all of us here are facing Internet issues for the past 5 days . Some members from the jio had cut the cable wires and throwed it in the road for no reason .Now we are trying to contact jio customer service but there is no response from their side @reliancejio @JioCare

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , your technician visited to fix someone else's connection, in the process he deliberately cut my internet wire (from box) and when I asked why he is cutting wire , he informed that wire is too long so cutting extra wire. But never patched and went.(1/2)
