Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , my JioFi device is having an issue with the signal bar blinking slowly red and no internet. I've tried resetting it, but nothing seems to work. I went to the service center 2 years ago, and they said hardware needs to be changed.

Today I decided to change my network from #jio to @airtelindia. From last 3 years I opted the @reliancejio postpaid services but from last 30days it's network speed has been decreased. Whereas @airtel providing high-speed for prepaid and postpaid customers. Pin 505325

This is weird. I started having issues with my #JioFiber connection yesterday night. Google and some other websites works fine, Twitter/Slack/etc. doesn't. LED light on router stays Green for few minutes, then change to Red and start blinking. @JioCare
