@reliancejio I have relocated within same city I.e Ahmedabad. I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Very bad experience

@amitjaiswal2906 Hey Amit They are ridiculous in response they only care for new customers. You can apply from MY JIO Application and if @JioCare will rejected than no response from customer care they will tell you to repeat the process. You will be lucky if they will approve your application.

@fiber_jio @JioCare I have been a loyal customer to Jio fiber for last 2 years. But since last 3 months Jio Fiber has been a pain. No proper response from service department. Once technician visited but not able to solve problem. Life without internet is difficult. #jiofiber

Horrible services by Airtel as far as wifi services are concerned. They charge so much but there is frequent outage and even the speed is super slow. I'll better shift to @reliancejio or vodafone idea.

Never actually trust when @JioCare person calls you and says he will call back. They never call. I repeat Never. @reliancejio may have the market now, they will never hold because they act like typical Indian companies who don't actually care for customers.. only money 🤑

@PhonePe @JioCare what's wrong with your upi payments. Amount gets debited but never reaches the merchant. I had to make 3 transactions to pay for fibre recharge to make one successful transaction but the money got deducted for all 3 transactions and haven't been returned yet.

@reliancejio I have raise a complaint fir my jio fiber connection on 15th June 2022 and the complaint is not resolved till now evert time telling to wait to resolve the complaint very worst service of jio fiber in guwahati city I will suggest to every one not to choose jio fiber
