    @JioCare You should checkout how other platform will initiate the payment. No one recharge or pay bills without notified how this amount is going to cut. Very bad implementation of @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Your representative are not responding to our request of resolving our issue. They resolve the issue on application without addressing it. Customer care is also not giving any assurance. Kindly do the needful.

    @JioCare facing problem form many time cannot make call properly and another person cannot get voice on the call and my internet data is also used very fast and I cannot use more data but in the app it shows something wrong pls check

    @GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.

    Horrible services by Airtel as far as wifi services are concerned. They charge so much but there is frequent outage and even the speed is super slow. I'll better shift to @reliancejio or vodafone idea.

    @JioCare I am paying for a full month of JioFiber service, but every month the connection remains down for 3–4 days due to repeated outages and poor service. Paying for 30 days but receiving only 26–27 days of service is unfair. Kindly resolve this issue and compensate. @TRAI

    The worst service I ever experienced with jio , I paid my money two days before for air fibre they just call me for payment, I do payment then none call no msg will be came from them and not installed. I call they don't pick. It's very "feeling cheated. Guys plz do. @JioCare

    @JioCare But it's not two days and again it's not working how I don't understand last week I complaint it took 7 days to repair and now again it's not working @jio_fiber @JioCare and in a metro city like Mumbai it takes 7 days to find a thechican then what the meaning to choose jio

    Without Solving the issue, After that I called your so called customer cares which doesn't know anything how to talk, how to help or bla bla and bla. @JioCare @reliancejio they need proper training and give them some sort of Lesson of Displine. After wasting so much time
