The speed is so slow that WhatsApp msg is not able to send. @JioCare.If there are more customers in my area then why don't you Install another Signal booster in my area. The speed is terrible during 7AM - 11 PM. These is the speed that we are paying you the money.@reliancejio

@reliancejio The service of jio is disgusting. I'm not even getting 1kbps of speed despite of having data Balance in my account. When contacted Jio helpcare they told that this is because of large consumer activation during same time. I'm not at all satisfied with the service.

@JioCare @reliancejio this is the speed i have got just 5.7 kbps. This is amazing and fablous. Each and every time got same reply from customer care we are working on the issue from last six month. It's my humble request you to if you can not resolve the issue please tell us.

Hey @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I've been trying to get my refund after surrendering my Jio fiber connection (06513583445). It's been more than two months and even after multiple follow up you haven't processed it. It's been a horrible experience so far.
