Before, taking action on 5G you must have to improve your 4G networks. Because mostly the middle class and below that are using @reliancejio I believe they all are facing problem but the thing is that people won't speak out. But, I have spent my money and It's not worth it. #Jio

@JioCare kindly consider this STB pickup is pending from last 40 days. No one is responding. Complaint number CO0000NC7KIQ. Even I didn't got my refund. Of prepaid acount.

Very disappoint with the service of jio fiber. Have logged SR before two days and without any solution or resolution they mark SR as Resoved...really fed up of the @reliancejio services. Still internet is not working since last 5 days

@GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.

@airtelindia Despite big promises about your internet speed and network connectivity it is far slow than @reliancejio..Not just speed issues but costs and poor call quality hampering trust in once India's biggest telecom company..Sad development
