    @GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.

    Dear, @reliancejio I've been facing the slow internet speed for more than many months. Whenever I call the customer care they have only one answer "Our team is working in this location" since I've converted to @reliancejio.

    Jio has been providing bogus service 4 a long time,my internet has been shut down since the morning.I can't do any work related 2 my office, there r many commitments which r depends on the internet.Will Jio compensate 4 my loss due 2 internet? @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegrou

    @JioCare kindly consider this STB pickup is pending from last 40 days. No one is responding. Complaint number CO0000NC7KIQ. Even I didn't got my refund. Of prepaid acount.

    This @reliancejio service so dam.. Bad.. I have 1.5 gb every day plan.. But after 1 gb the speed some how gets so much pathetic that you can't even use twitter properly.. @JioCare do something

    Very disappoint with the service of jio fiber. Have logged SR before two days and without any solution or resolution they mark SR as Resoved...really fed up of the @reliancejio services. Still internet is not working since last 5 days

    @JioCare I tried to make a call to your customer care number regarding buying a new Jio Feature phone. You have given a Contact number for non jio users. I just made a call first it asked for selection of language then to give mobile number then asked date of birth.

    @reliancejio @JioCare its the worst service @JioFiberVoice service time and again is down....even after repetitive complaint the issue still exisits...it will work for few days and again back to square one...its time to shift to a better service provider

    @JioCare Sent you a private message, but anyway tomorrow I will be visiting the Guwahati Head Office possibly with my lawyer regarding this issue, I will not be stopping here.
