    @reliancejio still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already complain about this & issue is pending since Nov2019...& Provided time lines of 120 days by your customer care is completed..still having same issue..can we expect any solution or port out is only solution..

    Jio Broadband has been disrupted from last 4 days. No response despite daily messages from them that it will be done immediately. No redressable mechanism. But u pay for the down days. @JioCare

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare's service in Asansol. I had a scheduled appointment, the engineer never showed up and no one bothered to communicate this. Leaving customers waiting with 0 updates is total harassment. Please look into this immediately.#JioCare #PoorService

    @JioCare The engineer visit has been rescheduled 2–3 times every single day. Each time the scheduled slot passes, the app simply assigns a new visit time instead of resolving the issue. This endless cycle of delays is unacceptable.
