This morning, the wifi was not working and when I called the person who installed it because he said, “Sir, it looks like it has been stolen,” and he sounded quite sure. Ram (@representsnone) reported@JioCare There is no reschedule button and before anything still no engineer assigned so what difference will it make if I go reschedule, does it mean my current request is stuck so bad that you guys can't access to? Is it not realistic for you guys to probe and escalate the facility??
