    @JioCare @reliancejio I already complain about this & issue is pending since Nov2019...& Provided time lines of 120 days by your customer care is completed..still having same issue..can we expect any solution or port out is only solution..

    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @reliancejio still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

    @JioCare Using 5G but getting worst speed (2.8 Mbps download & 0.07 Mbps upload). Calls not connecting properly and customer care is only AI, no real support. This is unacceptable. Kindly take immediate action. #Jio #5G #PoorService

    Installed Jio AirFiber 6 days ago, stopped working the next day. Red light blinking since 5 days. Support only says restart/reboot but no fix. Either give a clear resolution timeline or process my refund. Very poor experience. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare You have already resolved my complaint then why such Irrelevant informations are being asked for. On 11.02.25 you replied on X that my complaint has been resolved & since then I am asking for that how my complaint has been resolved but since then you are in deep silent mode. Why?

    @JioCare My devices were connecting on airfiber. Post relocation 2.4 Ghz option is not visible. Only 5 Gh option is there. But most of the devices support 2.4 band. Jio support says jio has stopped this band. So, I should switch to other operator if I want to connect my devices on wifi.

    JIOFIBER NOT working. Raised request. Initially it go rescheduled through system. Now its kept on hold. Your technician themselves delay or reschedule the service request? Its second day and still not technician has visited to resolve the issue. @JioCare @reliancejio
