I urge you to set the validity of a one-month recharge at a full 30 days as soon as possible. Otherwise, we are prepared to protest against this.

A refund shouldn't require endless follow-ups after your service failure. Monday is the final day. After that, I will proceed with the Consumer Forum.

Today, even my cancellation request was deleted at your end (without my consent). I had to call and re issue a cancel request which will take another 10 days.
