    @reliancejio still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already complain about this & issue is pending since Nov2019...& Provided time lines of 120 days by your customer care is completed..still having same issue..can we expect any solution or port out is only solution..

    @JioCare Again I have received a msg saying it’s reschedule the installation, who is deciding as no one is asking the customer. Stop this drama n I want refund immediately no more rescheduling.

    @JioCare @Custome61933122 2nd complaint in 10 days Service Request No. SR00001BD9RN. Engineer again told the same thing sir main line me kaam ho raha hai time lagega. I don't understand y such pathetic service is being provided. Humne daily ke hisaab se paise diye hai sahab.

    @JioCare I am glad that I chose to cancel my Jiofiber connection. False promises. Your executive was in a hurry to take the payment but did not deliver the promise.
