    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare i am using fiber for 1 year now. Suddenly there is latency and everything is getting disconnected. Customer care doesnt understand a thing abt latency. No knowledge cant speak properly. Its so frustrating. Selling fiber with this quality?

    @JioCare I am having the worst nightmare type of feeling with my new number,every time someone calls me or I call someone,my call disconnect just after one ring. I can't call anyone nor anyone can call me. This is going on since 10 days. I even lodged a complain regarding this.

    Facing Jio internet problem from very yesterday at my area ( Nimta , kol -49 ) , heard that the problem is also in different part of state , we user pay lot of money beyond recharge , didn't expect such worse services , urgently feedback should be appreciated @JioCare @relianceji

    Fraud @JioCare fiber connection given at my home gets disconnected frequently poor service from their employees had to arrange alternative connection inspite of having a postpaid connection. Fraud company.

    @JioCare @geekyranjit Hi Bodhi, If we normal consumers ask for the Jio 5G Welcome Offer on Twitter you don't give it to us and give only scripted bot response but to YouTuber you are providing it on priority basis just by asking for it once only! At least we deserve proper support from humans not bots

    @JioCare @reliancejio In spite of repeated complaints, why it is that my home fiber connection from Jio breaks down every now & then? My children work from home in shifts and any single breakage leads to their sufferings. Get your maintenance more stringent and your customer support should be guided to behave more sensitive while talking to suffering customer and not ask irritating questions while keeping them hooked for long times. They should take note of customer problems and log complaint in the system immediately so that backend teams can attend immediately. But they say that their process is such designed and unless they follow all steps, they can't log a complain. Majority of these agents work from home with poor signal coverage and weak internet - so their systems too respond very slowly, adding to the customer suffering and time wastage. I am tired of your service and unless rectified immediately, I will switch to Airtel or local ISP, who are more customer friendly and act fast. My Jio fiber ID is 3335949562

    @reliancejio Haha is it like of joke ??? Couple of month back I called jio customer care to raise service request as my broadband was not working I got superb reply “ sir please surrender your connection we can’t repair your connection “ …. This service from jio Fiber team …

    @JioCare You don't know how difficult work life becomes without the internet. This proves Jio is not a reliable internet provider. why reschedule without taking consent from customer? reschedule only if customer approves the reschedule date else allow him to stay with original slot

    @JioCare Unacceptable as I had already asked for cancellation end of April. Then sent a formal email on 10th May. My advance is paid till 11th May. I had clearly mentioned in my email that treat this as confirmation from my end. You delayed the process and now asking me to pay. Wow

    @JioCare And after all this, your team still keeps sending copy-paste internet troubleshooting videos like bots instead of giving a real technical solution. At this point it honestly feels like JioFiber support is designed to exhaust customers until they give up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I called customer service for a bad Jio fiber internet and the rep did not help me. Twice, the call was transferred to the supervisor but the supervisor was on lunch or something or don't care at all. Urgently required solution
