@GooglePayIndia Talked to google representative and discussed the matter. But the issue isn't solved yet as they said that the matter can be solved only by @JioCare and am unable to talk to jio till now and didn't receive any reply from them. Don't know how jio works for customers. Frustrating!!

@vb_vijaybaskar @JioCare Overal the service is pathetic and dismal. JioCare is dictating terms to me , sending me almost 10 unsolicited messages a day "Recharge your Jio no. 7003062544 on PhonePe with Jio All-in-one plan at Rs.555, scratch & win rewards upto Rs.175 on PhonePe. Hence I refuse to renew.

@reliancejio @JioCare I did made a recharge of 199 rs and the amount was been deducted from my bank account however the recharge failed N now jio denied that there was no recharge done! Worst pathetic services provided by @reliancejio @jiocareindia @JioCare

Called 198 & got no genuine response. I told them to get my complaint to higher authorities but they kept on saying what the system says. Made them undrstnd alot but they repeat same thing.If this complaint is not resolved, I am bound to switch over to any other network @JioCare

I reopened the closed grievance at consumer affair portal saying, not full amount is refunded yet. Thanks, atleast got partial amount because of this complaint, otherwise jio would have never refunded.

@JioCare I hope he does at the appointed time. I have already had a bad experience with @airtelindia broadband and cancelled my connection due to such undue delays in service. I hope my association with @reliancejio doesn't end before starting at all due to such delays.
