    @JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

    @JioCare I had a talk with 2 Jio service guys. They are pitching me to do new installations instead of relocation or else it will take 15 days to relocate. (Relocation area is but 5-6 buildings away) Is that Ethical?

    @Vivo_India @JioCare using #vivox80 frequently facing 5g network disconnection. My Numb is not reachable by friends and family. Jio says to switch off VOWIFI to receive Voice services seamlessly.Does this solve the problem?? Please discuss among yourself. Hv rest network setting

    @JioCare this is to inform you that i am unable to change my jiofiber password and its open already complaint about the issue to you many times. If any illegal activity happens through the open network i won't be liable as i have already informed you many time

    @JioCare Slow speed , faulty router no proper speed in 5ghz band even after if u stand beside the router . Several times I have told your technical team to change it but no one found any fault in its horrible system. So it's better to terminate your connection.

However after payment still asking for the duplicate incorrect amount as due... Called to customer care on 5th July 7, 10.30 P.M & 11.00 P.M, nobody taking things to resolution

    @JioCare My JioFiber isn’t working (red light). I raised a ticket on 2 July but received no response. The Jio Centre said it no longer service my area. I’ve recharged till October. Please refund the remaining amount or upgrade me to AirFiber. This is severely impacting my WFH.

    @JioCare SR raised at 5:30PM, tech scheduled 7-8PM. When I call your engineer say not my area nobody works after 5PM & cancel. But for a NEW installation, your team works till 10PM?! Need this internet issue fixed ASAP. SRO0002MBRJ8.

    No use of Jio sim at all. Forget internet but unable to call indifficult times as waterlogging .Why do we have to pay hefty price if no service is ever provided. This is not for today or this month. Whenever light goes Jio services get nullified. @reliancejio #Jio #Nalasoparaeast

    Used my @airtelindia WiFi until I tried shifting my connection locally. Called 10 times in 4 days, but customer care failed to connect me with local engineers. Terrible shifting service forced me to disconnect. Switching to @reliancejio now—let's see how they treat me.
