@reliancejio I am very much disappointed due to Jio Fi Service. I am really shocked because I have Jio Fi device which I have purchased on last september'18. Before completing 1-year it has shown trouble (Jio Fi device on but could not detect from mobile or laptop), I helpless.

@JioCare @reliancejio, pathetic customer service. I was called up by Jio Store to collect JioFi as it was repaired. When I reached store, it is found to be in someone's posession who is not in store and will come much later. Just harassment after buying new JioFi just 5 days ago.

I did big mistake port from @reliancejio to @Airtel_Presence . No one customer care executive responding in my issues . I unable to get incoming call In airtel from 3days .again I will go back to Jio. Always Jio is best and they give first priority to customers.
