@reliancejio #JioFiber Getting worse day by day. Entire day running like a tortoise. Thn the 5ghz band doesn't work well even after u sit beside the router. Asked to change the router bt no executive agreed to do so cz for them it's ok having no issue . Planning to terminate.

@JioCare What kind of a service are you guys really providing? The technician was suppose to reach out by 8pm but still there is no call nothing form anyone! Also on calling the customer care desk you guys are asking to keep the call on hold and disconnecting later! Is this for real?

@JioCare @geekyranjit Hi Bodhi, If we normal consumers ask for the Jio 5G Welcome Offer on Twitter you don't give it to us and give only scripted bot response but to YouTuber you are providing it on priority basis just by asking for it once only! My @airtelindia network was not coming from tonight. On getting information, it was found that the SIM got damaged. I do not understand how, will I get the recharge of my previous sim back if I get a new sim. If not, then getting @reliancejio sim would be the best option for me.
