    @reliancejio #JioFiber Getting worse day by day. Entire day running like a tortoise. Thn the 5ghz band doesn't work well even after u sit beside the router. Asked to change the router bt no executive agreed to do so cz for them it's ok having no issue . Planning to terminate.

    @JioCare @geekyranjit Hi Bodhi, If we normal consumers ask for the Jio 5G Welcome Offer on Twitter you don't give it to us and give only scripted bot response but to YouTuber you are providing it on priority basis just by asking for it once only! At least we deserve proper support from humans not bots

    @JioCare Hi Gladwin, The connection being active does not mean the issue is resolved. I am still experiencing very low speeds (1–10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan), causing meeting drops and connectivity issues. Please arrange a proper technical investigation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber I have Jio air fibre connection and since last 3 days it’s down. I have tried calling toll free number, chat bot and even WhatsApp chat but till now no response. An engineer was supposed to come today morning at 10 but till now no one turned up.

    @airtelindia Requested on 29 May 2026 to shift my Airtel WiFi connection. Requested on app, 2 calls to customer care. Zero updates till date. Raised a request with @JioCare today — instant callback, installation scheduled. Poor servic=lost customer.
