Hi, @JioCare I had been facing issues related to your 999 plan. To address the same called customer care thrice but they either provided misinformation or denied support saying WFH going on thus they cannot escalate. No result yet since calling customer care. Issue not addressed.

I went to a Jio store near my house pin code 700074 Dumdum to replace my lost sim with all required docs. The store rejected my request as they were busy in selling other products and asked me to come after 4 days. Pathetic experience. Bad behaviour. I will leave Jio. @JioCare
