@reliancejio @haptik People actually don't use these tools. It's just another tougher way to read a simple FAQ section of a website. Alexa / Google Assistants are still something one can play with but in general when you need support, you need another human in other end.

@JioCare How can u say that coverage in my area is Good when d Speed Test shows a bad network. If there are many users u hv to set up more cell sites & beef up yr network. You guys have been promising a new cell site since last 3 years. Only when customers leave, will yr network improve.

@JioCare Hey your network is on terrible shape since the Cyclone hit Calcutta more than a month ago. My network has disappeared even though it shows 5 bars on the screen. I can even get thru on 198. I think it's time to go back to Airtel.

Hello @JioCare, our phone connection (landline) provided with Jio GigaFiber fiber is not working from the past week. We have put a complaint using myJio app "Your service request number is SR000011M67T. You will receive an update by 11/07/2020 12:53" but received no service yet.

@reliancejio @JioCare you deserve award for worst CRM system. Agent sat in my home for 2 hours and couldn't process KYC, once done he realized he chose wrong plan, asked to do it again. WHY? what KYC has to do with plan? and why online only? when your own network doesn't work?
