    @taglinedb @JioCare Absolutely required taking customers for a ride no service levels no escalation matrix we are trapped with Jio Airtel was my previous provider any day better and receptive to customer concerns Jio has lost it totally pathetic service

    Our office is in main business hub of Kolkata (Dalhousie). But still the only option for a landline connection is incompetent @airtelindia as the ailing BSNL is no more of an option and @reliancejio is yet to roll out their service. This has made @Airtel_Presence complacent.

    @reliancejio @JioFiber connection restored after 20 days again goes off after 6/7 days. Again service request and time slot of technician visit issued ,no one visits during that time , again time slot rescheduled and get a call in the morning for location and No one visits

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Went to Jio service centre in Patna to buy battery for JioFi. Was asked to fill a form - name, phone #, imei, address, etc. and was told it will take at least 20 minutes... Thank you

    @JioCare since Friday, my Jio Home gateway was disconnected off Internet. The RED LIGHT was Blinking . After complaint the Engine meer fixed it, but the Light Turned to BLUE instead of GREEN. I pointed out the same to the engineer. He replied it's ok. WHAT is BLUE LIGHT FOR?

    @pandav_devang @reliancejio Airtel is the most stable network in the country and jio is worst in the country the slow speed of jio kills jio that's why active subscribers in jio is only 78 to 80% on the other hand active subscribers % of airtel is 97%

    @reliancegroup @JioCare @reliancejio Your service is very poor here. You guys are giving us only 13 to 50 Kbps speed since a week. Your customer executives aren't even giving sufficient and satisfied answers.. Help us otherwise we'll have to move to other network operators. ASAP!
