@JioCare Hey your network is on terrible shape since the Cyclone hit Calcutta more than a month ago. My network has disappeared even though it shows 5 bars on the screen. I can even get thru on 198. I think it's time to go back to Airtel.

@JioCare How can u say that coverage in my area is Good when d Speed Test shows a bad network. If there are many users u hv to set up more cell sites & beef up yr network. You guys have been promising a new cell site since last 3 years. Only when customers leave, will yr network improve.

@reliancejio @haptik People actually don't use these tools. It's just another tougher way to read a simple FAQ section of a website. Alexa / Google Assistants are still something one can play with but in general when you need support, you need another human in other end.

@jiocare matter pending since 30th .march 21 though taken up with you thru tweets (DM as well as in the open). Till now unable to connect to jiofibre thru jiocall in my phone. Will repeat the same every now& then till resolution
