    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare can you please tell me how many days it takes to relocate jiofiber. Because from last 3 days i am just receiving messages of rescheduling one day to next day. Is this the way of you guys to treat your existing customers.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare i am using fiber for 1 year now. Suddenly there is latency and everything is getting disconnected. Customer care doesnt understand a thing abt latency. No knowledge cant speak properly. Its so frustrating. Selling fiber with this quality?

    @JioCare I am having the worst nightmare type of feeling with my new number,every time someone calls me or I call someone,my call disconnect just after one ring. I can't call anyone nor anyone can call me. This is going on since 10 days. I even lodged a complain regarding this.

    Hi. I port my no. from Airtel to Jio on Friday. Last night the network appeared in Jio. But while calling, tele verification pin is being asked to put which I was supposed to get it in the alternative no. but I didn't get any pin. @reliancejio @JioCare

I even called the person mentioned, but unfortunately, he showed no interest in speaking with me or assisting with my request. Is this the standard level of customer service from Jio, or is this only in Kochi? Very disappointing for someone trying to become a new Jio customer. Attaching the SMS for your reference.     @mahadikrahul @JioCare @GoogleIndia Yeah, that loop is annoying. Try clearing your Play Store cache and then redeeming again through the Jio app. If that fails, Google One chat support can reset it manually. Good luck!
