    @JioCare @dharmubaba I’ve paid for Jio Fiber twice but there’s some issue with installation (Joint box is concealed). Also Airtel wifi is soooo ****** that in a 900 sq ft home, there’s no signal in the rooms!

    @JioCare @AkashAmbani please look at your network in Kolkata, believe it or not you are not up to the mark in mobile network, I am using both Jio & Airtel postpaid services. I took a new Airtel connection just to verify & they are really rectifying their issues, please check it

    Hi. I port my no. from Airtel to Jio on Friday. Last night the network appeared in Jio. But while calling, tele verification pin is being asked to put which I was supposed to get it in the alternative no. but I didn't get any pin. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Why does the internet become so slow on my laptop when using Jio 5G through my mobile hotspot while it works super fast on my mobile in the same location? Does your team throttle the 5G connection speed if sharing it through a mobile hotspot?

    After launch of #5G, I wished to experience at least once; #Jio @reliancejio "CLAIMED" launch in #Kolkata but I didn't see signal. It'll be shocking if 5G reaches me after 2-3 years of launch by PM @PMOIndia @narendramodi ji. Millions already bought 5G handsets, needs upgrading

    @JioCare I’ve shared all the details. Please resolve this issue asap. I do not want to continue with Jio anymore. The service is horrific. Even now the internet connectivity is poor and having wfh means it’s a nightmare.

    @JioCare Complaint raised on 29-Apr-26 while the account was active, yet no resolution was provided till 24-May-26 despite repeated follow-ups. Is it my fault that your team failed to resolve the issue on time? Account suspension later does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint

    @JioCare Hi Pawan, Thanks for the quick response! I have been raising the same issue multiple times via call and the ticket have been raised but no response have been provided to me as t all. The team didn't even bother to contact me before closing the service request.
