    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down. There is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP

    @JioCare When will be jio 5g service rolled in j&k as well as fibre services in kaloosa area of Bandipora district u have already said that it will be by December....Now the December is going slowly slowly....

    @JioCare Facing network issue since a long while now. Besides several complaints @jiocare seems unconcerned. I have finally decided to port out of jio, and that is the only choice I was left with your service.

    @JioCare what an worst service right now you are providing at #SrinagarInternationalAirport, lot of network snags and also very weak network connectivity while calling unable to hear other persons voice and very worst internet speed. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE. @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Engineer visit and ensure for change device today or tomorrow. It's seems that Mr.Mohit and Vimal from Jio Rewari install faulty device, these are two not picking the call for resolve the issue. They also damaged my Tata play TV cable during installation.whi will pay my loss?

    @JioCare As of now, the voucher is not available in my MyJio app. Please credit all the five vouchers as I am waiting for this else I’ll convert my Jio Fibre to Airtel because they are giving better resolution and support.

    Complaint:* @JioCare Dear Team, I am facing severe network issues from my location. Calls are getting dropped frequently within 30 seconds, and 5G network shows full signal bars but internet is not working at all. Speed is 0 Mbps. Even 4G/2G calls fail to connect.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It has been 3 days and my J P Bank is still not working. Banking, Pasbook and Dbt Card are mising from the app. UPI reset is not working and all transactions are failing. Despite multiple emails, screenshots and videos I keep receiving the same copypaste responses.

    @JioCare How can I believe you. You had scheduled first on 7-6-26 but no body visited or even call. Now given date of 10-6-26. What the hell is going on. How can a person live without internet for 6 days. Is it your timely service? U r taking 7 days in simple problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber and jio set top box not working from last 3 days . My service number is SR000037LKM1. Your engineer visited 3 days back and till now no answers who will correct it. It is really frustrating from jio it was never expected from them

    @JioCare it's been many weeks that the internet is not working properly, have called the customer care many times but no permanent solution. What are we paying for if we cannot use the service???? Why recharge if the service is not usable??? #jio #jioservice #jiocare
