    @JioCare fed up with bachan tune when I call anyone. I pay for service not to hear a person that itself is corno postive . Why I am being forced to listen his voice..

    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @JioCare everything is not good with Jio mobile network in our area, Noorabad Zakura. Very very poor signal can't talk notbto speak of internet speed.

    @JioCare 1/1ENGINEER didnot visited ,how can he take photographs This is in reference to the Service of JioFiber connection for SR SR00001DIIDK. As per your request, our engineer has not taken photographs of the work carried out by him at your location.

    Hello @JioCare please suggest me any #2G plan because in J&K #4G service is ban from 5th of August 2019. I have to recharge my number, why should I pay for #4Gservice. Hope @reliancejio will reply.

    Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

    @JioCare I have disconnected my connection & shifted to airtel. Already made a request for refund & deposit of router.Dont send enginer for rewiring.Your service is pathetic. You have zero sla. @Airtel_Presence your service is quite fast.Few hours and i got my connection.thank u

    @JioCare Dear @reliancejio I complaint about my network problem before 6m ago, 2m ago & again yesterday. The same thing i hear all the time we're working on. for online classes i have to go to near road to get Internet speed, where Airtel network is super fast but why ?

    @Ayush_Ishaani @ZEE5India @JioCare You need to have Zee 5 premium in your OTT subscription. If it is coming on the phone app and not on tv. Pls uninstall and reinstall Zee 5 app on the STB and sign in with the registered mobile number.

    away from my location. Customers pay for uninterrupted service, and weather conditions should not lead to such frequent outages. I request Jio to treat this as a priority and restore both JioFiber and mobile network services immediately @JioCare

    @reliancejio I'm a Jio lover, My Opinion is ....... Every company has a strategy to stay ahead in a competitive market. In my opinion, although Reliance Jio has done many things right, it may have made a strategic mistake with its AirFiber service.

    @JioCare Called Jio today about my pending device request (over a week now). Customer care said “no update on your request” and kept repeating they had no timeline. I asked to escalate to their leader — call went on hold for 3 minutes and then disconnected. @JioCare @JioHotstar
