    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @reliancejio @realmemobiles We are facing network issues from last 1 month kindly resolve it.Everyone here is using jio but due to this issue coming again and again most of the jio customers switched to @airtelindia kindly resolve the issue otherwise we too have to switch to airtel then.. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare What's happening with the network??? I did data recharge last month on March 21st for 301 rs. The data pack comes with 50GB for 301 rs. It's just been 13 days but I'm getting a msg saying that 100% data has been exhausted.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In last 2 calls I said them to remove your Airtel connection from my home but they only say sorry and nothing else. But this time I was sure that if problem comes again I will remove Airtel wifi from My home and go with some better like @reliancejio
