    @reliancejio @realmemobiles We are facing network issues from last 1 month kindly resolve it.Everyone here is using jio but due to this issue coming again and again most of the jio customers switched to @airtelindia kindly resolve the issue otherwise we too have to switch to airtel then.. @reliancejio

    @JioCare ...Jio customer care doesn't care have nothing to help since my SIM card is showing any network from last 30 minutes.... Neither I received anything from Jio... Worst network

    @VodafoneIN Using Vodafone from a very Long Time but now lot of issues with them , meanwhile so much Poor service , Technical Errors . Want to Port my Sims , shall I go with @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews or with @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Is there is any development in Jio Network. Today True 5G launch in Jammu and Kashmir but in absence of No Network there will be No 2G/3G/4G or 5G. @airtelindia @ViVodaidea

    @JioCare Dear @reliancejio I complaint about my network problem before 6m ago, 2m ago & again yesterday. The same thing i hear all the time we're working on. for online classes i have to go to near road to get Internet speed, where Airtel network is super fast but why ?

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down. There is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP

    @JioMart_Support @RIL_Updates @reliancejio Still service is the worst day by day. Some vendors came from Agra and picked orders because they are relatives of seniors of jiomart. And force riders to cancel customers orders. Is your eye on that? Please investigate and resolve these types of issues asap.

    @JioCare Hi Shireen, I'm not seeing the banner in myjio app that is the reason I messaged here..I tried to logout,login and reinstalled the app, still not seeing the google gemini banner as per the 3333 plan..I tried reaching cc and mailed to jiofibercare and no response...kindly help

    @reliancejio I purchased a Jio AirFiber plan (Order No. NO0001CLM49I) on 01/04/2026 through your sales representative. However, the connection has still not been installed. Service request no SR000033DPKD, SR0000336RW5, SR000032VU2F And three mails for same complain
