    Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

At least #jiofibre is the first thing outside South Korea where we can at least get 800Mbps down speed on premium pack less than promised 1Gbps but still faster than 5G. But I'm sure this guy is on base plan🤣🤣 So I am all in with #jiofibre

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @JioCare Yesterday you technical team visited our neighbourhood to install a new connection and in the process brought down connection of 5 houses. Totally unacceptable and after several complaints no one has bothered to fix it. Unprofessionally team ! @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare Hi, my recently purchased Jio extender is not working. The extender is properly meshed with the router but the extender when connected doesn't transmit internet and most times the wifi led is red. Can you pls assist.

    Very disappoint with the service of jio fiber. Have logged SR before two days and without any solution or resolution they mark SR as Resoved...really fed up of the @reliancejio services. Still internet is not working since last 5 days

    @JioCare @reliancejio There’s no internet service at my place. Trying to reach people through the app is next to impossible and nobody picks up the chat or the call. I am regretting my decision to switch to JIO every minute.
