    @reliancejio @realmemobiles We are facing network issues from last 1 month kindly resolve it.Everyone here is using jio but due to this issue coming again and again most of the jio customers switched to @airtelindia kindly resolve the issue otherwise we too have to switch to airtel then.. @reliancejio

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare can you at least confirm if JioFi is still in production, so far I haven't seen in stock neither in online nor in any store. Please do not suggest any automated jio store link. If you dnt hav it, pls be clear, I'll switch to different service provider.

    I am @reliancejio customer since 2017 please let me know why I should not switch in other network provider if the internet speed of @reliancejio is very poor in my area. Your reps are advised me to switch from prepaid to postpaid so that I can experience fast internet.
