    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I was using Atel sim for many yrs but due to poor servs I choose jio And i port 4 sim’s into jio but I feel shamed to tell you I was having some issue with one of my sim I connt with your team put me on hold for 25 mins then discted the call

    @ManojRa22325528 @reliancejio Airtel shows 5G icon on my iPhone 13 Pro and also the speed of 5G too. Jio had launched 5G in Kashmir Srinagar but don’t shows 5G icon nor a print 5G speed. Jio network is very pathetic in J&K Circle compare to Airtel

    @JioCare Your team finally came today after 15 days of complaining. They found the fibre broken at the pole on the main road and corrected it. Could have been done long back if somebody had responded right away. Will appreciate an extension of my plan by the number of days it was down.
