    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @JioCare Is there is any development in Jio Network. Today True 5G launch in Jammu and Kashmir but in absence of No Network there will be No 2G/3G/4G or 5G. @airtelindia @ViVodaidea

    Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

    @JioCare It was customer care senior executive name ishika when I ask for termination she said engineer will come within an hour and give me this complaint ref: SR0000312LER, when i call again to check status of this ref, your another executive said it is cancelled

    Hi @airtelindia, @JioCare couldn't process a simple refund even after 60+ days. That doesn't give me confidence they'll provide better service either. My family has 5 Jio SIMs. Planning to port them to Airtel. Could you please guide me through the porting process?

    @JioCare This is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! I'm paying full price for 5G, but only get 2 bars of network and speeds worse than 2G for 3 MONTHS straight!     I'm constantly calling your customer care number.. There is no resolution from your side.. I have been calling for 4 days and most of the time Its extremely difficult to reach out to your customer service executives. Even after engineer visit confirm no one came.. HELP @JioCare

    @JioCare Facing no connectivity problem from last 2 days & called JIO CC 2-3 times yesterday & complaint registered today morning and since then 5-6 times called JIO CC. Tried all options viz. Run Diagnostic, Router Power Off/On, but problem not resolved so far, given assurance only.

    @JioCare 1st of all it is very disappointing to have taken your jio fiber, very pathetic after sales. My engineering visit schedule has changed a good 3 times with no response, my local internet was much better. Plz tell me the procedure to cancel my connection.

    @JioCare Your network is facing serious issues since last 2 days in my area. The calls are dropping as well as mobile internet is hardly working. The network is sitting on 5G but you can hardly browse. The speedtest shows speed less than 2 mbps, it used to be around 100-150 mbps
