Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles.     @JioCare Kindly help me to sort out the network speed at my Jio No. We have 2G in Kashmir, but the person next to me using 2G on Jio is able to watch online videos, while I'm unable to load web pages. Let me check your unworthy services yet again.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down. There is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP

    @JioCare everything is not good with Jio mobile network in our area, Noorabad Zakura. Very very poor signal can't talk notbto speak of internet speed.

    @reliancejio what ****** service is this. It takes 100 keys to be pressed in your customer care to get connected to an executive and then that executive put me in hold and cut my call, twice. For a small issue like tv remote not working. Really bad service.

    @JioCare I am trying to install jio fiber in my home for last couple of months but technician delayed then now he is not picking the call also in badagada brit colony Bhubaneswar infrastructure is ready but area is not live yet so @JioCare raise this issue and solve it asap.

    @JioCare No vibin is their, it's a bot chat to waste my time again. Just adjust my unused recharge amount of international roaming to 2 regular plan of 597 each that's it, that recharge was not required for issue resolution, but your CS agent forced me to do and issue didn't resolved.
