    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @JioCare Instead of raising service requests do some ground work also to fix the issue i have already received SR00001966K1,SR0000190JJB,SR000019A6UK, SR000019ABMN and so on service requests. You are a reputed company grow up.

    @JioCare ...Jio customer care doesn't care have nothing to help since my SIM card is showing any network from last 30 minutes.... Neither I received anything from Jio... Worst network

    @JioCare I have disconnected my connection & shifted to airtel. Already made a request for refund & deposit of router.Dont send enginer for rewiring.Your service is pathetic. You have zero sla. @Airtel_Presence your service is quite fast.Few hours and i got my connection.thank u

At least #jiofibre is the first thing outside South Korea where we can at least get 800Mbps down speed on premium pack less than promised 1Gbps but still faster than 5G. But I'm sure this guy is on base plan🤣🤣 So I am all in with #jiofibre

    Everyone in my family is user of @reliancejio, I personally had 2 Jio number and 1 Airfiber installed. But now I and my family members have decided to port. If you complaint @JioCare about the poor network issue, they will only ask for your details. Poor customer Support.

    @JioCare What temporary issues , one day you block my connection for this? Timestamp for resolution was 5 ,it is still not updated in the app. All you are gonna do is extended it further and apologise for inconvenience!!

    @JioCare Is there any timeline upto which these service request issues will be resolved. When not then why claiming it's being attended. Jio customer care services are ultra poor. AI can do better job then you. JIO can save spending money on useless activities(customer care) by using AI
