At least #jiofibre is the first thing outside South Korea where we can at least get 800Mbps down speed on premium pack less than promised 1Gbps but still faster than 5G. But I'm sure this guy is on base plan🤣🤣 So I am all in with #jiofibre

    @JioCare Kindly help me to sort out the network speed at my Jio No. We have 2G in Kashmir, but the person next to me using 2G on Jio is able to watch online videos, while I'm unable to load web pages. Let me check your unworthy services yet again.

    @JioCare Yesterday you technical team visited our neighbourhood to install a new connection and in the process brought down connection of 5 houses. Totally unacceptable and after several complaints no one has bothered to fix it. Unprofessionally team ! @MukeshAmba

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @raziiia @rgcricket @reliancejio I had same issue, I escalated to Jio and Vodafone. Vi helped me with free 1 year International Roaming Service.. No words for Jio but am so happy with vodafone now :-)

    @JioCare Do not give excuse like many users are using at the same time. Users will use internet when they paid for the service. Please increase the bandwidth and provide the timeline by when this would be resolved.

    @JioCare I have purchase jio post paid 2 month back.I not got an amazon subscribe till know. I call jio care they saying that you dont know to login contact to amazons customer care.If I call with amazon care they are saying that I dont have any connection on that jio number.

    @JioCare Despite so much follow up and supporting with FIR copy, I am unable to block the sim yet. Very poor support by @JioCare I urge all to not make the jio sim as primary, as in case of trouble there'll be no support

    Jio fibre not working from last one week. complaint before 5 days with service request number SR000016SPMW but till now issue not resolved. since its a prepaid service @reliancejio don’t bother. @JioCare respond at the time of Recharge only. Bad experience. @anmol_ambani

    @reliancejio @JioCare As all of know you have the maximum market share. But no one be on top if the performance and service quality is not maintained by the Company. At TIME you are offering wrost service.Slow network,poor customer service and so on.We have only option to switch.
