    @JioCare It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down.their is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP @reliancejio

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @JioCare Yesterday you technical team visited our neighbourhood to install a new connection and in the process brought down connection of 5 houses. Totally unacceptable and after several complaints no one has bothered to fix it. Unprofessionally team ! @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare It would have been good for your company to first take cognisance of the real problem. My complaint was initially raised for impaired connection. When the company failed to even cater to it in 5 days I had requested to cancel the connection indeed since jio doesn’t have employees

    @JioCare And I can guarantee even if I provide the details again, issue won't be resolved. I will get the wrong notifications again. This is because you don't care, you don't want to look into the cause of the problem. Also no one bothers to reply back if any action was taken (2/2).

    @JioCare So it is 4th day now. I still got no response from your team. Nobody came to resolve my issue yet. Ur customer care team is not picking up the call. Nobody responded over jio chat. I am just getting assurance instead of solution

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani Hi , I am the sad and frustrated customer of yours. My Internet is not working. Your call center says no appointment for 2 days . In this age 2 days is a long time without Internet. My aged parents of 85+ and 90+ are without TV thanks to your horrible service.
