@JioCare @reliancejio It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down. There is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP

@JioCare Kindly help me to sort out the network speed at my Jio No. We have 2G in Kashmir, but the person next to me using 2G on Jio is able to watch online videos, while I'm unable to load web pages. Let me check your unworthy services yet again.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have complained about indoor coverage in jio care 5-7 times in last 4 years, I have not called for 2 years but gave 120 days each time from jio which is more than 1200 times yet no significant difference in network yet Did not fall.
