    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @reliancejio @realmemobiles We are facing network issues from last 1 month kindly resolve it.Everyone here is using jio but due to this issue coming again and again most of the jio customers switched to @airtelindia kindly resolve the issue otherwise we too have to switch to airtel then.. @reliancejio

    @JioCare The worst service provider you are. From last 1 hour I am trying to connect with call center senior buy my calls are automatically being disconnected. Worst service and you don't want to resolve the issue. Third class network. Unable to transfer data in family plan
