    @JioCare ...Jio customer care doesn't care have nothing to help since my SIM card is showing any network from last 30 minutes.... Neither I received anything from Jio... Worst network

    @JioCare jio tower that is just 20 meter away from my work place has network issue but airtel tower that is 300 meters away from my work place is having awesome network. Need to switch to airtel 6006300398 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @reliancejio This is to inform you that my jio fiber is not working from 24feb 2022 so i raised a complaint on 25feb 2022 regarding the same under complaint no SR0000190JJB But unfortunately i didn't receive any solution even they resolved the issue without providing any solution

    @JioCare Kindly help me to sort out the network speed at my Jio No. We have 2G in Kashmir, but the person next to me using 2G on Jio is able to watch online videos, while I'm unable to load web pages. Let me check your unworthy services yet again.

    @JioCare Dear @reliancejio I complaint about my network problem before 6m ago, 2m ago & again yesterday. The same thing i hear all the time we're working on. for online classes i have to go to near road to get Internet speed, where Airtel network is super fast but why ?

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @JioCare Yesterday you technical team visited our neighbourhood to install a new connection and in the process brought down connection of 5 houses. Totally unacceptable and after several complaints no one has bothered to fix it. Unprofessionally team ! @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare I have disconnected my connection & shifted to airtel. Already made a request for refund & deposit of router.Dont send enginer for rewiring.Your service is pathetic. You have zero sla. @Airtel_Presence your service is quite fast.Few hours and i got my connection.thank u

At least #jiofibre is the first thing outside South Korea where we can at least get 800Mbps down speed on premium pack less than promised 1Gbps but still faster than 5G. But I'm sure this guy is on base plan🤣🤣 So I am all in with #jiofibre

    Complaint no:SR0000191NGH got resolved today by jio engineer on march 11.we have paid recharge of full march month out of which 10days till today got waste. Please provide us with coupun to fulfill our compensation of these days.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. I’m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out.

    Openly accusing @reliancejio @JioCare for stealing 1200 rupees! The executive took UPI to personal ID for airfiber and ran away. 4 service requests ignored for 1.5 months. Their Manager blocked me! Pure fraud. Relationship ID 9154828834. NCH 9025693.Fix this now @Uppolice

No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

    @JioCare I have registered a JioFiber Service Request no. SR000033BQ5X three days before but internet connectivity is still pending. A very unacceptable behavior and customer concerns are not on priority.
