    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @JioCare unfortunately very worst experience as such weather is very well but i guess shortage of manpower and supervision as its more than 20days now and how come they close complaint by their own #worst_service_by_jio

    @reliancejio #abhargharjiofiber but without internet SR00001966K1,SR0000190JJB,SR000019A6UK, SR000019ABMN try to provide service also its has been more than 20days i am paying you without providing services.

    @JioCare Facing network issue since a long while now. Besides several complaints @jiocare seems unconcerned. I have finally decided to port out of jio, and that is the only choice I was left with your service.

    Hii @JioCare recently I lost my sim therefore I blocked the sim through jio app. Have facing Bad Experience at Jio Digital Store tonight. They refused to give new sim. And said to me that this type of facility is not available at the store kindly take feedback and give solution.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is exactly my concern. You’ve repeated the same template again without reading my complaint. My issue is NOT the lead status. It is the incorrect relocation address in request LR00001E5HSJ, caused by your system after payment. Multiple calls, emails and now X (1/2)
