@JioCare It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down.their is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP @reliancejio

Anyone else facing #jio 4G speed issues .. bizarre streaming speed ..speed comes down in KB/s when something is streamed..very very disgusting customer care redressal ..they simply say "OUR NETWORK TEAM IS WILL WORK ON IT " ..contacted CCe's for a month now, no solution @JioCare

Time to switch from @Airtel_Presence after 15 long years. Has been the worst experience over the past 3 months in terms of both mobile data and calls. Worst call connectivity.. mobile data doesn’t work most of the times even though data balance is over 5GB. @JioCare is better!
