    @reliancejio network down?Fix Poor Network Signal Issue Mobile internet not working we Contact customer care to solve this issue and report a complaints with hundreds of users they don't even take a step to fix the issue.

    @JioCare When will be jio 5g service rolled in j&k as well as fibre services in kaloosa area of Bandipora district u have already said that it will be by December....Now the December is going slowly slowly....

    @JioCare everything is not good with Jio mobile network in our area, Noorabad Zakura. Very very poor signal can't talk notbto speak of internet speed.

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @JioCare I have disconnected my connection & shifted to airtel. Already made a request for refund & deposit of router.Dont send enginer for rewiring.Your service is pathetic. You have zero sla. @Airtel_Presence your service is quite fast.Few hours and i got my connection.thank u

    @JioCare what an worst service right now you are providing at #SrinagarInternationalAirport, lot of network snags and also very weak network connectivity while calling unable to hear other persons voice and very worst internet speed. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE. @reliancejio.

    Waiting for @JioFibre Engineers to restore my internet in Gogjibagh area of Srinagar, it has been now 5 days since my fibre got disconnected , but no reply from @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Worst Services !!

    @reliancejio SIR I HAVE RECHARGED ON 01 APRIL 2020 ON MY JIO NO. 6005406766 AMOUNT RS 153 AND SAME AMOUNT RS 153 ANOTHER NO.6290170600. PLANS ARE NOT ACTIVATED TILL TIME.I HAVE CONTACTED TO CUSTOMER CARE AGENT MR .GURULAL TOLD PLANS ARE NOT APPLICABLE.AMOUNT WILL GO WASTAGE.

    @JioCare I ordered a Jio SIM for home delivery on 20 June 2026, but it has still not been delivered. The Jio representative informed me that the original SIM was lost and that he had applied for a replacement SIM. However, even after two weeks, there has been no update. The representative has been extremely unresponsive. I have had to call him 5–6 times just to get a status update, and now he says he has already emailed Jio support but has not received any response. In addition, I have been receiving multiple calls from Jio customer care. Whenever I answer these calls, I cannot hear anyone on the other end. This entire experience has been very frustrating. Since the SIM has never been delivered to me, I request that Jio either deliver the replacement SIM immediately or cancel the pending SIM request to prevent any possibility of misuse. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest.

    @JioCare I did that at leat 30-40 times do want me to do it again? Can u share a single video that it diagnostics solved even a single problem? I bet it can’t.. Done try to distract customers on your fake diagnostics? i m paying you for 100mbps i m getiing 20-30 mbps whose fault is it?

    @JioCare My JioFiber is down again. Every complaint gets the same scripted response: "It will be resolved soon." But the issue keeps returning. My work is suffering because of these repeated outages. I need a permanent fix, not another temporary one.

    Day 3 of total JioFiber blackout for my elderly parents in Jalandhar. Local tech diagnosed an outside pole issue on July 2nd, but NO network engineer has been dispatched since. Standard support is useless. @JioCare please escalate this immediately! Details in DM. #JioFiberDown

    @JioCare Enough is enough. Repeated JioFiber outages, no permanent fix, only false assurances. My work has been affected again because of your unreliable service. This is unacceptable. #JioFiber
