    @JioCare Instead of raising service requests do some ground work also to fix the issue i have already received SR00001966K1,SR0000190JJB,SR000019A6UK, SR000019ABMN and so on service requests. You are a reputed company grow up.

    @reliancejio @JioCare with due respect my brother is currently persuing Mbbs in Krygyzstan as his phone has been stolen . Now duplicate simcard is required as all his bank credentials are linked to this number . Kindly help

    @reliancejio network down?Fix Poor Network Signal Issue Mobile internet not working we Contact customer care to solve this issue and report a complaints with hundreds of users they don't even take a step to fix the issue.

    When @Jio network would function properly i had recharged for 4G but enjoying #2G. As i was contacted by JIO team but still issue is in same condition. @JioCare

    @JioCare 1/1ENGINEER didnot visited ,how can he take photographs This is in reference to the Service of JioFiber connection for SR SR00001DIIDK. As per your request, our engineer has not taken photographs of the work carried out by him at your location.

    @reliancejio @realmemobiles We are facing network issues from last 1 month kindly resolve it.Everyone here is using jio but due to this issue coming again and again most of the jio customers switched to @airtelindia kindly resolve the issue otherwise we too have to switch to airtel then.. @reliancejio

    @JioCare unfortunately very worst experience as such weather is very well but i guess shortage of manpower and supervision as its more than 20days now and how come they close complaint by their own #worst_service_by_jio

At least #jiofibre is the first thing outside South Korea where we can at least get 800Mbps down speed on premium pack less than promised 1Gbps but still faster than 5G. But I'm sure this guy is on base plan🤣🤣 So I am all in with #jiofibre

    @JioCare Dear @reliancejio I complaint about my network problem before 6m ago, 2m ago & again yesterday. The same thing i hear all the time we're working on. for online classes i have to go to near road to get Internet speed, where Airtel network is super fast but why ?

    @JioCare ...Jio customer care doesn't care have nothing to help since my SIM card is showing any network from last 30 minutes.... Neither I received anything from Jio... Worst network

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down. There is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP

    @JioCare But we have been getting those issues for the last 7 years & every 1-2 months issues coming back with the same reply from cheater @reliancejio . You just imagine we cannot make calls, what we do? Give me my money back

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, how long does it take to assign a single engineer? My JioFiber has been down with a red light since June 28. Ticket SR000039OSWD has seen zero progress for 5 days now. Absolute worst-in-class service support. Resolve this immediately #JioFiberDown

    @JioCare, I was assured my ₹807 refund NO0001DS4ZG0 would be processed within 10 days and was told a refund voucher had been initiated. It’s now been over a month, and there’s still no refund. I’m proceeding with a formal complaint in the Consumer Forum and filing a case.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Only after escalating to the Appellate Team did someone finally respond. This is not the level of service customers should expect from India's largest telecom operator. What a pathetic system of services...
