    @JioCare Kindly help me to sort out the network speed at my Jio No. We have 2G in Kashmir, but the person next to me using 2G on Jio is able to watch online videos, while I'm unable to load web pages. Let me check your unworthy services yet again.

    @JioCare It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down.their is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP @reliancejio

    @JioCare everything is not good with Jio mobile network in our area, Noorabad Zakura. Very very poor signal can't talk notbto speak of internet speed.

    Hey @JioCare and @reliancejio just wanted to tell that, we have recharged with 300MBPS Jio Fiber Plan but, speed is 50MBPS. really, it is very bad. created a ticket with service number (SR00001IQG1C) but, engineer is putting it on hold and customer support is behaving badly!

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I'm fed up with your network. It's the worst among all. My phone remains idle yet if someone calls on it, it says my no. is either switch off or out of network area & other excuses. I'm missing important calls. Almost every friend of mine is facing it

    @JioCare Now your Inefficient customer care team has replied stating my Service Request SR00001IJYA0 is closed. How pathetic is your service. No one is bothered to check the database and reply neither is anyone bothered to connect with me to discuss the same. Jio Services SUCKS.
