@JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

@reliancejio This is to inform you that my jio fiber is not working from 24feb 2022 so i raised a complaint on 25feb 2022 regarding the same under complaint no SR0000190JJB But unfortunately i didn't receive any solution even they resolved the issue without providing any solution

I have raised complaint to you 2 days back thru DM but you didn’t response. I am 100% sure, you and your team will pass few more days for just collecting device and then few more days for refunding amount. It is as usual @reliancejio culture.
