    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

    Anyone else facing #jio 4G speed issues .. bizarre streaming speed ..speed comes down in KB/s when something is streamed..very very disgusting customer care redressal ..they simply say "OUR NETWORK TEAM IS WILL WORK ON IT " ..contacted CCe's for a month now, no solution @JioCare

    @JioCare past 1 month I have been trying to get Jio Fiber at my place but the team is not supportive. I had booked twice and both the time money was refunded. 2 flats on my floor have the connection but I have been told there is wiring issue on your floor and it's difficult.

    A very good service being provided by @reliancejio fiber sales executive. They are making fool of customer collecting money and giving fake commitment. Due this them I have disconnected my existing connection nd now they are saying if not possible money will be back.Worst service

    @JioCare I had raised a request SR00001E38SS for cancellation of JioFiber Service ID 299368304813 on 22-09-2022. No one had come to do the uninstallation.The SR was marked resolved yesterday,received Order Number CO0000PMYUCV is scheduled on 2022-09-27:18:00:00 but no one visited
