    @JioCare Greeting from Heaven(Kashmir) I am a student residing here in Srinagar who is having difficulty in Jio fiber connection. I have tried to contact the nearest jio care but could not get any help,could you please send any technician here. Thank you 🙏

    @JioCare @TRAI @JioCare jio is India's no 1 poor network company in my village the jio network is very poor here is no jio tower here is near about 1500 jio customers Shame for jio jio can not provide network to here customers

    @ManojRa22325528 @reliancejio Airtel shows 5G icon on my iPhone 13 Pro and also the speed of 5G too. Jio had launched 5G in Kashmir Srinagar but don’t shows 5G icon nor a print 5G speed. Jio network is very pathetic in J&K Circle compare to Airtel

    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @JioCare In my last call with the customer support the person disconnected the call when I asked him to escalate the issue for resolution. As a customer this is very disrespectful and frustrating!

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur sales person are doing fraud they sell by false claim the forcefully put postpaid connection instead of prepaid and no it's of slow speed I asked to change the plan that's not possible but ur engineer clai I can change plan after 24 hrs @jaagograhakjago

    @VenuAnanda @reliancejio @JioHotstar They recently changed their plans now you can only watch Hindi contents on Jio, autorenewal didn't even explain they are going to cancel it. I fully cancelled the subscription but the **** is 3 month sub. Do not get Jio hotstar sub anymore.

    @reliancejio AirFiber service has been extremely frustrating. Poor internet speeds and no real customer support. Calls disconnect after an automated “network congestion” message, chats = just bots, and emails only get generic replies. Just help cancel my subscription. @JioCare

    @JioCare Absolute disgusted with support provided , Even when upfront offer was shown on jiofiber that extra 15 days will be provided on 6 month recharge now i am told i am not eligible, just a pure case of mis selling @TRAI @jagograhakjago you have to look into this.

    Requested for a Jio wifi connection. The same day jio personnel came, got the details, paid the amount through the app. It's been 5 days, no wifi connection, no customer service help. Worst service. Don't buy from jio. #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare Lol you have no idea how bad Airtel service is, I had to beg them to cancel my Airtel fiber. It took literally one month and hundreds of calls. Airtel has the most terrible service.

    After getting continues disappointment from @JioCare on multiple complaints over 5G speed issue, Now finally i have generated my UPC number & going to port to Airtel. From 24 March to 27May, Finally, it's time to get rid of this pathetic service provider. Go to hell @reliancejio.
