    @JioCare everything is not good with Jio mobile network in our area, Noorabad Zakura. Very very poor signal can't talk notbto speak of internet speed.

    @JioCare Dear @reliancejio I complaint about my network problem before 6m ago, 2m ago & again yesterday. The same thing i hear all the time we're working on. for online classes i have to go to near road to get Internet speed, where Airtel network is super fast but why ?

    Anyone else facing #jio 4G speed issues .. bizarre streaming speed ..speed comes down in KB/s when something is streamed..very very disgusting customer care redressal ..they simply say "OUR NETWORK TEAM IS WILL WORK ON IT " ..contacted CCe's for a month now, no solution @JioCare

    @JioCare It was the responsibility of Jio to collect the device. I called Jio several number of times. Nobody called me to collect. It was fault from jio side. I registered several complaint on jio care to collect device. So, I needfull refund from jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have not been able to use my TV since last 2 weeks because of your inability to replace / fix my remote. The jio employees i speak with are asking for money to change the remote without even visiting or checking the remote? Is this how things work?
