    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I was using Atel sim for many yrs but due to poor servs I choose jio And i port 4 sim’s into jio but I feel shamed to tell you I was having some issue with one of my sim I connt with your team put me on hold for 25 mins then discted the call

    @JioCare Facing network issue since a long while now. Besides several complaints @jiocare seems unconcerned. I have finally decided to port out of jio, and that is the only choice I was left with your service.

    @JioCare jio is India's no 1 poor network company in my village the jio network is very poor here is no jio tower here is near about 1500 year customers Shame for jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down. There is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP

    @JioCare JIO is destroying jobs & the lives of infinite people.We both are working frm home & the only source 2 do our job is the internet service. JIO forced us 2 pay 1060/- & 1200/- for a new instalation on 31st May bt we are on forced leave past 5days only bcoz JIO FAILED.

    JioFiber connection has been down for 3 days due to a broken fiber line in our area. 4rth time I’ve faced this issue.I’ve contacted support, WhatsApp support, local technician, n the local Jio team, but nobody is responding or scheduling a visit. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Never received a call from anyone yet! Not even the social media team. We will be disconnecting all 25 connections in the apartment tomorrow. Cant believe a huge company like Jio is this laidback! Congrats on losing 25 customers at one shot!

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Can you guys improve network in Vashi and CBD Belapur Rly station in Navi Mumbai, in the era of AI and 5G there is network issue surprising and annoyed. Voda service is way better than you. Ask your team to travel by local train to understand the problem
