    @JioCare everything is not good with Jio mobile network in our area, Noorabad Zakura. Very very poor signal can't talk notbto speak of internet speed.

    @JioCare jio tower that is just 20 meter away from my work place has network issue but airtel tower that is 300 meters away from my work place is having awesome network. Need to switch to airtel 6006300398 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    Waiting for @JioFibre Engineers to restore my internet in Gogjibagh area of Srinagar, it has been now 5 days since my fibre got disconnected , but no reply from @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Worst Services !!

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down. There is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP

    Complaint no:SR0000191NGH got resolved today by jio engineer on march 11.we have paid recharge of full march month out of which 10days till today got waste. Please provide us with coupun to fulfill our compensation of these days.@JioCare @reliancejio

    Very good offer in jio postpaid but i tried twice to do porting to jio but what a level of customer service they have no one knows about the plan executive told me you have to recharge after 28 days i mean in postpaid? Confusing security deposite @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst Internet service in BBsR SR no- SR00003ARZ23. Daily internet disconnecting frequently, Can’t do work from home. The service executives asking extra money to fix the connection. Please fix this urgently or else I will move to consumer forum

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. Same happened again SR00003A2EVRN closed four times but still same issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio
