    @JioCare My airfibre number is +91-3413169064. My set top box is not working. I tried to connect customer care, but no respones received due to network congestion. Local authority neglecting my issue. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

    @JioCare If you don't have any installation team why are you taking orders for new connection. Everyone on this platform is not as stupid as you think we are. Do u really think tracking status will solve the problem? Stop fooling.

    @JioCare I applied for a Jio Air Fiber and accordingly got one but the first 12 hours it didn't work and today its working, but it's so slow. And the technician provided an old used router. Now please clarify that an old used router you installed everywhere when someone apply for new one
