    @JioCare the Worst service Provider ever. Your customer care Executives can't even provide satisfied reasons for their Bad Services. We want the @OfficeOfLGJandK to look into the matter. The Rural areas are suffering due to Bad Service provided by @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare did you resolve the issue? Network is too poor in this area. If we get this type of network in Mumbai (India's top city),imagine the network in other area. Anyone will laugh after seeing network in Mumbai. Worst service 😠

    Beware of @reliancejio Due to poor service, I'd canceled my internet plan 2 years ago and requested for my security deposit back. Finally, Nov '22 they collected my device and promised security deposit within a week. It's been 3 months and no refund yet nor any communication .

    @JioCare closed my complain w/o resoultion. @TRAI they are fooling us. @JioCare said there is limited connectivity in Ahmedabad. But 4G is also not working. they should inform customers about it before migrating to 5G.
