Its been 30 days without any coverage and no one is there to address it. All I get is the generic replies from them. Also they said I won't get any compensation for the same. Looted!

The moment electricity goes out, there is absolutely no network in my area because the tower operators are not running the generator. We can’t even make calls in an emergency. Please look into this urgently and take action.

And believe me it’s the intentional system they have built, I have raised 30+ SR in last theee months and now see how they work. @JioCare
