@JioCare have you opened customer care to shuffle calls. My call has been transferred to 3 executives without intimation and then the third one again transferred. I have an issue related jio fiber invoice. I had provided my GSTIN no. but the same is not present on invoice #shame

Govt. offices are much better than the jio services @reliancejio @JioCare , please dont get into the postpaid plan of Jio by any means! Their service is worst among the worst! Nothing is resolved for you at Jio store, & customer care always speaks of backend team you never know!

@JioCare @reliancejio hello JIO. I am a big fan of JIO but lately the network in my area and surrounding vicinity is really bad for both calls and internet. I expect JIO to be best amongst all but currectly it is worst. Even for tweeeting this I am using Airtel wifi (1/3)

@reliancejio @JioCare if such bad network continues I (along with many others) will be forced to Port out (which I really dont want to). Even for Jio Fibre the poles have been installed and wiring has been done since months in our area now but services have not started (2/3)
