    @JKgrievance sir Requesting your good self to take up our concern of poor signal quality by Jio service providers in our area. Despite repeated requests they ( Jio) failed to provide the better facilities of connectivity. @KupwaraCops @shahfaesal @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare the Worst service Provider ever. Your customer care Executives can't even provide satisfied reasons for their Bad Services. We want the @OfficeOfLGJandK to look into the matter. The Rural areas are suffering due to Bad Service provided by @reliancejio

    @JioCare Why can't we have Air fiber at the same location? Like we use internet for work, if this issues are frequent we should have option to upgrade.

    Dear @JioCare, what’s the point of showing full network bars when the internet barely works? I’m on the 2nd floor in a normal residential area, yet I can’t even play videos or browse websites properly. The network quality is pathetic. Why am I paying my bills for this service

    This is my 4th consecutive written complain through this social media to @JioCare and @reliancejio I've been asking for support regarding the issue raised on 25th June 2026. I am facing the issue since 19th June 2026. Till now not a single time I've received any updates. (1/2)

    @JioCare He kept badgering me for my new address to relocate the service, but I just want to disconnect. He even pushed me to transfer ownership to the next tenants. I refused; I only want cancellation.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The issue still persists, engineer fixed that on Tuesday and it went down yesterday afternoon. Join should extend the validity of the recharge for the downtime period.

    @reliancejio @RIL_Updates Air Fibre connection 91-3335852953 - is one way street isme aane ka rasta hai bahar jaane ka nahin - for last 20 days trying to cancel still a failure - they cancelled my home account twice - quite a way to deal with unruly customers who want to leave

    @JioCare JioCare I am still waiting for my AirFiber relocation (Cease Order: CO0001T5AF2D). I paid ₹1200 on June 26, yet no technician has visited my location. My service is suspended and my work is suffering. Please provide an immediate resolution.
