    @reliancejio took a new jio fiber connection on 21/07/22 on a trial basis as suggested by the agent but i didn't like the connection and requested for remove.process got completed 21/08/22.but I didn't got my advance rent ₹4200 back. The complaint no for the same is CO0000OPUZ7U

    Companies working on 5g today but the fact is 4g jio fibre still not available at semi-rural areas. There is only 2km distance from my home to jio office but they still can't give the service of jio fibre. I tried from two months on #myjio app.@reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber .

    @JioCare Dennis, the said process has been done multiple times by us and your engineer. It is your backend team who is not working on it as told to us. Let's not wait anymore because they is no resolution from your end, proceed for deactivating the account

    @JioCare I have office in a building of 9 storied. Many shop and offices were already started. Builder is also ready to cooperate to start connection. Service has to be started in new building.

    Worst experience with @reliancejio is that it starts reminding you to recharge your plan five days before the expiry! And they do it for every call you make in those five days.
