    Jio Fibre has one of the worst services thanks to its all-automated My Jio app. I have been struggling with repeated line failures. Jio Care with WhatsApp, Toll-Free help line and email make you run in circles. It is difficult to raise a simple complaint @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare If by any means your engineer doesn't turn around and start my internet service by End of the day, brace yourself to lose one more customer. I will be forced to make my decision. You can ask your engineer to collect the router boxes back to your warehouse.

    @JioCare what is status of Internet connection in east delhi? There’s no internet since Thursday midnight. All I can get an update is expected resolution by 11.25 am today but no clarity of what the fault is and where the problem lies!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with the service at the Jio Store in Bansi, Siddharthnagar (PIN: 272153). The store is frequently closed during business hours, and whenever customers need assistance, the manager is nowhere to be found.
