@JioCare @reliancejio you provided the worst network. Recently I port my vi postpaid sim to jio postpaid. Now I'm thinking that I took wrong decision. I called customer care they told me we can't committed the time it will resolve or not.

@JioCare Worst network issue I M facing from few days... On daily basis 3 to 4 hours either null or 1 bar in network colomn...... I contact through customer care, chat in my jio section...... But unable to talk due to network issue......... Location pin 782143

Unprofessional and unethical service from #JioFiber. Got installation on 12Aug. It worked for a day and since then no internet. Raised compalint on 15 and they just keep rescheduling the appointment. Had multiple followup but no help. Pathetic service. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio 4 to 5 hours on daily basis network becomes either null or 1 in network bar...... I can't even talk to customer executive on call or in chatbox in my jio section due to null network condition...... Not expected such service from jio. ...
