Message from @reliancejio states that Roaming Services in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh are NOT available for prepaid users and for Numbers migrated from Prepaid to Postpaid using My Jio app or website, instructing us to visit a nearest Jio Store to convert from Prepaid to Postpaid. I followed the instructions and went to my nearest Jio Store, but they outright refused saying "it's not possible from our end as it won't work in J&K" Why issue official messages directing customers to a solution that your own stores claim is impossible?
