    @JioCare Yesterday you technical team visited our neighbourhood to install a new connection and in the process brought down connection of 5 houses. Totally unacceptable and after several complaints no one has bothered to fix it. Unprofessionally team ! @MukeshAmba

    Hello @JioCare please suggest me any #2G plan because in J&K #4G service is ban from 5th of August 2019. I have to recharge my number, why should I pay for #4Gservice. Hope @reliancejio will reply.

    @BSNLCorporate why we are not getting good broadband connectivity if we are paying for the service. A humble request to @reliancejio please provide us #jiofiber connection. After every two minutes our @BSNL_JK Broadband is getting disconnected.

At least #jiofibre is the first thing outside South Korea where we can at least get 800Mbps down speed on premium pack less than promised 1Gbps but still faster than 5G. But I'm sure this guy is on base plan🤣🤣 So I am all in with #jiofibre

    Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

    @reliancejio SIR I HAVE RECHARGED ON 01 APRIL 2020 ON MY JIO NO. 6005406766 AMOUNT RS 153 AND SAME AMOUNT RS 153 ANOTHER NO.6290170600. PLANS ARE NOT ACTIVATED TILL TIME.I HAVE CONTACTED TO CUSTOMER CARE AGENT MR .GURULAL TOLD PLANS ARE NOT APPLICABLE.AMOUNT WILL GO WASTAGE.

    @JioCare Assuming there are 1000s like me that is the free fund available to use isn’t it? And this is true for all telecom, broadband, service companies. Because ‘An Indian consumer looks for deals as a sucker’ and has no options.

    Worst internet speed at my location since last 1 month. I have complaints many times about the internet speed issue but got no result. Now, we have to move towards other operator. It was nice journey with jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio i use jio (7439507025) for wifi (dongle). Netwrok is very poor. I asked customer care for a resolution & gave my alternate number (8527098631). 2 days later they sent me a mail your jio number (8527098631!!) doesnot exist - but that is not my jio no!- guys wake up.

    @reliancejio I will switch my number from jio to airtel due to bad network coverage and bad internet experience. Very bad experience with jio good bay jio for always.

    @JioCare @RelJio4g it’s been over 24 hours from the time of complaint and no resolution. My entire day has gone in waiting for a technician. I was told 3 times today he is on his way. This is not service or quality reliance is known for. Surprised!!

    @JioCare Ok So Kiran called up. 1) no idea when money can be refunded 2) Error needs to be investigated on our end & hence it is on standby. 3) Escalation has happened but results awaited. 4) I can relate but cannot help 5) I need time till Mon to tell you when money can be refunded
