    @reliancejio network down?Fix Poor Network Signal Issue Mobile internet not working we Contact customer care to solve this issue and report a complaints with hundreds of users they don't even take a step to fix the issue.

    @JioCare unfortunately very worst experience as such weather is very well but i guess shortage of manpower and supervision as its more than 20days now and how come they close complaint by their own #worst_service_by_jio

    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @JioCare what an worst service right now you are providing at #SrinagarInternationalAirport, lot of network snags and also very weak network connectivity while calling unable to hear other persons voice and very worst internet speed. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE. @reliancejio.

    @JioCare ...Jio customer care doesn't care have nothing to help since my SIM card is showing any network from last 30 minutes.... Neither I received anything from Jio... Worst network

    @JioCare Instead of raising service requests do some ground work also to fix the issue i have already received SR00001966K1,SR0000190JJB,SR000019A6UK, SR000019ABMN and so on service requests. You are a reputed company grow up.

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @JioCare Stop with the generic replies, Shashank.5 days of 'processing' and zero answers. I asked for an SLA, not a script. Stop prolonging this and provide a definitive resolution date. Your 'earliest' is already 5 days too late. Looks like service standards are non-existent.

    @JioCare Hello, in my area many high-rise buildings have been constructed in the last 1 year. Because of this, the existing mobile tower height has effectively become lower compared to surrounding buildings, and network coverage has become very poor.

    Two days ago @JioCare said the issue was escalated. Since then: silence. No call, no visit, no fix. At this point it feels like customers are just being stalled instead of helped. Resolve SR0000357VZH or at least be honest about the delay.

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio JioFibre technician PRANAB (9287991559) assigned via Jio app REFUSED to visit my home in Jorhat, Assam. Called support 6 TIMES today. SR: SR000035A27R. Same issue in Nov-Dec 2024 rescheduled 15+ times. 4 MONTHS of harassment. No resolution. #jiofiber

    @JioCare Recharged my monthly plan on 22nd April Internet down since 24th April 15 days since no internet. Scheduled an engineer visit 10 times. Emailed customer care 5 times. No engineer has visited till date. No updates. No service. Can the service standards be any more poor?

    @shubhr319 @JioCare Im also facing the same issue and the thing that is so irritating is they dont pick the customer care call and a random bot will answer the call.
