    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @reliancejio This is to inform you that my jio fiber is not working from 24feb 2022 so i raised a complaint on 25feb 2022 regarding the same under complaint no SR0000190JJB But unfortunately i didn't receive any solution even they resolved the issue without providing any solution

    @JioCare @JioCare, the reason is incorrect. The engineer who visited revealed, there is 1 extra idle connection in the junction box. Whenever a complaint raised, the technician disconnects another customer’s connection to restore the complainant’s connection,resulting recurring disruption
