From yesterday, there is an issue in your network till now that i even cann't browse or open my documents. And I also did troubleshooting but it doesn't work to rectify an issue& there is no response from your technical team. Please resolve the issue and look into it.@reliancejio

@JioCare Data be consumed at a much higher pace in jio fibre. Is there something wrong with jio consumption rate? Can consumer opt into higher plan like gold plan if i have already paid annual amount for silver plan. I need to upgrade! Help jio

@JioCare what's wrong with you their is no network location karnal we r facing problem during calling also speed of internet like 2G and you are charges 4G also ready to 5G,you can't give service properly of 4G you understand people like fool.

@JioCare i had raised a complaint regarding a connection issue on 3rd August. My complaint number id is: SR0000162EER. and no one had visited till now. Whenever we call customer care, we just received a false promises. Made a huge mistake switching to Jio fiber. Worst service.

@JioCare 3 Engineer visited in the last 3 days. Every single one said, "Sir, because our routers/modems come without Antenna, you will continue facing signal issues even within 10-15 mtrs. Sorry, that's how it is." Anything else I need to go through before I get the service disconnected?

@reliancejio #JioPhone hangs often and now struck in #bootloop; won't turn on. Very bad response from local service center for a senior citizen. After 3 visits, they said it's SIM card issue. Irresponsible solution (blaming SIM for phone prob); SIM swap didn't help (obviously).
