    @JioCare Data be consumed at a much higher pace in jio fibre. Is there something wrong with jio consumption rate? Can consumer opt into higher plan like gold plan if i have already paid annual amount for silver plan. I need to upgrade! Help jio

    @JioCare It's been 11 days I'm waiting to hear from you for my relocation with no response, when I call customer care each time they give me a date and time to be at new location they never come and they never inform. When I call again they simply give me a new time and date.

    @reliancejio , Jio Fiber has the WORST customer service. I subscribed for their plan on 10th Aug 2022 - appointment was scheduled for 17th Aug. - No one came to install that day - not picking up calls still - worst ever. Please don’t opt for such poor service.
