    @JioCare instead of resolving customer network issues giving bullshit replies to people to check 4G is enabled or not sim should be in sim1 tray. But they will never fix customer problems and saying we will fix ASAP. But none of the problems will be resolved.

    Pathetic service by @reliancejio Fibre. It's more than 2 days there is no connection. When you call cust care no it always says no 1 is available. When you msg on whatsapp it always says no 1 is available. Twitter a/c told someone would visit. Bt no one visited in last 48 hours.

    @JioCare Not intermittent issue. 9 out of 10 times I am facing issue that too in chennai. can't accept this poor service. If you don't able to cater large users then don't sell the sim and reduce the traffic or add towers to cater the need.

    @JioCare I have done the same. Please can you teach your customer executives to learn the way to communicate. I will want to share the recording with you on how your customer executives talk to the customer. Thankfully have recorded the call and will be using it further.
