    @JioCare Data be consumed at a much higher pace in jio fibre. Is there something wrong with jio consumption rate? Can consumer opt into higher plan like gold plan if i have already paid annual amount for silver plan. I need to upgrade! Help jio

    @JioCare Nothing has happened so far. I DMed details but the person or bot kept asking me for the number of the executive we interacted with. Fun fact - we also kept asking for this and never got it. We raised a request for a refund and haven't even gotten an acknowledgment yet.@JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio - one of the worst and underrated internet provider by jiofiber. Raised complaints regarding internet every one is least bothered and customer care with out intimation raise for disconnection and from a week no internet #ban jiofiber.
