@JioCare The Mobile and JioFi works very good in other places. There is no any problem with the devices. Therefore if you can, then please increase the frequency of the network in our site.

@vodafonein1 @reliancejio Is a customer not allowed to port his number from one operator to other inspite of clearing all dues, completing all documentations,etc. Fed up!! Stress has never been above this!!

It's now 7 hours 30 minutes since @reliancejio Fiber connection is broken. Despite 8 complaints from my apartment complex, no action taken by @JioCare All they know is to copy-paste some response (bullshit on using MyJio app) - when fiber is cut then what the hell will app do?
