@airtelindia very bad service. Trying to change Xstream Fiber plan but they only give option to upgrade plan on app & IVR. No option to speak to customer service on 198. As it’s postpaid we are stuck. Feel it’s Better to switch to @reliancejio and recharge as per convenience

Sorry @airtelindia I have been a very long standing customer but now I have to port to @reliancejio. There is no network on any airtel connection in my office building in Powai, heart of Mumbai. Not even emergency calls. Promising 5g but not even giving 2g network. Bye

@JioCare Do you have any unimaginable ideas to make things good for us ? The connectivity goes down at 4:40 pm on 13-11-22 and now the sms received from JIO says that it shall be restored by 4:40 pm om 15-11-22 Which means no connectivity for 48 hours ??

@JioCare @reliancejio had received a message from Jio that 5G services have been enabled on my number .5G not working, working on my parents phone, I have 5G enabled phone. Had contacted customer care in the morning, they said services will be enabled in 1 hr, still not activated

@JioCare have a jio fiber connection which is not working since 31/10/2022. Raised complain on 31/10 (SR00001F62IO). Till now no resolution, no one visits to look into it rather received message many times that the issue has been addressed though no one came.

@JioCare How come I receive message that my issue has been addressed that too many times when no one shows up and your customer care representatives also tells the same story without doing anything. Also kindly look into this is pending for two weeks
