I have tried reaching out to the team multiple times. Each time, a technician comes, makes a temporary fix, assures me there won’t be any further problems, and then the same issues return. They even installed a brand new WiFi router recently, but the problem is still exactly the same. In our estate, several have already switched to Airtel, and we are also moving. Thank you.
