    @JioCare I am experiencing mo network from 1 day. When I am trying to reach, it says 4 hours will be resolved. But 4 hours has never come since 1 day. One question do you guys pay an extra day for your problem or how many days you take to resolve the issue?

    Been trying to disconnect my JioFiber connection but there is no option directly to cancel it..Have send email also but no response till now..Such bad service @jiocare

    @JioCare A cancellation/refund request has already been raised through customer care. Kindly confirm the expected refund date and ensure there is no further delay. The service was never installed despite payment being collected.
