    @reliancejio I'm here in Gorakhpur & here Net speed is too poor. If you people are not able to provide a better 4G servise then don't fool the people by telling them you provide fastest speed internet as compare to other. Really terrible experience these days.

    @JioCare That's not the issue... I just redial 3 times and it normally connects. The first two times it gives some random response and connects in the third. Could you share what the diagnostics at your end have revealed?

    from Jio and the executive said that they'll do whatever they can to fix the issue that am dealing with but ended up doing nothing, Congrats @reliancejio, if this is how you're planning 2 launch 5G then am pretty sure that you'll become the greatest service provider in the world.

    @reliancejio I am facing issues with Jio Fibre connection since it’s installation on 22.08.2022. Your executives takes more than 24 hours to respond and then ask another information. I am fed up with these gimmicks and wish to cancel my Jio Fiber connection immediately.

    Extremely atrocious service by Jio, From one side they're working on 5G and on the other side their customers are struggling to get a good 4G speed. Last time some1 related 2 Jio visited my home and tried 2 fix my issue but am dealing with the same speed issue again @JioCare
