    @JioCare @jio sir many problems of #jio network here At-Gobindarajpally, hathnoora mandal, medak-dist of T.S #call drops have been regularly @reliancejio nither listing clearly sound of phone call nor working internet properly , pls try to solve it.

    Dear @JioCare, The network in Kanhawa Thana Bela, via Parihar, District Sitamarhi (Bihar) is extremely poor. Internet is barely working and calls are frequently dropping. This issue has been persistent for a long time. Kindly look into it urgently and resolve it.

    @JioCare Your service is not good. If any problem is there installtion guys havent told me any thing. They told that installation cannot be happened at your place. Pls refund my money i have already install tat play fibre.

    @rahilbundela @JioCare I don't understand why you folks are using jio though we have airtel fiber.i have been using it since one year.i didn't face any issues at once in a whole year.

    @JioCare My router is not powering on, and although an engineer visit was scheduled for today, no one has arrived and there has been no update. This prolonged service disruption is affecting my work and productivity. Such negligence is unacceptable. Kindly escalate this issue

    @JioCare The service is so pathetic. I want to cancel the order and I raise a request to get a response saying data voucher will be credited? Why would you send me a data voucher? I need the amount credited back to my bank account.
