  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber issue has been unresolved despite multiple complaints and emails. Google/Amazon work, but Flipkart, Uber Driver, Myntra, X & several other services don’t work on JioFiber.Please escalate this to your technical/network team and resolve it urgently

  @trramesh @JioCare Haha... you are blessed... someone came on the call. Jio customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. When the problem is unresolved, they put IVR system in the front. When you are tired of trying everything, then these jokers attend to it.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised multiple requests through customer care calls/application but there’s no actual update. The service has become severely poor and the issue I have been facing for multiple days regarding wifi connectivity is still unresolved. Very disappointed.

  @JioCare Dear JioFiber @JioCare It's already August 13, 2026, and no engineer visited my location I coordinated with your local representative regarding the installation,they  told me that my building ID had been deleted. Whether this is an issue on your end or your representative's,?
