    @JioCare @jio sir many problems of #jio network here At-Gobindarajpally, hathnoora mandal, medak-dist of T.S #call drops have been regularly @reliancejio nither listing clearly sound of phone call nor working internet properly , pls try to solve it.

    @JioCare No still not working my wifi. And they didn't do anything in my device. Without call or checking, team automatically closed my ticket.

    @JioCare No response yet for the service request SR00003CPNPD. It's been 2 days we are facing internet issue , calls are disconnecting in every meeting . Why this air fibre is giving so much issues ? Can we go back to normal jio fibre id?

    I was told, “We don’t care if you’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years. Your area has adequate network.” If the network is so “adequate,” why can’t I even open YouTube or perform a simple Google search on 5G? Is this how Jio treats its customers? @JioCare

    UPDATE: It gets worse! Reached out to the Jio District offical Mohit for Bisauli for help, and he BLOCKED my number! Local management is openly protecting the abusive engineer (Manoj Kumar). Zero accountability. Is this how @reliancejio treats customers? @JioCare @TRAI #JioFiber"

    @JioCare We can wait until tomorrow only and it is not a fare to wait a week and have the appointment twice time 😞 If tomorrow not yet done the connection..we will cancel the jio network permanently

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am jio user and facing week network issue from long time , i roam in Sirsa and surrounding more than dozen areas where bad network most shocking i got no reply call from Jio after many complete. When you can't reply than shutdown

    @JioCare If you provide unlimited data what ever it's 4 g or 5 g then ok but limit gb data not sufficient for this network hope you understand and pls refund money otherwise give me service
