    @reliancejio It does not make any sense to me. Your giga fibre cables are not available in my area. Your team is damn slow in expanding network.

    @r_raizada7 No service provider than @reliancejio, I too switched when had the same issue. Now I enjoy true 4G speed. Why don't you give a try?

    @reliancejio Worst customer support. At the time of installation jio promises many things but once you pay and install there support towards your problem is worst. Payments and billings are watchful.

    @JioCare The network issue is not yet resolved even after escalating it. I am staying in one of main areas of Bengaluru then also these issues keep on coming. This way surely i gonna move to other options. Its been 20 days now I am not able to make/receive call in jio.
