    Hello @airtel_care pathetic service as your local team without prior intimation suddenly turns off the wifi for hours on a weekday when so many folks are doing work from home in the locality. Frustrated and irritated customer. @reliancejio Can you provide me a connection.

    @reliancejio What happens during loadshedding!! Area pincode is 799155. If can't install the generator in the tower unit then why to provide services in the rural area. Though complaint through customer care team, is of no use. Go through the issue.

    @JioCare My JioFi device was not turning on since Nov 2020...and it was in warranty period but due to farmers protests in punjab. All the jio centers are closed and your representative from local office's doesn't not picking up the phone call. Please help.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio You guys are missing out on a lot of possible sales. ISPs like @HathwayBrdband are literally handing it to you on a platter with their terrible service. If only you provided broadband service in my locality!
