    @JioCare Hi! I updated my iPhone 14 Pro to the latest 16.2 beta and have a Jio SIM card. However, despite enabling 5G in options, I’m unable to get 5G network. I am in Mumbai and in your 5G covered area. Can you please help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare when do we get 5G network to test. I have 5enables handset but still waiting for an invite from its launch date October month. As per notification on jio app its shows 1gbps data but not getting any access to it. Kindly check & help area pin: 110091

    @JioCare I would like to discontinue you pathetic jiofiber service. I am discontinuing because i have requested for jiofiber relocation before 5days till every you have sent me today your agent will visit but till today nobody has been visit so i would really like to change.

    Further, to my surprise, your store has advised us to port if we don't get the signal. I am happy to do so and that's why we got a test sim of @JioCare and wonders. It is working perfectly. I can call my dad when needed.
