    @JioCare The only appropriate resolution was a resolving this yesterday itself. You missed that window already. You wanted more time & got more time. Now you want time for another 1 week? You think we are fools here? This is corporate connection not home connection. Business depends on it

    @jiocare This morning my jiofiber plan expired. by mistake i recharged it with 30mbps plan instead of 150mbps.. now i want to upgrade it to 150mbps.. please help me in this

    @reliancejio @JioCare When I asked what technical issue, he says the third-party vendor cancelled the product????? I asked him to give me the location of the office and I will pick it up and then he goes dead silent for 2 minutes and then saying the "product is out of stock"??

    @JioCare I will be posting every interaction I have with Jio Customer Care here. Have read horror stories on Twitter already. So want to document everything. If issue is resolved, as you have promised, by today, I'll update that too. At this point, i don't believe your empty assurances.

    @JioCare After 20 calls to your "jiocare" no., scheduling service 5 times by your engineer, not showing up, not picking up, then today your engineer, another one, 2 people have been calling me, told me that I dont pick up my phone, i am never available. 1/2

    @JioCare so basically, i have to be 24*7 available, at the beck and call of your engineers, to repair my wifi. Is there any lower that you guys can go? What do you say in your training, **** the customer, look at your convenience?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I raised an issue with my JioFiber yesterday, your executive came and said to surender the Fiber connection as they won't fix it. Is this how you give customer satisfaction? My query has not been resolved yet. This is how customers should be treated. Right??
