    @JioCare This is what ur person said few hours back & been telling since 6 days. Within today it will be restored and complaint is escalated to higher authorities but all false promises. Bad service from such a reputed organisation.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @reliancejio Connection for me only in my apartment down for last 6 days and 4th time in a year. Ticket raised too on 10th dec SR00001FVNKR. No response yet. Called for disconnecting the connection says no refund as per jio policy because it's customer fault that he paid. Chor

    @reliancejio i have a jio wifi router which is prepaid. I wanted to ascertain whether it is active so that i could recharge it. I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

    @Sunface_raj @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Sir, I also have been facing the same problem and from last 3 to 4 days these cheats are just trying to delay things on purpose. I have already complained on consumer affairs portal would suggest you the same and keep your tweet open with updates.

    @JioCare I have a jio dongle also provided by my company If I say this every time that I don't have a network it sounds like an excuse and this is not today's issue multiple times I have complained about the same it is something that I can escalate this matter to @TRAI or other

    @JioCare My JioFiber relocation (Order: CO0001TGHLAJ) was scheduled on 14 Jul (1:30–3 PM). No technician arrived, no call, no update. It’s 15 Jul and I’ve still received no response despite repeated follow-ups. This is unacceptable. Resolve this tomorrow without fail #JioFiber

    Hi, @JioCare, complaint logged for service disruption 13/07/2026. Complaint no: SR00002MK9JC. Resolution status since then is assigning an engineer. However no action is taken. No human contact on your customer care. Have to connect my @airtelindia mobile to connect internet.

    How much take Times today it's 4th day and still I'm unable to use jio air fiber it's unacceptable from your jio team nor you raise complaint not anything I pay for service not fir wait this much please solve asap yours service nor please disconnect my connection. @JioCare

    @JioCare really shame. I posted and replied on post. There is no response. I messaged privately on X still no reply. I tried to connect customer support, can't connect through any means. I responded with the testimony that what is happening still no response. The big shame.
