@reliancejio @JioCare I took new broadband connection with JIO but went in vain. Neither the sales manager responds my call nor the installation person takes action to resolve the issue. Also tried calling the CC numbers on 18008969999, 18001031044 but it’s always busy.

It took @reliancejio a few days, but I must say they demonstrated excellent customer support and satisfaction. Kept me informed, involved folks from Apple, and fixed this weird issue where iMessage and FaceTime stopped working for me after coming back to India from a trip.

@JioCare requested for number porting, twice your executive called for sim delivery and immediately after the call, received message that the request was cancelled. I called back on IVR and again someone called with same result. Poor service! Your executives do not care for Jio.

@JioCare Oh, you are trying to call me now? Well, I had to switch to Vi SIM to access internet. If data is not enabled, Jio SIM doesn't work? Why? Why aren't incoming voice being routed via 2G/3G? TRAI has no service continuity rules for these things?

@JioCare Hello check what jio has done in 2017 which killed the competition by giving all free to make customer base without even launching it. Now charging every thing on its own will and wish. Most unreliable is this reliance.
