@JioCare I'm Selvan and my service request ID is SR000014MA5H, Since two days I expecting the issue to be resolved but nothing happened while called customer care I informed due technician non availability nobody assisned till now!!!!!????? Do we need to arrange tech at our cost!

@JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?
