    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service

    @JioCare Your engineer visited and advised me to go in for cancellation process.the guy mobile number is 9841353507..he said due to long distance wiring he cannot rectify the issue..now I request you to take action against the guy who cheated me and made me to take the connection..

    @JioCare it's been three days since my jio fibre has lost its connection. Every service engineer is coming and not taking any actions. It's very frustrating to me. Some times thought of to change the network. It's been happening frequently. Kindly take the necessary action.

    @RelianceDigital @reliancejio @JioCare You are trying to fool the customer by not solving their problems.I purchased jio phone of worth 2124rs with 2 years unlimited plan but after 1 month the plan is over no plan is showing and customer care they are just simply cutting the call

    @JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

    @JioCare I have been using Jio AirFiber for the past 1 year, but I have never received the speed promised in my plan. Most of the time I get less than 1 Mbps speed. I’m paying every month for a service that barely works.

    @JioCare ur team took society (GS47, Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli East, Mumbai 83) permission for cable laying by assuring free offic WiFi, so we approved, now last 4–5 wife months not working & no response despite multiple follow-ups. This is cler breach of comitmnt. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare Understood, but charging for nearly 1 month of unusable service despite repeated outage complaints is still unfair. I have already registered a grievance with all available proofs.
