    @JioCare Raised a complaint yesterday for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come between 11 and 12 noon. But no one called. No one has come.

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    @JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

    Hi @reliancejio there's something seriously wrong with my WiFi. Every device is able to connect seamlessly except the Mi TV stick in my room. Problem started ever since i renewed subscription a few days ago. Please help?

    @Nivedan6042 @JioCare @reliancejio Taking it forward, they had sent me "an after service" feedback link via SMS which does not gets submitted on lower ratings. This service issue prolonged for 6 days of outage. My money has not been refunded.
