    @JioCare Very poor customer care at JioFiber. Lodged a complaint regarding internet connection. You want me to send private message. No sent. No use. Your people on customer care say only on June 3 it will be set right. Didn't expect this. Kindly disconnect your service right now

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely unprofessional team. Incapable of providing basic internet services. No wonder they have fallen way behind in competition to @reliancejio. Other network providers are ready to offer better services in 2 hrs and they are still asleep.

    @JioCare i am customer of jio net work. Using fiber net. For 21days we could not get connection. Restored last week and get connection. Then agian problem. Tuesday. Then connected yesterday. Now failure. What's going on net work. Poor response and maintenance. No customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence Does it even makes sense? I have used @JioCare @ACTFibernet before and never had to do that. From where do you procure routers? Such bad quality if it needs restart every day or probably after every few hours.

    @JioCare Requested 1 month already for jio fiber, the employee not responding, misbehaving, no SLA followed. Pin - 766001, hilltown lane2 east. From last 1 month they r telling today will install but today never come.terible response and behavior.

    Part2 In October I didnt get internet for 15 days.when I lodged complaint via phone call (ivr), they said it will be solved after 20 days. Meanwhile, my package got finished and I recharged my @reliancejio sim for next month.
