@JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

@JioCare Have been patient from Oct 8 till date. Every day multiple calls were made to customer care regarding the SR. Multiple escalation requests were submitted. Still no resolution. On top of things, tickets are resolved saying work was completed when no action was taken.
