    @KomalYellapalli @JioCare This is not the service we are expecting from jio fibernet, if this is the case with my brother than i'm going get my connection also disconnected and will inform the same to my family members and friends and will inform them to move to better service providers @JioCare

    @JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

    Shameless service from Jio. Paid upfront for a 1 Gbps yearly plan. It’s been a month and speed hasn’t crossed 500 Mbps once. Endless calls, mails, DMs, technicians admitting there’s an issue, promises of “specialised teams” that never come. Feels like outright cheating. @JioCare
