    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    @JioCare I recharged for my jio no.8610046559 today for rs.395 plan thru paytm UPI no.134128129695. But still my sim do not work. Pl look into the problem and see that sim is activated.

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @JioCare This is what ur person said few hours back & been telling since 6 days. Within today it will be restored and complaint is escalated to higher authorities but all false promises. Bad service from such a reputed organisation.

    @JioCare I am seriously fed up with this situation. I paid ₹1,200 for the relocation request in March—March. Since then, I have received no communication or updates from your team, which ultimately forced me to book a connection with Airtel instead. Whenever I contacted customer support, I either received no proper response or was passed around without any resolution. After months of frustration, I had almost given up on recovering the amount. However, about a week ago, I received a call from a representative (Abirami - +916382952311) who assured me that she would help process my refund and that I would receive the amount by June 2. Since then, every time I try to contact her, my calls are disconnected, and my messages go unanswered. I have reached the end of my patience. I expect my ₹1,200 refund to be processed immediately. If this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will have no option but to pursue legal action and escalate the issue through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. Please treat this as urgent and provide a clear update on the status of my refund. @TRAI
