    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @JioCare it starts working..when suddenly the account gets suspended a mockery of ur firm..ur process and harrasment for the customer i din pay the amount up front to be harrased and hampered Refund ny conplete amount and give me a status update..my money is not for charity

    @JioCare Jio network is not coming even a little bit inside the room at pattinapakkam areas, Despite being such a big major city #CHENNAI but Jio's network is not working, If this situation continues, then I will choose the Airtel network.

    @JioCare and i have raisef these issues multiple times..u can see ur tweets and my call records then one fine day..ur executive cms and rectifies it to be not working the moment he leaves one more day another executive cms after i placed the complaint.he cms and again changes smthn

    @JioCare @reliancejio wrong recharge of Rs 594 got activated which works only with Jio phone on 8639311824. Customer care is asking to recharge with normal plan for smart phone and are not able to reverse the wrong plan. Need you to help this number to be with Jio forever #Jio

    @JioCare I have been installed Jio fiber net modem on 2nd sep but till date my activation has not happened... I’m fed up with the worst customer care and they raise tickets and that is not resolved but I receive msg as ticket closed as activated.

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence slow speed mostly I am getting is below 1 mbps and it is very fluctuating from airtel 4g hotspot. @reliancejio do not have plans according to my need and airtel speed sucks.

    @JioCare What a pathetic service Jio is giving after sales, I got my JioFibre connection cancelled to get a new one, but, I am just waiting to get the older device picked up to get the refund since last 1 month. Would strongly recommend everyone to not fall prey to this bullshit

    I think Jio doesn't care about customers @reliancejio my family hold 8 sims of jio .Does Jio doesn't value there customer they have become like this .they are saying to customer who is taking time to come to store .that they don't care..they can't handle two customer a time

    I have ported out my number Airtel to Jio last month. Today suddenly outgoing stop due to previous operator payment due. But I have paid in morning but still outgoing not working. Jio saying it's Airtel problem & Airtel saying jio problem. Please resolve.. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @JioCare Only thing you do is keep postponing from last 25 days “With reference to Service Request Number SR00001EUQ0B for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +911353571002, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 2022-10-28:10:30:00.
