    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbaniOf shameless culprits is Jio care team, without reading mail/knowing customer name, just replying ie compensation is nt possible, who asked? Urs sales person/team mistake,let them pay from ther pockets. Mr.peddada venkatesh has replied

    Nw having cald the cstmr srvice thy have re-opnd the same tkt. But shocking is the msgs & the respnse i got. thy claimed I have rescheduled the visits ... Never did any1 call me in the 1st place. Is there some1 who actually tracks these absurd activities @JioCare @exploreIMC

    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service

    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @JioCare Dear Murali, I understand your concern regarding cancellation and refund of security deposit. Sir, as I checked cancellation request was closed without any action (SR00001FZ4SM, SR00001G1Y3J). Without my consent and action how can your people close the cancel issue

    @reliancejio i request new postpaid sim last month. Till date raised 5 requests via app. No one called me or trying to touch me still. Wonderful support 👏👏👏👏

    @JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

    @reliancejio With reference to Service Request Number SR00001D3C4Y for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +914435598237, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 22-08-2022 : 13:00:00. #Bad service It’s been 6days but not yet attended.

    @JioCare Raised a complaint yesterday for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come between 11 and 12 noon. But no one called. No one has come.

    @JioCare @JioCare Today my address was reconfirmed, but after that the entire day passed without delivery, activation or resolution. Advance payment was taken long ago, yet the SIM is still pending. Valuable validity/reservation time is being lost due to delays attributable to Jio. Customers deserve service, not endless follow-ups. Order No. NO00015F496T.

    @JioCare till when should I wait for my issue to be solved. Ur store in gangtok is in outskirt location but reply I hear is no use going to store in such long distance because that particular mobile shop looks after sim issue. All my financial transaction is stuck
