@JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

@JioCare Hello team, still my problem is not solved. I am quite fed up with the service. Got a call from someone today in the morning. I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

Beware of JioFiber scam. I cancelled JioFiber within 2 days of activation due to high ping and poor network. It's more than 40 days and I haven't received a refund of around rupees 7000 yet. #Jio #scam @reliancejio @JioCare
