From past 3 weeks my Jio internet is not working @JioCare and when I call customer cares they were saying it I’ll be fixing in 3 to 4 hours I think 3 to 4 hours for jio telecom may be 3 to 4 months 😞😞@reliancejio

@JioCare After every one hr my jio sim will restart . After visiting jio service centre they are not understanding chronology.Phele orginal sim close hoga phir duplicate sim activate hoga.What they are doing they are using both sims in same phone... Phir pocho maht.

Recently I had changed my number from postpaid to prepaid. Ever since that I have this issue majorly. Am sorry to say but @reliancejio is providing better service. The same location where airtel was down, Jio was working fine. Pls look into the tagged location Pin 600010

Disappointed on how these marketing nerds sells the Jio Fiber to people with a false promise for 24X7 Support . I urge senior management of @reliancejio @JioCare to look into it . I tried every possible way to connect with local Jio support , recieved a rude behaviour .
