@JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

@reliancejio All their hullabaloo ends when it's service time. By some stupidity I connected Wi-Fi to TV on Jio after my previous Wi-Fi provider was found wanting. Jio packs up last night and am told they can come only on 22nd. that's 67.5 hours after breakdown.
