Home in #Tambaram Office in #Kilpauk Recently shifted from @reliancejio 4G to @Idea 4G. Verdict: Far better stable network and internet connection. Net speed is also relatively high. #Jio days are officially over for me. Don't really want cheap Alt Balaji shows for free.

@reliancejio @JioCare I took new broadband connection with JIO but went in vain. Neither the sales manager responds my call nor the installation person takes action to resolve the issue. Also tried calling the CC numbers on 18008969999, 18001031044 but it’s always busy.

@JioCare As per your request deleted my last post, but what about the solution. 1) I have only single number 9560258797, 2) Last visit date and time - 9th march, morning 11:30am, already visited 3-4 time. 3) didn't get any replacement yet, reason-they took 200-700 ruppes only sim change.

But the problem here is that in our society #jiofibre has started the service except for the Casa UNO M wing. The @reliancejio team is not able to meet the multiple deadlines in providing the services, Whenever I have asked the concerned persons, I got a deadline after deadlines.
